-Big thank to Mr. Mahmoud the duty manager for his professionalism, cooperation, and continuous support, He was very helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. -Room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent facilities

-Food was disappointing, both in terms of quality and variety -Beach facilities and cafeteria were very poor, with inadequate equipment and services for a 5-star hotel -Sharp stone hidden in the sand that caused an injury -Beach bathroom facilities were also below the expected 5-star standard.

مفيش حاجة للاسف عجبتني في الفندق لاني كنت متوقع خدمة احترافية ومعاملة باحترام وكرم لكن لما وصلت امام الفندق مفيش حد ساعدني اني انزل الشنط من العربية ونزلتها لوحدي وكمان قالولي ممنوع الركنة امام الفندق وتروح تركن في Parking قولتلهم هنزل الحاجة الاول وادخل ابني ومراتي علشان الحر مرضيوش وبعد ما وديت العربية اتخانقت ان حد يجي معايا في جولف كار علشان يرجعني للاسف مفيش حد جه إلا بعد خناقة والموقف مفيهوش تاندا علشان الشمس والعربيات كلها واقفة في في ااشمس بعد كدة Check in كان صعب جدا مع اني حجاز عن طريق Booking قعدت نص ساعة وخدت غرفة مش غرفتي وبعد كدة قعدنا ساعة علشان نروح الغرفة اللي حاجزها Sea view وكنت طالب Crab للبيبي جت بعد طلب 7 مرات واطلبها يقولي تمام واتصل ويقولي تمام ويقولي ماشي ومفيش حاجة تيجي وفي الاخر جت بعد دخولي ب 4 ساعات وكذلك السلبيرز والبرنس للاستحمام والمعاملة بعنصرية وطبقية للاسف ونيجي بعد كدة مفيش حد بيساعد كله بيحاول يهرب منك لانك مصري كنت ناوي اقعد يوم ثالث لكن رفضت طبعا .. وجالي حساسية من الكلور وعندي صور بكدة وانا بعمل check out زن وطلب كتيير علي ترك الغرفة وانا بلبس ومفيش حد ساعدنا نحط الشنط في العربية تجربة سيئةً جدا جدا وكمان حاجة في النظافة الحمام ريحته مش حلوة وفي ريحة مش طبيعية من اول الاستلام لحد تنظيف الغرفة

THE Beach! Unclean and the shore is lines with tough stones my mom injured her leg despite wearing swimming shoes all because of the sharp stones. The water smelled like sewage and petroleum. The location of the beach is near a desalination plant and oil plants. Terrible.

It was a great experience specially from staff and the whole facilities on the hotel And i would like to send my special thanks and regards for Mr.Rawan on reception for her kindness

الحمامات على الشاطئ سيئة جدا - لا يوجد باسكت لوضع القمامه عند كل شمسية - مستوى البوفيه المفتوح فى الافطار سئ جدا -- حتى الفول و الفلافل رديئة جدا - موقع الفندق يبعد عن العلمين حوالى 12 كيلو

Hospitality,professional services from both receptionist and housekeeper.

Very low quality and service @ the restaurant during the breakfast.

Room was quite, pools and beach were amazing and large and quite nice with support staff taking care of the hotel residents. also for supply of drinks at pool and beach. great experience. rooms are large and adequate and the room I stayed in had it's own balcony and lounge chairs to enjoy the weather and so on.

room service late at night didn't have a lot of options. some breakfast items weren't cooked so well. most of the breakfast felt bland and could be better so don't expect it to be something WoW. overall it's over priced but the experience was nice.

Only the building

The worst team I’ve ever met in the Valet, one of the biggest hotels’ gym with spiders all around because they don’t clean it they don’t even have soap inside the gym toilet. The toilet shower is stuck, because there is no maintenance The finance team is the worst you will ever ever meet, they deal with the guest in the most arrogance way.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing, mainly because the chalet was not clean upon arrival. The overall cleanliness was below the expected standard, which significantly affected the comfort and experience of my stay. I expected the chalet to be properly cleaned and prepared before checkin

Beach was not clean, full of black things left without cleaning. Sink was blocked but it has been fixed when I told them.

The hotel and chalets are pleasant overall, with good pool views and easy access to the sea. The property is spacious, with convenient access and parking for chalet guests with cars. with high security. Overall, the experience would've been much better if we did not rely on the hotel’s food and services.

Some staff interactions were less than pleasant, although this was not the case with everyone. The food quality was well below what would be expected from a 5-star hotel, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service. The Italian restaurant also did not offer an authentic Italian dining experience. Service quality in general needs significant improvement, and the location can be inconvenient if you do not have a car.

. تجربة سيئة جدًا من البداية للنهاية. أسوأ إدارة، وأسوأ استقبال، ومستوى النظافة غير مقبول تمامًا. الغرف كانت في حالة سيئة جدًا، وكل شيء تقريبًا كان أقل بكثير من المستوى المتوقع من فندق بهذا السعر. بصراحة، لا توجد أي خدمة أو جودة تبرر السعر المدفوع. التجربة بالكامل كانت مخيبة للآمال، ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق نهائيًا. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. A very disappointing experience from start to finish. The management was extremely poor, the reception was unprofessional, and the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The rooms were in terrible condition, and almost everything was far below the standard expected for a hotel at this price. Honestly, there is absolutely no value for money. The entire experience was extremely disappointing, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool and the beach but they need to remove the rocks at the beach which can hurt

Arrived 3:30pm first impression was really bad they said booking didn't send them the reservation because I booked one day before arrival which doesn't make any sense I know booking did their part, it took them 10 mins to find my reservation then another 40 mins to do check in and after we reach the chalet rooms wasn't ready and housekeeping still working another one hour till the rooms are ready, we asked for extra towels and we didn't get it and their excuses the laundry didn't provide them yet, beach got a lot of rocks for the first 5 meters which can hurt your leg, not worth for money at all maximum 2 stars hotel I believe everyone there it's first time to work in hospitality including their management also no any resutrant out of the hotel deliver foods since its not on their map or abit far, I don't know the reason, will never stay in this hotel again or any hotel related to the hotel group

The staff are very friendly and cheerful, the chalet was very clean and comfortable, the housekeeping was very professional 👌. The place overall is very good for relaxing and enjoying good summer vibes

A 5-star resort should reflect on the service of the staff. They are not trained.

The food options on buffet were plenty & the dining staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were comfortable but The cleaning of rooms was not done properly & reception staff need better training

On arrival in the late afternoon the chalet was not ready for check in, then we were given a non sea facing. We had to move to the right chalet at night after dinner. We also couldn’t get late check out as promised after the check in fiasco. The staff at reception likes making promises they can’t keep.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a great location and amazing beach. The chalet was also wonderful, and the entire experience was excellent Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the restaurant and room service teams to the reception staff Special thanks to Samar, gust relation, also to service team Mohamed Mashary, Walied, and the restaurant team for their kinds , and excellent food service

The golf cart service was not responding to our call to request even we did call the receptionist many times I recommend to increase the golf carts

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly the room was spacious and clean

Beach has no food trucks just drinks and the restaurant is always very busy

المكان سئ لا انصح بالاقامه الخدمات سيئه تدفع مال بدون الخدمات المستحقه الأكل سئ جدا

الفندق رائع َوموظفوا الاستقبال اكثر من رائعين واخص مستر رافت. ومس ياسمين والشاليه كان نظيف والهاوس كييبنج رائعيين وخصوصا ابراهيم الفندق مريح جدا البحر َالبيسينات وكل خدمات الاوتيل شكرا

بعيد عن الطريق والخدمات قليلا البحر به بعض الاحجار علي الشاطئ ولكنه رائع بعدها البسينات تغلق في السابعه مساءا يمكن مدها حتي الغروب افضل

Pendant le Check in pas d’organisation le personnel de la réception sont dépassés et personne n’a essayé de organiser la foule. A La palage y a une mauvaise odeur j sais pas où devient exactement ? Peut être à cause de la situation de dessalement à côté!! Le petit déjeuner est très basique

حمامات السباحه غير نظيفه وغير مهتمين بيها الشاطي غير مهتمين بيه ويوجد به ظلط وصخور وليس بشاطئ رملي المطعم واحد فقط ومافيهوش تنوع في انواع الاكل وبلأخص وجبه الغداء الفندق مفيهوش اي activity تحس انك قاعد في قريه سياحيه مهجوره الموظفين العاملين في الفندق غير مؤهلين للعمل به لابد من الاستعانه بمدنيين خبره في مجال السياحه خدمه الغرف ظل التكييف معطل برغم ابلاغي بالعطل حتي تاريخ المغادره
