O local é super agradável, estava limpo e muito próximo a tudo, uma graça.

Estávamos com dúvida quando chegamos quanto a casa, logo que chegamos uma senhora que estava fazendo a limpeza nos perguntou qual a casa, as casas não estão numeradas, não nos atentamos sobre o nome, pois estão por nome, porém não tinha a necessidade de falar como falou conosco, ao invés de explicar, ela só falava "você não leu?"

La casita es monisima y estaba limpisima. Da gusto encontrar viviendas asi de limpias y decoradas con gusto. La atencion magnifica en todo momento dispuestos a ayudar en lo que fuera. Asi da gusto viajat. Gracias

Appartamento molto carino e ben arredato. Situato dentro le mura nel centro storico.

Il fatto che si trovi a ridosso della roccia lo rende molto umido. Letti e poltrone erano bagnati. Nonostante il deumidificatore (che raccoglieva circa 1 lt di acqua l'ora) ed i condizionatori, peraltro con filtri da pulire) l'ambiente rimaneva comunque molto umido. Raggiungibile solo a piedi.

Obidós es un sitio muy boniito, la ubicación de los apartamentos están muy bien ubicados.

El estado y mantenimiento del apartamento no cumplieron nuestras expectativas. A nuestra llegada no había lavadora, a pesar de estar anunciada entre los servicios del alojamiento. Al comunicarlo, la solución ofrecida fue que la persona de limpieza lavara nuestra ropa. Finalmente instalaron una lavadora nueva a las 9:15 de la mañana del día de nuestra salida, mientras estábamos preparando el desayuno. También encontramos una silla rota e insegura, un frigorífico en muy mal estado, con óxido y reparaciones con cinta adhesiva, y una lámpara deteriorada. Comunicamos los problemas desde el primer momento. Lo más decepcionante fue la gestión de nuestras quejas. Cuando señalamos que instalar la lavadora la mañana del check-out no solucionaba lo ocurrido durante nuestra estancia, la respuesta fue: «Has reclamado que no había lavadora y ahora tienes una». Esperábamos una atención más profesional y constructiva ante este tipo de incidencias.

As instruções para encontrar o local deixam a desejar: alguns passos não fazem muito sentido para quem não conhece. Por favor, informem explicitamente que é impossível chegar de carro: passei apertos nas ruazinhas estreitas tentando chegar perto!

Emplacement parfait dans un lieu atypique. Village vivant et unique en son genre. Appartement propre mais chaises fragiles et revoir.

Ottima posizione, dentro le mura storiche, in una via tranquilla. Camera molto carina e grande, letto comodo

Il bagno e anche tutta la casa odora troppo di umido, anche gli asciugamani avevano odore forte di umido. Ho preferito tenere la valigia chiusa per evitare che tutti gli abiti si impregnassero di odore.

The location right in the old town is great; the parking is just within 10 min of walk from city gate; the A/C was running fine - what else to ask for!

il codice di accesso era scritto solo in una prima mail e mai ripetuto nelle numerose mail successive. Non era indicato che gli alloggi sono 4 con nomi diversi e diverse entrate pur con lo stesso numero civico per cui abbiamo dovuto chiamare per riuscire ad entrare.

Gostei da localização, limpeza e cuidados nos detalhes. De verdade um lugar p viver a experiência de ficar em Obidos.

Location and place excellent, comfortable and quiet.

Booking.com didn’t specify which apartment we had booked and didn’t send us the entry code. So we had a good 30 minute outside the appointment trying to convince the staff to let us in.

Erg mooie lokatie en goed appartement. Niet handig als je slecht ter been bent, is wel een klimmetje bij nodig.

The Little One room is located in a fantastic position within the historic walls of Óbidos and is part of a very old and charming house. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. See below

The room layout was completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The sofa was positioned between the bed and the bathroom wall, leaving very little space to move around. The bed was pushed too close to the wardrobe that we couldn’t open the doors, and there was no practical space to store our luggage. There’s a damp smell in the bathroom, that needs attention. To access the wardrobe, we had to push the bed further away and move sofa to front of bed. We had trouble closing both the wardrobe door and the entrance glass door. Overall, the room was too small and over crowd with many furnitures. Less functional than expected from the listing photos. While the location is excellent, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this room.

The room itself was amazing.

The lounge in the room makes the room feel cluttered and small. Also better instructions to locate the apartment would be great.

The ground-floor apartment is part of a very old house that sits within the fortress walls of Óbidos, amongst its white-washed neighbours, cobbled streets, and small colourful gardens. We found the bed comfortable and the shower hot. The kitchen area is small but has everything that you need to self-cater, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in and around the town.

We found the air in the apartment a bit damp, although there was no obvious problem with leaking water or mold. I think it was a function of the building being very old and built of stone. There was a dehumidifier provided which helped a lot. However, this may be a problem for anyone with respiratory issues.

Die Lage direkt innerhalb der Stadtmauer ist super. Unbezahlbar durch den Ort zu bummeln wenn die Tagestouristen weg sind, . Die Wohnung selbst war auch sehr schön. Abends herrscht dort eine herrliche Ruhe.

Nach der Beschreibung hatten wir einen Parkplatz vor Ort erwartet. Wir mussten aber vor der Stadtmauer parken und unser Gepäck zur Unterkunft über Kopfsteinpflaster etc. transportieren. Das ist schon etwas mühsam. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war etwas schwierig oder eher "belastet". Ich habe eine sehr schnippiche Antwort auf eine Frage erhalten. Das fand ich befremdlich.

An amazing old property with all the modern amenities, right in the walled town of Óbidos . We parked by the aqueduct & walked to the house which was easy to find. It was fun walking the castle ramparts!

Cama e sofá cama confortáveis, oferece praticamente tudo que possamos necessitar de utensílios e aparelhos de cozinha. É bem espaçoso e silencioso.

Há cheiro no banheiro e o lavatório de mão-rosto é pequeno e restrito por paredes o que dificulta a higiene pessoal.

Casa muito bem equipada, com tudo o necessário para uma estadia confortável em família. A localização é excelente, mesmo dentro das muralhas, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Tivemos todo o conforto necessário para passar um ótimo fim de semana.

Gostámos bastante da estadia e da casa no geral. Apenas sentimos alguma humidade no ambiente, apesar do desumidificador disponível ajudar bastante. Foi o único ponto menos positivo durante a estadia.

The property was clean and very well furnished with everything you need at hand.

The smell emanating from the shower room. It was horrendous! The basin was a waste of space as the tap was too big for the bowl . If you book this property make sure you take a good stout pair of walking shoes or risk a broken ankle on the uneven cobbles it’s also at the top of a big hill so you need to be fit to tackle it.

We weren’t able to stay or get to the property as there was not any free street parking available nearby- contrary to the description. The property refused to refund us when we asked for it. False advertising should void the no-refund/ cancellation policy.

The restoration was a pleasant surprise. Clean room, nice bathroom.

It was hard to find from the description given. Once we found it, with some help, it was a nice place to stay in the walled city.

Very hard to find and to get to. Couldn’t take our luggage there because we had to park outside of the old city walls. The place smelled musty There were no sheets provided for the sofa bed. Area is super touristy

Gostei da qualidade, bom gosto, da limpeza, da localização e do sol!

Um problema com a fechadura electrónica fez-nos esperar na rua por 40min, sendo que o incidente foi às 17hr.. imagino se tem calhado à meia noite.. Para além que é visível que o código de entrada nunca é alterado pelo desgaste das teclas.. ou seja, quem o teve uma vez, pode voltar quando quiser com a pior das intenções.. A casa tem um problema de formigas que tem de ser ser resolvido. Tudo coisas fáceis de resolver, que dito aqui pode ser injusto para uma experiência que foi muito boa! Obrigado.

Nicely appointed and furnished. A very pleasant property close walking distance from the centre of town.

There is no mention in the booking Platform that the room requires carrying luggage from a parking lot that is down below the castle walls. This requires luggage to be brought through a very busy cobblestone roadway. Then up a steep hill and up very dangerous stairs with no railing. We couldn’t stay because of this lack of accessible accommodation. We lost our money as the owner did not believe it was a valid reason 😩 The area Is very Beautiful and the room itself Looked very Nice But unfortunately my Husband could Not make The climb

The cleanliness and comfort of the property as well as its location.

The front door was a little awkward and a key to the internal door so that could used to enter and exit would have been better. A minor criticism!

Mucha olor de humedad en todo el apartamento, a veces se hacia molesto.

Être dans la vieille vile d'obidos mais dans une ruelle au calme. Appartement confortable, joli, cuisine toute équipée, machine à laver...

Petit souci avec le code pour refermer la porte d'entrée correctement. Le fait d'être au rez de chaussée. Il y a bien une petite terrasse, mais on n'est pas vraiment isolée du passage. Une petite haie de plantes serait une bonne idée.

Great location. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was nice to have some coffee and teabags and milk left for us. We enjoyed our stay.

You can hear people in the upstairs property so we did get woken early.

Location was great. Room was clean and cute but very small. A bit of a tough hike with suitcases for an older couple (70).

Sorry for the bad review but the Bathroom smelled like sewer. There is a drain problem somewhere in the bathroom and smells like sewer.
