Great view from 2nd floor living room and fire place with heat pump Location 5 minutes to town by car. Heated floor in bathrooms.

Late response from the host. Dish washer is not working properly, it not clean as it should. Light at dinning table too bright. Balcony from bedroom is dirty.

Absolutely loved our time here. Great size for our big family. Everybody had their own space, and we could all spread out in the lounge area together too. Heated bathroom floors are now my favourite thing!

View was stunning and proximity to town fantastic. Loved the space, beds were comfortable and Coonara and under door heating kept us so warm and toasty.

The dishwasher didn’t wash very well and the Dyson vacuum didn’t seem to charge.

One of the beds wasn’t very comfortable and the communication service was not friendly.

The view from the deck was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the place! We didn't know how to use the internet at first but was quickly sorted after a text. Would recommend 10 out of 10

The place is exceptional! The location and view is💯💯💯! I could just stay there and do nothing.

Nothing really. I could live there! Shame we need to leave every day and visit touristy places but every time we come home, the accomodation feels so relaxing and homey!

4 of us stayed here for my dads 50th. The view from this balcony was STUNNING. Very conveniently located, close to city centre. What I loved most about this property was the heated bathroom floors. Neighbours were also very friendly. I think we all enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

The property could have been cleaner, we noticed one of the bedrooms hadn’t been vacuumed and the bed wasn’t made properly. There was also some dust inside the home. This was minor and did not affect our stay.

We loved the amazing views. It was spacious both in the living area and bed rooms. We arrived to find a lovely warm and clean house. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay, and would highly recommend the property.

We had hired a big car and the driveway was a bit tight but it might not worry other drivers. Bowls and trays were a little light on in the kitchen. The dishwasher needed some rinse aid as it didn’t really do the job for us. That was not a big deal for our group.

More or extra or better bedding.. was getting cold at night and the heaters down stairs were noisy which affected our sleep.. so we didn’t sleep very well our whole stay.

Location and view were exceptional

Not so much about the actual property, but found the responses to questions and queries prior to and leading up to the stay, were very blunt and was made to feel like I was being a nuisance. We were a group with 3 generations ( 1yr to 60 years old) and when travelling need plan for all eventualities. Maybe a bit more consideration to clients questions in future would be nice.

Some rattling on the downpipe above master bedroom which made the first night difficult to sleep but could have been due to wind and rain.

Incredible view, great set up for families with the sleeping/bathrooms on one floor and the living room/kitchen on another. Incredible experience for our two little families sharing the place, made all that bit more special with the incredible view. Great parking. Can’t wait to recommend to others heading to Queenstown so they can experience the wonderful home away from home that we got to enjoy.

If you like waking up with a view of queenstown this is a great choice, with close to town center. This property has lots of great features with a fire place to keep warm on those colder nights, enjoyed this property a lot. Would come back again.

Driveway is a bit challenging… Layout is in 3 levels so it’s hard for elder people.

Very large beautiful home with amazing views. It had everything we needed for a large group of 6. Plenty of room for everyone. Very modern and warm home. The fireplace was so comforting. The showers were great! We would highly recommend. Would stay again. Only 3 mins drive to town down the hill and was so lovely over looking the whole of Queenstown. The property was unbelievable. Conveniently located a few minutes drive from the heart of Queenstown. Also the views were sensational. The hosts helped accommodate for a baby with a cot and highchair. 10/10

The steep walk going up, but uts fine if you use the car all the time.

The views were incredible, the facilities were excellent and the house was lovely and warm when we arrived on a cold evening!

The explanation for which door to use when you arrive and that it was a key code door rather than a lockbox could have been slightly clearer.

Very modern, clean property with great practical furniture. Good use of the views with outside decor. There was enough utensils and cooking equipment for our 3 night stay. The laundry machines helped heeps with our clothes, good to have a clothesline. Great design stairs from the middle level to the top level.

Maybe some ceiling fans to circulate some air, this probably has a short window of use.

House is situated next to water reservoir, with the noise from the pump able to be heard. The house is large and spacious but is lacking a full kitchen fit out. Appliances need upgrading.

This is a beautiful home, with stunning views and a great location. Nice linen and comfy beds. Apart from an ancient dishwasher it was the perfect home.

Host was not helpful. We got locked out of the internal garage (which should never have happened as it was keyed the wrong way around). There was no key provided, no spare key available and no solutions presented. Host's communication was accusatory and presumptive and made the remainder of the stay uncomfortable, leaving a sour taste in our mouth to what is a great home in a great location.

Feel like home, have everything we need for family travel. Great view. Convenient to the airport. Better have a car, but walkable to the town centre. Will need a taxi back up hill.

Property was excellent. well furnished with plenty of room. the views from lounge, balconies & front bedroom were to die for. magnificent views of mountains, lake & town.

The views were spectacular, the home was beautifully clean and modern with everything we could have wanted and it was a close, lovely walk to town.

The location was a bit out of town but the views more than made up for that little bit of inconvienence, you defiantly need a car if you want to stay at this property but we had one so that was ok.

Possibly needs a toilet on the top level in the main living area?
