Ubicació perfecta a 5min del centre. Instal·lacions netes. Esmorzar perfecte (esmorzar calent fet pel cheff al moment) i petit buffet de fruita iogurt i pastes. Diverses zones de parking. Personal molt amable. Habitació amplia i amb tot lo necessari (nevera, bullidor, cafetera, tovalloles i sabons, respall de dents,..).

Amazing property with gorgeous views of the lake. Walking distance into town. Breakfast was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were also great. Couldn’t recommend more

Only thing would be that the WiFi is not the strongest, ended up just using mobile data

The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was beautiful, with a wonderful view. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

It was just perfect, from the warm cozy rooms to the exception staff and amazingly convenient location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Queenstown House Boutique B&B. The place has such a warm, cosy and homely atmosphere, making it a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring Queenstown. The room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was another highlight — delicious, fresh and a great way to start the day.

The only minor downside is the location. The B&B is situated on an uphill slope, so it takes around 10–15 minutes to walk to the city centre, and the walk back can be a little tiring.

Where to begin….its absolutely COZY AS. Warm, inviting, comfortable, felt like a second home. Great location close to the city centre.

My only possible drawback to this property is that it is located uphill! A big hill. If you’re elderly, a wheelchair user, or on crutches you may want to take a taxi home-apart from that, this place is wonderful.

Lovely property. Easy to access town from here. Exceptional breakfast with friendly staff. The QT House Manager, Sam was very accommodating and helpful.

Camera pulita e confortevole, parcheggio molto comodo e soprattutto staff super disponibile e attento. Avevamo un tour presto al mattino e, non potendo fare colazione, ci hanno preparato una colazione al sacco. Avevano anche organizzato una degustazione a cui non siamo riusciti a partecipare e ci hanno gentilmente omaggiato una bottiglia di vino. Piccole attenzioni che fanno davvero la differenza. Super consigliato!

Tastefully decorated rooms and facilities. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

A great location, the room was beautiful, cozy and very nicely styled. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and I appreciated the effort made to cater for my dietary requirements (coeliac, gluten free). We also attended one of the social evenings and got to meet some other lovely travellers, which made the stay feel more homely.

The only thing that wasn't great was the Wifi. It dropped out constantly and would not load basic things like emails on my laptop.

It’s a true home from home, a fantastic place to stay. The hosts and staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The proximity to CBD make it a perfect place to stay. Moreover, the quality and quantity of breakfast will keep you going all day. Queenstown House B&B is THE place to stay when visiting the region.

Breakfast was yummy but they stop serving it at 9am, great if you are there for work, not ideal for us who were on vacation.

The location was incredible, the staff and the breakfasts.

The tv and wifi weren’t the best.

Fantastic view over the town and lake, Laura and staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was cozy and warm.

Cute rooms and I loved how we felt 'alone', tucked off in the back. Laura is a beautiful soul, really friendly. The eat in breakfast was really good, although the tea is way way way too weak.

Not your fault but we were without lights for the majority of the trip. The one thing that should've been fixed there is communication about it. I had to keep asking about progress. At one point, they said it would be sorted Monday, but I had to message on Wednesday to find out what was going on. I don't blame them for the delay, but being informed of the delay was something that should've happened. The take away breakfast was mediocre. Particularly on the weekend, the bread was stale and dry.

Location - very central to close to attractions. We found it easier to leave our hire car at the property and walk as the parking was a little scarce in town. It was a 5 minute walk Breakfast - a gorgeous way to start each day. Either cooked or continental. A beautiful touch, which made our trip feel like home Laundry Onsite - this was amazing! To be able to do a load of dirty washing during your stay meant I could enjoy my trip more, knowing I didn’t have this to do when I arrived home The Cookie Time treat was a real treat with our kids who eyed them off as soon as we got to the room. Our flight was delayed and the staff were so accomodating. They even had the heaters on in our room which we loved as it was freezing outside

Honestly nothing. There was ample space throughout the property where we could retreat after a busy day. The fire, the games and books. All really nice touches. There was even a meet and greet night. Where the staff organised canapés to meet other guests. Unfortunately we weren’t able to attend, but a really lovely idea

Outstanding location, fabulous views ( we were in king suite 3 ) lovely & very helpful manager & staff, terrific daily breakfast ( even made to go & room delivered on a big early departure excursion day …… WOW ). A delightfull stay made all the better by a comfortable bed, warm cozy room, hot bath/shower & crazy, silly, nice folks.

WiFi was a bit sketchy and the price you pay for the big view is the short but very steep uphill walk coming home each day from Queenstown CBD. We opted for a $15 taxi ride a couple of times.

Beds, room and washroom. Didn’t have one decent shower while I was there. The shower head is low and the water temperature was all over the place. The beds were soft and somewhat supportive.

Fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes' walk from Queenstown town center. I was really impressed by the high-quality toiletries provided in the room. The breakfast was also a highlight; beautifully presented with several delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended!

The WiFi in my room is not good.

The Lake View Kitchen Studio was a great size, well appointed with fireplace and amazing views over the town, Lake Wakatipu and mountains beyond. The daily breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and efficient. Regular wine tasting nights (local delicious wines) were available in the evening and these were in a casual, lounge room setting where guests were free to chat with each other during the tasting.

Made-to-order breakfast was top-notch. They offer evening wine tasting a couple nights a week. Use of washer/dryer was a big plus. Stafff was super nice and professional. Walk down the hill and you are in the center of town.

Few minutes of uphill walk

Queenstown House is in an exceptional position, close to town with fabulous views of the lake, the mountains and the town. Villa 2 is extremely well appointed. Comfortable and stylish. It is certainly one of the best places I have stayed. Highly recommended.

The breakfasts were delicious, in particular the large variety of cooked option. Oddly, however for this land of cream and butter, the staff were stingy about butter and milk for tea and coffee. We had to ask repeatedly for both. Strange that such a small detail should Macready an otherwise superb experience.

The property is in a great location - so close to town (you don’t need to drive or find a park which is so challenging), the staff were absolutely lovely, and breakfast was a really nice offering.

There’s really nothing we didn’t like it. It’s worth noting that it is up a steep hill (which most places are in Queenstown) so you just need to be mindful if your mobility is limited.

The walk back from town up the hill. It is better to take an Uber from in-town. I could not get one from the main street at the bottom of the hill.

Great breakfast and staff were very helpful. The location is a little difficult for elder persons, however most sites around Queenstown is quite steep.

Amazing breakfasts and extremely pleasant and helpful staff. We arrived later in the day and despite it being after hours we were greeted and shown to our room and given a briefing. Sam also made us a breakfast to go as we were heading out to Milford Sound very early in the morning.

It’s a walk up the hill!

The location was excellent, the place was charming, the room was very comfortable and clean and the highlight was the breakfast and the friendly staff.

The rooms were large and very well appointed. The view was exceptional, overlooking Queenstown and the lake.

2 blocks of the walk back from town are straight uphill and are "no joke". It's not a long walk but it does get your attention. If you drive back-and-forth, no problem.

An interesting property with a nice lounge area for guests. The welcome was warm and friendly. The breakfast menu was diverse and food well prepared.The canapés and wine tasting engaged guests in conversation. The bed was very comfortable, very good quality linen and toiletries.. even slippers plus robe were provided.Staff friendly and helpful..

Overlooking the town was really pleasant .. but The walk back up the steep incline tested our fitness !!!!

We loved the beautiful views of the town and lake and our comfortable room. We were very warmly welcomed by staff and enjoyed an evening of wine tasting with other guests. Breakfast was good and we appreciated making use of the laundry and luggage storage facilities.

Supernetter Empfang, klasse Aussicht auf Queenstown, See und Gondola. Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl wie im Hotel ebenfalls mit Aussicht. Laundry, Terrasse und Wohnzimmer zur Nutzung ebenfalls vorhanden. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.

Great location looking down onto the lake. Bedroom was lovely spacious and very well maintained with great outdoor areas to sit. Breakfast was the best we have had in over three weeks in NZ. Staff so helpful and they have a very useful laundry service with dryires all complementary. Fabulous.

The hill is pretty steep to walk up from the center of town. No fault of the property - I'm old!

One only downside is the steep hill, if walking, on your return from the centre of the city. However it wouldn't stop me from coming again
