Comfy cottage with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay

Casa grande con tutti i confort di cui puoi avere bisogno. Parcheggio privato. Ottima posizione per visitare Cliff of Moher, Burren e per prendere il traghetto per le isole Aaran.

The location is perfect for exploring the Burren. It's very close to a bus stop for the free local bus and also the Burren visitor centre which provides a fascinating history of the area. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed.

Cottage ligt gunstig dichtbij de Burren, Cliffs of Moher en Doolin. Alles is aanwezig en ziet er netjes uit.

Fantastic stay. The host was very informative and friendly. He gave us wonderful day trip suggestions and other helpful information that made our stay very enjoyable. The cottage had everything our family of four needed.

The location was great! Lovely little house, comfy couch and beds. Host was terrific!

Had a little problem with the heat but the fireplace took care of that.

Everything was great. The cottage was warm and cosy, in an excellent location to explore the region. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Looking forward to our next holiday in Kilfenora.

He stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. He provided insight into how to explore the area. We especially loved the location. Great location and very comfortable. We were there for a wedding in the town which was less than 5 mins walk and handy location for day trips.

John was beyond welcoming. The house was spotless, had everything we needed while travelling with our baby. Its right in the town so easy to walk everywhere and yet still quiet. We will be back the next time we are down!

Everything was great, heating good, beds very cosy and comfortable, fantastic host with easy communication, exceptional amenities, we felt really good and welcomed. Just a few steps to the Burren information center, an a great pub right around the corner. We loved the place, the house, everything, and definetly will come back.

El apartamento espectacular, es cómo estar en tú casa. Camas cómodas, espacio para dejar tú ropa en armarios. Cocina bien equipada y el anfitrión muy atento y amable. Super aconsejable, lo recomiendo 100%. Tienes espacio para aparcar el coche.

The property location was great. There is a free shuttle bus to the Cliffs of Moher and Burren National Park just steps away, towards the Burren Visitor Center! John, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were great.

Lovely,spotless clean cottage in a great location for exploring the burren. The owner was lovely and called in and gave us great tips on where to go. Would definitely return here. And also ten out ten on the beds,the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

A beautiful home, that was so warm, homely and comfortable. John was a pleasure to deal with. So welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend it.

The beds were very comfortable and the place was exactly what we needed.

With four people sharing the place, one bathroom, with the toilet inside the bathroom, is not ideal.

This is a well appointed, cozy house with a great double bed and everything we desired for cooking several meals in the kitchen. We really appreciated the quality of the dishes and silverware - not the cheap, hard on your lips and tongue stuff you find in so many rental properties. Best of all, of the 4 places we stayed in over 3 weeks in Ireland, this was by far the cleanest and most well cared for.

The lack of a real fireplace. One of our booking criteria is always a wood stove or fireplace. One is listed for this house - but it's fake :>(.

Loved the house, was ideal for a family of 4. Has everything you need, like a home from home. Beds were so comfy. Amazing location, driving distance to so many attractions, Doolin caves, Ailwee caves, cliffs of Moher etc. Vaughans pub is just a walk away, great atmosphere and food was delicious. Would definitely like to stay again sometime. Would 100% recommend booking.

We had a wonderful stay here. The cottage was extremely comfortable and cosy and had everything we needed. Our host, John, was delightful and gave us great recommendations for activities to suit our family. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable and peaceful base from which to explore the area.

Lovely and homey cottage with everything you could need for a quiet night in with friends. Only 15 minutes from local towns and lovely and quiet in the evening so you can relax. Was the ideal spot to have 2 friends over and all cook pizzas together. I 100% recommend staying here, John was very friendly and helpful and the check in and check out times were great too !

We loved this cute little house. It had everything we needed and it was so homely and warm. The new beds were perfect. There were lots of beautiful attractions close by. The food in Vaughan's pub was gorgeous and just a few minutes walk away. Netflix and brilliant wifi were a winner. John our host couldn't do enough for us. A gentleman. Thanks for a great stay. We stayed 2 nights at Roadside Cottage as friends got married locally! The owner John was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. Perfect walking distance to all local amenities!

John was an excellent host. Explaining everything about the house plus available on what’s app. Also he took the time to tell us about recommended local attractions and how to get there and even go to cheaper and better locations. John, suggested the Burren visitor centre for breakfast, an excellent choice each morning as was the Vaughan local pub. Live music plus the publican and the pub were in Father Ted ! 10/10 we couldn’t falter our lovely stay.

Lovely clean cottage, the owner John met us upon arrival and recommended places to go and see. We where wanting to go into the neighbouring town 5miles away,John took us in and gave us a number of a local guy that taxied us back home in the wee hrs.

We absolutely loved this cottage. It had everything we needed and the location is great.

Lots of room and so many extras in the house! Such an interesting stone house.

Seemed out of the way at times and we couldn’t find anywhere to walk except on the highways. Beds are getting old.

Perfect location to visit the Cliffs of Moher. At less than 30 minutes by car, you will be able to arrive before all buses. The Burren is also beautiful area with many viewpoints and artifacts/sites to visit. Friendly host (John) with good tips to make the most out of your visit.

Some noise from the road so it may be a consideration for light sleepers.

The location was excellent, right on the main road and within walking distance of two pubs but easy driving distance of the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher.

It was an lovely cottage in a small village. It is well equipped, comfortable, good parking and with very kind hosts. The Burren is a fascinating environment with the limestone rocks wearing into limestone pavements. Some Iinteresting walks. From Kilfenora you can drive to the coast both west and north and explore the local history. The Burren has interesting flowers and (it was early June) the cuckoos called each day.

We had trouble maintaining the Internet link at the cottage which was frustrating. Our host rebooted the link which had a good connection.

Host looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble. Cottage was well equipped.

Location is close to all attractions. The cottage is very homely. The hosts give you your space space but are on hand by phone if you need anything. We could have stayed for days.

There was nothing to not like. Probably the best self catering accommodation I have ever stayed at

The Cottage was perfect for us. A family of four with two teens it had Wiifi and lots on the TV for a relaxing evening after sightseeing! It was clean and spacious, we felt like we were at home. The extra blankets were great as it's November so we were cold and wet after our days out so we appreciated a hot shower and getting cosy in front of the TV with some blankets. The host was friendly and informative and the local pub served lovely food that was only a step away! The beds were comfy and the reclining furniture made us extra comfortable. I would highly recommend the Roadside cottage.
