Lovely penthouse 4- bedroom directly on the lagoon

The property was very well cleaned & tidy , every thing was available but needs some suitable safe healthy machines ( Boiler& Bath plastic sheets for un sliding & more below ) as I sent to the Owner through your evaluation NB. Consider these advices for progress and Customer Satisfactions ,

Every thing we beed was available such as Water although we have & Ac Were very good & politeness of the owner and his staff,

القريه تحت الإنشاء ليس بها اي أنشطه والبحر مغلق ولا يوجد حمامات سباحه

Each room comes with its own private bathroom, which is a fantastic feature. The property is spotless, fully equipped, and offers all the amenities we could possibly need.

The property is absolutely wonderful—everything exceeded expectations. The only minor drawback is that the lagoon is quite salty.

المكان أكثر من رائع وهادى جدا...البنتهاوس مجهز بكل شئ....استقبال د.طارق جميل وودود جدا....أتوقع مستقبلا كبيرا لهذا المشروع مستقبلا كبيرا فى الساحل الشمالى بفضل الانشاءات الضخمة التى تجرى على قدم وساق....الجلوس أمام اللاجون وعلى الرووف مريح جدا للاعصاب...أوصى بهذا المكان بشدة لمرتادى الساحل الشمالى...شكرا د.طارق

Amazing penthouse, very spacious and has beautiful views of the Lagoon. Definitely a great place for families with kids and those craving a peaceful getaway. The owner is a very kind and caring person and was very helpful. 10/10 recommend to everyone and would definitely come back again in the future.

Where do I start .... Never have I felt this welcomed before what an exceptional host! I traveled the world and am very spoiled,yet the amazing houseowner went above and beyond to make this trip memorable Truly exceptional

That I had to leave.... But it won't be long before I will book again!

I would like to thank dr tarek for his hospitality and high decently , the unit was exceptional for everything , the lagoon was clean, nearby, and highly secured. In addition, the location was great nearby all the attractive places in Sahel and new Alamein city. My family quite enjoyed our vacation ,For sure it will be repeated again inshallah.

the property is amazing same as the pictures the furniture is new and clean the roof is amazing well furnished the owner is a very nice and kind person the lagoon is exceptional and safe for kids the beach is nice but has some rocks need the sea shoes we enjoyed our stay very much and will do it again and again inshaalla

The chalet was very clean, supplied with all the facilities you need during your stay. The furniture is new and clean. The air conditioners were working well. The location of the chalet next to the lagoon was very good. The roof was really nice, well furnished, the view was nice and the air on the roof was great. The place is quite safe. The place is ideal for relaxing. The owners of the Chalet are very polite, respectful, and helpful people.

The village is still under construction, it doesn't have a mosque or a supermarket yet.

Everything was so good, the place is very good organized with 4 rooms each with a private bathroom & new air-conditioners, 2 living rooms with a big TV screen that has a satellite with several channels,the roof has 2 seating areas with all needed for a barbecue evening & we had mush fun using the swings. The chalet has a beautiful view with a direct access to the lagoon, also it provides the equipments for cooking, cleaning & laundry. Finally thank you Mr. Tarek for being so descent & giving us a very good experience & making our stay so easy & unforgettable.

The compound is very quiet and nice especially the lagoon very nicely designed passing through all villas. The duplex has wonderful airflow and each room has a private bathroom. The owner is very nice and welcoming.

The beach assigned to the compound has some rocks after the first 3 meters, but actually the lagoon is sufficient because it has sea water. The air conditioning is operational in one or two rooms but the airflow is sufficient.
