Reed Warbler Cottage

We loved this cottage. Perfectly located for sightseeing but also really peaceful in a quiet little road. House had everything anyone could wish for, and Trisha and Paddy went above and beyond to make us welcome. Super cosy wood burner and loads of fuel provided, but central heating perfectly good so only needed burner for a treat. Lots of welcome treats and a handy box of toiletries in both bathrooms. We loved everything about this property. It was perfect for our holiday. The house is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The beds are comfortable and there are two large bathrooms which was great as we were a group of seven.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like about this property. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Everything was just perfect. Lots of tea, coffee, snacks wine etc. The host was so welcoming. The place was clean. Lots of kids game and pole game. Will surely be back. We enjoyed our stay.

Every little detail thought of, the place was immaculate and something to cater for everyone. Couldn't have been happier with our stay and will definitely rebook on our next visit.

Everything was charming from the host to the cottage to the neighboring sheep. The cottage was spotless and little extras were provided. The location was perfect for visiting Cong, taking an excursion on Lough Corrib and visiting the Conemarra region. Easy drive to town for groceries, fuel and restaurants.

Family of 3 young kids. Property had gates and secure fencing. Gift hamper waiting and milk in fridge. Bathroom had a box of toiletries toothbrush razor hairspray tooth paste etc in case u forgot anything. Huge selection of local attraction information. Brilliant property to stay at if sightseeing

Nothing really. It was a bit out of town but suited us.

From the start the host introduced themselves and were so welcoming and pleasant event before we arrived. It was a very cold day when we travelled so Trisha put the heating on in advance. We arrived to a cosy, warm and beautiful bungalow ....with 4 absolutely beautiful spotless bedrooms and even an outdoor leisure area. Couldn't have asked for better.

Very comfy beds, fluffy towels and really cozy house. Luxurious, with little treats everywhere. Perfect for families and large groups. The host was very kind and helpful. The best house we have stayed in.

Location of the house is definitely exceeds our expectation, Cleanliness was extremely awesome and the host walkthrough the entire house and ameneties when we enter. Simply it was pleasant stay and it was more than what we expected.

The house was spotless and had some nice extras like tea/coffee/biscuits/sauces/milk etc. Very comfortable and perfect for families. Gated garden and in the countryside not far from the town. Highly recommended!

Trisha was such a lovely host. I have never experienced someone so sweet and attentive as her. The property was immaculate and had so many additional amenities that we were not expecting.

the rooms were all beautifully presented. the kitchen was gorgeous. very thoughtful to have the toiletry baskets and the hamper in the kitchen.

I really appreciated that the kitchen equipments and pans were big enough to cook meals for the number of guests.. it was never the case with rentals so far and it makes all the difference!

Host was very helpful. The house was warm on arrival, very clean with thoughtful additiobs like toiletries in the bathrooms and some snacks and basics in the kitchen
