The proximity to the beach was just great and the hosts were very good. The villa is beautiful and is very modern.

Nie mogę pisać o pozytywach ponieważ Właściciel bez odpowiedniego wyprzedzenia wycofał jeden z dwóch apartamentów, które zarezerwowaliśmy i musieliśmy całą grupą mieszkać w jednym, a winę zrzucił na Booking.com.

Podróżuję po świecie od 25 lat, korzystając z setek obiektów noclegowych, ale nigdy nie spotkałem się z tak nieprofesjonalnym i nieprzyjaznym traktowaniem. Zarezerwowaliśmy dwa apartamenty, jednak po przyjeździe udostępniono nam tylko jeden, przez długi czas żądając pełnej zapłaty za oba. Proces wyjaśniania tej sytuacji trwał łącznie ponad 5 godzin. Początkowo pracownica próbowała wymusić na nas zapłatę za brakujący lokal. Po 1,5 godziny oczekiwania na miejscu pojawił się właściciel, który zamiast szukać rozwiązania, przyjął agresywną postawę. Twierdził, że błąd leży po stronie portalu Booking.com i po stronie nas samych, co więcej - wielokrotnie podkreślał, że sytuacja jest wyłącznie naszym problemem. Nie zaproponowano nam żadnej rekompensaty. Zmuszono nas do czekania kolejne 2 godziny na trzecią osobę, która rzekomo zajmowała się rezerwacjami, blokując nasze plany wyjazdowe i uniemożliwiając realizację zaplanowanej wycieczki. Postawa właściciela – rzekomego prawnika – była skrajnie arogancka i obraźliwa, na koniec całą sytuację skwitował głośnym beknięciem. Podsumowując: To miejsce to definicja ANTY-GOŚCINNOŚCI. Stanowczo odradzam każdemu, kto ceni swój czas, szanuje siebie i innych, a przede wszystkim chce mieć udane wakacje na Seszelach.

The location,the apartment, the hosts, actually we liked everything about this place. The apartment looks brand spanking new, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen with everything you need, spacious bathrooms with superclean towels, bath soaps and oils. The place is situated on a tranquil piece of land, suitable for relaxation. The supermarkets and take aways can be found down the road and a few kilometers drive takes to to more upmarket shops. The beach is also about 5 min walk down the road. Meda and Ura were always available to help. Ura even called the airport to chase for our missing luggage and arranged for it to be delivered at our next location. We cannot thank you enough ladies, you were simply amazing.

That we could not stay longer.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore Praslin and get around the island. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were discreet and left us to enjoy the property in peace, while still being available if needed. Housekeeping came once during our stay, which we appreciated.

One particularly lovely aspect is the greenery and forest behind the villa, which gives the property a peaceful feeling. At the moment the terrace looks more onto the parking area than onto the trees, though it seems likely this will become more attractive as the plants and landscaping grow.

Мы снимали виллу с друзьями (2 пары). К сожалению, на наши даты по соотношению цена - качество подошла только эта вилла, достаточно далеко расположенная от лучшего пряжа Анс Лацио. Но наличие автомобиля решает этот вопрос, на наш взгляд он обязателен! От парома до виллы ехать минут 15 по красивущим джунглям мимо национального парка. До аэропорта 6 минут езды. Кстати, парковка прямо около домика, территория ограждена! Заселение быстрое. И так, по вилле: Удобная, большая, каждая комната имеет свой просторный санузел и кондиционер, комнаты разнесены по двум сторонам от гостиной зоны. Матрас жесткий, это хорошо. Гиг.душ был только в одном сан.узле. Напор воды хороший, есть мыло, гель для душа и шампунь, полотенец достаточно, и есть где их сушить. Белье чистое, опрятное. Главный плюс виллы - наличие посудомоечной и стиральной машины! Капсулы и таблетки предоставляются. Вся необходимая посуда есть, но сковородки не мешало бы обновить. В 3х минутах езды заправка, магазинчики, классный регги-бар, вкусный take-away! У виллы есть зона барбекю, мы покупали уголь и жарили рыбу. Вообще завтраки и ужины чаще всего готовили сами! Виллу в целом рекомендую, за свои деньги прям очень хорошо!

Кондиционеры слабоваты, еле охлаждали виллу, но огромный плюс, что кондиционер был так же в кухне-гостиной. Жалюзи плохо защищали от утреннего солнца. Пакеты для мусора, разделочную доску, тряпки для кухни пришлось просить.

Beautiful new fenced area consisting of three villas and reception. Each apartment has its own parking space. The apartments are modernly equipped, very clean. There is a grill, which would need maintenance, otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. The location is quiet, a short walk from the main street, where you can find everything, including the fish market.

Very nice and clean location. It looks better than the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped, the staff very friendly. Quiet area, 5 min to walk to a beautiful beach with gorgeous sunset.

Las camas son muy amplias y cómodas. El baño y el dormitorio muy espacioso. La mujer que nos recibió y atendió muy atenta.

È stato incredibilmente perfetto. Ura è un host gentilissima che si è presa cura di me e del mio bambino come una famiglia. L’appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità anche più di quelle presenti nella mia casa. La posizione è ottima e strategica per ogni cosa. Davvero consigliato a tutti.

Integração do ambiente cozinha/sala/área de serviço ficou ótima. Proximidade do "centrinho" local, com mercado e restaurantes, é ótimo.

A praia próxima (Grand Anse) só serve para contemplar o por do sol. Moradores locais nos alertaram para não entrar na água por causa das araias. A praia toda é cheia de algas (camadas grossas) e chega a ter um mau cheiro.

Very comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen in a good location. Spotlessly clean. Excellent hosts — very responsive, always available, and flexible with check-in/out. The apartment has everything you need, including drinking water and even laundry supplies — we could wash our clothes and travel the next day with everything clean. Also they provide beach towels. Hot water, cozy atmosphere, and overall a very comfortable stay.

Easy access, private. Well equipped and 10mins minutes drive from the airport. Cleaned and well maintained. Staff was very helpful I had misplaced my passport and some items and they guide and supported me through till I find them. Forever grateful to the team and management.

There’s nothing to not like about this place. Everything is amazing and will visit again.

Минус с организацией бронирования на самом букинге, были сложности,букингу большой минус за это!Но хозяева виллы помогли всё оперативно решить,за что им огромная благодарность!На Сейшелах все люди очень добрые и всегда готовы помочь🙏

Very nice, spacious and comfortable apatrment. Great location just off the main road. Quiet and peaceful area yet close to the village center. Very clean and well equipped with lovely terace and nice parking lot. Meda the host was very kind and helpful. She was always there for us and even helped with some local reservations that we struggled. It was great time and we would definitely come back. Thank you.

Clean, all new and good, privat and peaceful. Owner had prepared for us cold water, milk, and the room was pleasantly cold.

Spacious accommodation, clean and friendly staff. The property was even better than expected, as there is sufficient space to sit in front of the villas with garden and plants all around.

A short walk to the beach, a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Anyway, for exploring the island I recommend renting a car. Renting a car for a whole day, including petrol, will cost you about the same as two taxi rides.. 😁

They canceled our booking and we were left in the front of their door at 6pm when it's getting dark looking for an urgent alternative !!!! Not professional and not trustworthy !!! even the phone number they put on booking page told me that it's no more the number of the stay !

This is the best stay we had in the Seychelles. the property new, big , clean and has all the needed facilities. the shower is fantastic and the outdoor also(there is BBQ, beach shower and tables. The stuff is also great. They should bring photographer since this is much more impressive in real life compared to the photos in booking)

Wifi is bad like everyplace in Seychelles(including luxury ). the fridge contained open stuff when we arrived. the location is in grand anse(opposite from the main beach), but thus was known and the island is small. just notice it if you are coming without car

Calm place sufficiently distant from the road. Sufficient space for parking of our car.

Dishwasher appeared not to be functioning properly. Shower was somewhat clogged. More utensils would be needed. Dishes were not cleaned properly.

I liked the fact that we had our own villa and a private car park. It is very clean and tidy, and the staff was kind.

The entrance from the main road was not marked/indicated properly, so we had to ask a couple of people for directions even with the Google Maps on. We had to buy 2 mugs for tea/coffee/milk.

Cozy and comfortable villa. All new and clean - kitchenware, beds, showers etc. Regular cleaning (special thanks to the lady). Owner is nice and kind - provided all requested - late check out, transfers etc. many-many thanks as well! Quiet area. We rented a car in Praslin - this is strongly recommended to fully enjoy your stay
