It was definitely value for money and conveniently located.

We did not have breakfast but did like the layout of the unit the space is great, everything was clean and welcoming.

I liked the fact that the place was behind securities gates so we felt very safe

There was a power outage in the whole area on saturday morning and no generator was available we were without electricity for the rest of our stay. The towels that was provided were very dirty. Lastly the television had limited channels and we couldn’t watch any Netflix or listen to YouTube

Positioning, it was clean and it felt like home away from home

The only thing that could have made stay more enjoyable is more TV channels other than that it was wonderful thank you

Rooms are great and spacious, clean and everything was in good working order.

What a wonderful stay! Everything is modern and loved the outside space for dogs. Bed was excellent and enjoyed the bath and also the tv in the room.

Good quality for money.

I liked how safe and relaxing the estate is. The staff were incredibly friendly and the location was central to most, if not all, tourist attractions.

I did not make use of the breakfast offer, the family had breakfast, lunch and supper at the family house. They contacted me to let me know I've left some of my utensils in the unit and it can be collected by my family in Oudtshoorn

there was nothing not to like, wish I could make use of the braai facility but that did not materialise due to the fact that eats and treats were sorted out by family in Oudtshoorn. Will definitely try it next time I am staying the weekend or overnight

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the stay. It was really comfortable.

Учитывайте, что ворота в комплекс открываются только по звонку на ресепшен! Вы не можете позвонить и написать в WhatsApp, только звонок на телефон! Дом очень хороший, находится на охраняемой территории. Есть своя большая зона барбекю на улице. Кухня оборудована, но нет приветственных чая, кофе, соли. Кровать удобная, хорошее белье. В июле очень холодно ночью, электро-простынь решила бы эту проблему, но её нет.

В бронировании указана ссылка на локацию, переходя по ней видно три комплекса Эльдорадо-в какой ехать не понятно. Я писала отелю два раза в booking.com, но они не отвечают Ворота в этот комплекс открываются только по звонку на ресепшен. Указан номер телефона, но на нем нет WhatsApp. У туристов часто не бывает тарифа «звонки», только интернет! Мне пришлось докупить этот тариф, чтобы связаться с отелем по телефону, а не WhatsApp. Всё это очень не удобно, учитывая, что я проехала 800 км за рулем, очень устала и приехала в темное время суток Все было бы гораздо проще, если бы гости могли связаться с ресепшен по WhatsApp

The fact that I had to leave and go home

The fact that some of your staff are giving out personal information about my stay. Wouldn't name any names, just really disappointed coz at the end what's the point of thinking your stay would be that of a private or rather confidential. So quite disappointed indeed.

Great place to stay. We ended up in town overnight with a small dog and not sure where to go. El Dorado was a very modern, super clean and extremely well taken care of property which allowed us to settle in and feel right at home straight away.

Not too much to see when walking around, we walked around the complex which is great, but apart from that I'd recommend taking a car further afield. Also noise travels quite fluently between the guest suites, we were just lucky to have very quiet neighbour's.

The people working there were very nice and welcoming and auntie Jackie helped me so much. The property was clean and spacious. They have a nice braai area and even pans and a stove so it was amazing.

We stayed from Friday till Sunday..when we checked in we were assisted good ..however when we checked out there was a little misunderstanding that we had ..without me noticing the number of the room got lett in my purse ..I didn't notice that until they called us ..so we made arrangements to return it,so when we packed our stuff out we also noticed that we forgot our items two jackets that we hanged ..I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After our stay, we were accused of breaking two glasses, which we did not break. As a result, the hotel has refused to return personal items that we accidentally left behind. Instead of working with us to resolve the matter fairly, they have chosen to withhold our belongings based on an accusation that we dispute. We expected honesty, professionalism, and good customer service, but unfortunately our experience was the opposite. I would advise future guests to be cautious and to carefully check all their belongings before leaving. I hope management will reconsider their decision and resolve this matter appropriately to add I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After our stay, we were accused of breaking two glasses, which we did not break. As a result, the hotel has refused to return personal items that we accidentally left behind. What makes this even more concerning is that when we checked out on Sunday, no one mentioned any broken glasses or raised any issues with our room. It was not until Tuesday that we were apparently informed that the glasses had been noticed. If there had been a genuine concern, it should have been brought to our attention at the time of checkout rather than days later.

Very safe location. Modern style place. Bedrooms with their own bathroom.

We stayed in the Executive suites. A good night's rest are very important to all. The mattress felt uncomfortable and maybe need an upgrade. Because the Suites are next to each other, at night you could hear the noise or when ppl are talking loud in the next Suite. That was the only distraction. But we will definitely book again but maybe choose another apartment.

We would love to have more kitchen equipment, like bowls as we travelled for my brother’s funeral. We prepared our own meals and struggled not having enough plastic bowls etc. A dishwasher would also be a bonus.

Everything was perfect! From the clean and fully equipped house to the lemon tree outside in full bloom!! Perfect!! This place was definitely worth it.

A mere suggestion: T here was no broom in the house, and I couldn't clean up as much as I would have loved to.

The apartment was in a well cared for complex. The reception area was easy to find. Check in was easy with a friendly reception office. The apartment was clean and neat. It was a spacious apartment suitable for a family. It was a short drive to the main street where the restaurants were for dinner. Breakfast was available in the complex if we wanted.

Shower water was cold in the morning Swimming pool was not clean so we couldn’t swim and booked it for the swimming pool honestly

The courtyard was great, and parking was convenient. We felt very safe. The room was spacious. Our room rate included breakfast, which was a great deal. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The only issue was that the navigation initially somehow led us to a gate in another direction, not far away. Since this gate had access control, hopefully the front desk would inform guests of this before check-in and provide instructions.

Overall, the unit was clean, comfortable, and suitable for an overnight stay. We had no issues with cleanliness or comfort during our visit.

After departure my wife accidentally left her white fur jacket in the cupboard. When we contacted the agents managing the accommodation to enquire about it, they were not very helpful and kept making excuses rather than assisting us in a constructive way. This was disappointing and took away from what was otherwise a pleasant stay. With better customer service after check‑out, this could have been a much better experience.
