The property was perfect for my sisters and nieces, plenty space for 5 ladies! We loved the access to town, walk in 5 minutes. The area was quiet and plenty of parking available.

Grainne's townhouse is about the best self-catering accommodation I have ever experienced. From the superb in-town setting, the comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious accommodation, the professional and speedy responses from Grainne to our queries, the well stocked larder and every cooking utensil you would ever need. Everything about this house was perfect. The location is a short walk via a pedestrianised street, right in to the heart of Kenmare and yet, it's very quiet. A few cars over the weekend, and the sound of the river from the rear of the house. Instructions for access were clear, and on arrival, we found a welcome pack. The house is spotlessly clean, has everything we needed and was really cosy. All three bedrooms are generous in size. The small garden is totally enclosed and very safe for our small dog. We could easily live there permanently!

Beautiful and very clean house in a quiet gated location, just a few minutes walk to beautiful Kenmare.. ample parking available, the design of the house is really lovely - home from home... very comfortable, spacious and cozy. The house has everything you need. Communication was seamless with the host Grainne, we would highly recommend a stay here.

The walking path to downtown was right outside your door so you didn’t have to worry about walking on the street.

Superb. Spacious, quiet, fully equipped kitchen including. all spices etc. The house backs onto a beautiful garden and creek. The host replied promptly and came to help when we had trouble getting in - our fault!

We had such a wonderful stay at Grainne’s place. The house exceeded our expectations. A beautiful hamper and bottle of wine on arrival was a very welcoming touch. The house is very spacious and great for a family get together. Ideal location within walking distance to the town. We will definitely be booking Grainne’s place again.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location in Kenmare town. The host, Grainne, was excellent - communication was good and Grainne left a nice welcome package for us. Property was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay.

Very central location only 2 mins walk from the bottom of the town. House has everything you need to make the stay very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. Grainne was super helpful and made everything smooth from arrival to check out. We would recommend this to families or couples looking to have a comfortable break in Kenmare.

The house was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. Having stayed in Kenmare a number of times before we found the location perfect. It was so quiet and peaceful, yet less than a five minute walk to the main square in Kenmare. Communication with Gráinne was brilliant and the whole process was very easy. We hope to get the opportunity to stay here again!

The property is superbly located, just a couple of minutes walk from the square in Kenmare. The rooms are all very spacious and there is a lovely quiet garden area out the back of the house which backs on to the river. Would definitely recommend for a family stay in Kenmare.

House was so comfortable and warm on a particularly wet weekend in November. So welcoming and well stocked. Everything we needed for a getaway weekend and more. Would highly recommend

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location was perfect. Quite, yet 2 minutes walk to town centre. Perfect! The host was very easily connected and left a wee surprise as a welcome gift. All the supplies in the house were very appreciated. It all made for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended it!

A little shelf in the bathrooms would be very useful. A mattress topper would be nice.

Beautiful, spacious, clean house that is centrally located and well kitted out. Dog friendly with enclosed back garden. Gated parking with ample spaces. Host was lovely to deal with and quick to respond.

Ensuite shower drained a bit slowly. WiFi was slow.

The house was perfect. We were in kenmare for a family wedding so there were 6 of us in the house. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was very communicative and the instructions for the house were very helpful.

Only thing I’d say is the beds are quite hard - a mattress topper or duvet under the sheet would help a lot. Otherwise nothing!

We were a family of five with three young children and stayed here for 3 nights. Fantastic house in kenmare town. A 2 minute walk from the town centre in a quiet location. The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend this house to stay in if you’re planning a trip to kenmare.

A very nice house with a big kitchen close to the village, still very calm. Appreciated double bathrooms and an extra toilet. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The wifi could be faster.

Maintained and furnished to a high standard. Perfect location close to the main street. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Well stocked. Flat screen tv

Wifi used mobile broadband which was unusable during the day due to show speed. A single web page could take 2 minutes to load. No UK channels on tv, just the Saorview ones

Location so close to town center. House layout was spacious and it was quiet even though it was close to town. Gated parking. Bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival was a really nice touch.

warm, spacious, great location & v well equipped. perfect for our group of 4 adults. v easy walking distance to town & also v quiet. suited us perfectly. definitely would book again.

just suggest somewhere to hang coats up downstairs & robe hooks on bathroom doors - those would be great addition.
