Un endroit merveilleux ! L’accueil , les chambres grandes, propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner délicieux. La proximité du départ de la télécabine. L’hôte a réservé les billets pour nous , a proposé de garder nos sacs à dos le temps de la visite, nous a conseillé un super restaurant et nous a aidé à porter nos sacs au restaurant mais quelle gentillesse . Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour en Chine.

It is very close to the entrance of the Great Wall which meant that we could go up onto the wall before the droves of tourist buses arrived from Beijing. That meant we had no queues and great photo opportunities with hardly anyone there. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. They picked us up from the airport late at night, made amazing food for breakfast and dinner, and helped us to buy tickets for activities The property itself has a beautiful roof terrace with a view of the Great Wall.

The whole stay was amazing! We had such a wonderful time. The place is really beautiful with great spaces downstairs for breakfast and dinner and a rooftop area for chilling. Lily's cooking was incredible - it's really worth having dinner there. Her husband picked us up from the airport and helped us buy our tickets for all the Great Wall activities. Best hotel we've stayed in.

A wonderful surprise! A family-run hotel just a stone’s throw from the north entrance of the Great Wall. The rooms are brand new, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. We had an amazing dinner on the terrace. Highly recommended!

Lily was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. After the end of our stay she went with us in person to the bus station to make sure we had a way to get to Beijing city center, and when it turned out the last bus had left for the day, she helped us with booking a taxi. The hotel itself is very elegantly designed and the coffee in particular was excellent. The location, right by the great wall, is very convenient, and allows you to beat the crowds and get started on your exploration of the wall as early as you like.

I rarely leave hotel reviews, but Lily and her husband absolutely deserve one. This was, without question, our favourite stay during our 10 days in China. The location was perfect, and Lily went above and beyond to help us with everything. From organising our Great Wall tickets to arranging DiDi transfers. Nothing was overpriced, and her local knowledge made our visit so much easier. Lily was worried about her English, but she communicated wonderfully and made us feel completely welcome. Both she and her husband were the most gracious, kind hosts, and our children absolutely loved staying here. We can’t recommend this homestay highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay near the Mutianyu Great Wall in a very green area that feels like a cozy village. The hosts were absolutely lovely and a pleasure to talk to ^^ We had an incredible freshly cooked dinner (for an additional fee) — I swear I’ve never eaten such delicious chinese food in my life — and a very nice breakfast as well. The room was not very big but clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for visiting the Great Wall (hat was actually the first reason we chose this hotel, hehe), and getting there by taxi was easy and affordable, there's public transport from Beijing airports too, but it might be less convenient. We really would happily stay again.

Wonderful hosts, discreet yet very helpful and welcoming. Very nice house, we loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend and come back anytime! Thank you to Lily and her husband for this perfect stay.

Staying at “Let’s Go Hotel and Bar” right on the Mutianyu Great Wall was the highlight of our China trip!! The location is amazing right on the Great Wall and means you can be on the Wall early and have it yourself without any crowds. The hotel is so comfortable and clean with fantastic service provided by Lilli and her husband. We were picked up from airport, made a delicious dinner and our tickets booked for us….everything was taken care of by Lilli and her husband thank you to both of them for making our stay perfect.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike or fault about “Let’s Go” it’s truly perfect!!

Lily und ihr Mann sind ganz reizende Gastgeber, die uns sehr warmherzig empfangen haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Lily ist eine ganz ausgezeichnete Köchin, die uns jeden Morgen und Abend mit ihren Kochkünsten verwöhnt hat. Wir durften immer sagen, was wir wollten und dann hatte sie uns es serviert…einfach köstlich! Das Zimmer ist blitzeblank, wie überall in dem Haus! Lily ist eine Putzfee und äußerst fleißig! Ihr Mann hatte uns für einen fairen Aufpreis vom Flughafen in Bejing (im Süden, der leider fast zwei Stunden entfernt liegt!) abgeholt und auch nach den vier wunderschönen Tagen zum Flughafen (diesmal im Norden!) gebracht. Davor ist er noch mit uns in die verbotene Stadt gefahren und hatte geduldig währen der Besichtigung auf uns gewartet! Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem kleinen typisch chinesischen Bergdorf, wo man eine unheimliche Dynamik für die Zukunft spürt und sieht (überall neue Häuser), wenige Gehminuten von der Seilbahn entfernt, die Einen hoch auf die Chinesische Mauer fährt (oben muss man noch genug laufen! Die begehbare Strecke ist ca. 30 Km und umgerechnet ca. 290 Stockwerke! Und runter sowieso!). Es war phantastischer Aufenthalt in privater Atmosphäre! Oben auf der schönen großen Terrasse konnte man noch ein wenig ausruhen und entspannen!

The owner Lily is very kind and nice . She is very welcoming and helpful. And her food was just the best I had in China . The property is very clean and nice , exactly as the photos . All the reviews speaks for itself.

I was hoping to have a swimming pool but it’s out of order and it would be good if there was a spa in the rooftop- it would be very useful since there isn’t much to do in the village after the tour to the Great Wall.

Great location if you want to visit the wall, we walked to the entrance in the morning. Nice designed and renovated rooms, the roof top was a lovely spot to sit (you can see the wall from there) and dinner at the hotel was also easy to order and delicious. We also did airport pick up which smooth and made it easy for us to get there

Moderne Ausstattung, guter Cappuccino, Betten bequem, super sauber. Lili hat uns bei all unseren Fragen super geholfen und ihr essen schmeckt sehr lecker. Es gibt auch eine schöne Dachterrasse. Perfekte Ausgangslage um gleich die ersten auf der Mauer zu sein. Ab 10 Uhr wird es schnell voll oben.

Ubicación excepcional, y los dueños son muy amables, ofrecen comida muy deliciosa, nos sorprendió lo buena que estaba su comida. Recomiendo mucho este alejamiento y también el sazón.

The husband and wife host are caring and paid good attention to our wellbeing throughout our 2 night stay. The lady host also helped with purchase of the ticket to the Great wall when we arrived the night before, made our life so much easier! Super easy going persons. Take what you need from the fridge and pay later. When there was not much guests around we had the most cozy place (the house was rustic, warm and squeaky clean) in Mutianyu all to ourselves. I have no doubt but have to say it was the best staycation (and amazing bread & coffee!) experience in the entire Beijing trip. The terrace from which we can see the Great wall was amazing, at night it turned into a cozy place with campfire facility felt extra special to us. I recommend anyone staying a night or two here for a different, away-from-bustling city feel when visiting the Great Wall. Also please try the homecook food they serve, they are super delicious and for the portion it was very reasonably priced!

Nothing to pick!

Firstly it’s one of the cleanest and wonderful stays in China. There are not many rooms, its stylish and really quiet at night. Location is amazing to visit the wall and Lily and her husband are absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful hosts. If you stay there, definitely eat dinner there. It was absolutely delicious! Hope to return some day!

The bed was a little hard but after the second night we got used to it.

La comodidad,la casa es preciosa, todo limpio,buena comida que te prepara la familia incluye el desayuno,la ubicación fantástica ya que la muralla china esta a 5 minutos andando y delante tienes la parada de autobús H24 con el que puedes volver a pekin haciendo trasbordo con otro bus 916. La familia puede ayudarte con los tickets de la muralla.

Stop scrolling & book here ! Lily runs an amazing boutique hotel - every element of the design & architecture has been perfectly executed . The aesthetic is almost New York loft space with brick walls , polished concrete , ceramic & wooden floors . Everything about Let’s Go Hotel has been carefully considered . We had the best food we’ve had so far in China & we had eaten in a Michelin restaurant in Beijing the night before - honestly there is wizardry being performed in that kitchen by Lily’s husband . I’m vegetarian & that was no problem at all , my husband’s butterflied spicy barbecued trout was outstanding . The rooms are cosy & we slept like babies . The public spaces for dining , having a coffee etc are lovely & there’s a great rooftop space where you can can enjoy a post wall glass of wine . You could not meet a more hospitable couple , nothing was too much trouble . Lily sorted Great Wall tickets for us for two consecutive days & explained everything to us which was so appreciated. Additionally our driver from Beijing dropped us off in the wrong place & Lily came to our rescue immediately. Thanks so much to you both for an amazing stay - we will recommend to everyone & would stay again in a heartbeat 💓

There is absolutely nothing not to love here .

The staff was one of the friendliest and most hospitable we’ve experienced. They prepared home cooked meals, offered transportation services to/from the train station and hotel, and were extremely responsive to messaging. The proximity to the Great Wall was fantastic to get there early.

Fantastic hosts! Really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Personally picked us up from the airport when we had a late arriving flight. So friendly and welcoming. Location couldn’t be any better, just a short walk from the start of the chair lift to the wall. They even sorted out our tickets the night before so we really had nothing to do but turn up. After a long day walking the wall we headed back for a restaurant recommendation but they insisted on cooking for us which was absolutely phenomenal! Amazing traditional Chinese food packed with flavour. At the end of our trip they even drove our bags up to the bus stop on their scooter so we had nothing to carry!

They provide lots of tips, they also help me get tickets for the great wall, Not to mention that they even went early to help me get the physical ticket for one of the ride. I'm truly touch by their sincerity and warmth, they just want the best experience for those who stay with them. I even got a free upgrade for my room, clean and cozy I slept so well for the 2 nights. Love their sourdough for breakfast, great coffee. Everything was just great!

Simply put, everything about this visit was superb! The Mutianyu section of the Great Wall is incredibly well preserved and accessible for most people. With that in mind, my observation is that you can either take a tour bus straight here or you can stay somewhere closer, within walking distance. After this visit at the Let's Go Hotel & Bar, I recommend the latter! Mr. Yang and Lily are the most hospitable hosts you could ask for. This accommodations are top notch - modern while also feeling very homey. In fact, I wish I could call this my home! We were immediately greeted once we arrived via Didi. Lily helped us book tickets into the Great Wall via the open cable cars. It was a seamless process. The next day, she would also help us get tickets for the closed cable cars that take you to a different section. Mr. Yang drove us there on both occassions. Once we got back, we were greeted by traditional Chinese snacks as we warmed up followed shortly by dinner. They offer a wide selection of options, from Western to tradiitonal Chinese and even a make your a own pizza experience - regardless of what you choose, you can't go wrong! In terms fo the room, we stayed in Room 7. It was great. Plenty of outlets to recharge you devices and plenty of spaces. My personal favorite aspect of the room were the heated floors. We came in January while it was snowing. The heated floors were an absolute lifesaver. On the second day, we were awoken to the smell of delicious homemade bread and a great Western-style breakfast. Once we got back from our second trek through the Great Wall, we were also got lunch before leaving - homemade shrimp, pork, and beef dumplings, all delectable. Overall, our trip to the Great Wall would not be what it was without our stay at Let's Go Hotel & Bar and the great hosts, Mr. Yang and Lily

The managers of the property were extremely nice and helpful! The hotel is well maintained and with new and modern design and decoration. The location is right next to the cableway to Mutianyu part of the Great Wall, so it is super convenient.

Hosts were so kind and friendly! The host husband picked us up from the airport and drove us to the hotel for a reasonable rate. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious and filling for our trek at the great wall. Our hosts purchased our tickets for us and we paid them back. The hosts were generous about the checkout process as well and we got a ride to Beijing for a reasonable rate as well. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much, we appreciated our stay.

Perfeito em todos os aspectos! Melhor comida da China, jantar perfeito. Muito melhor que nas fotos. Café da manhã fez com carinho ocidental diferente de outros hotéis. Super limpo e confortável. Anfitriã super agradável e o esposo também nos levou até a entrada do teleférico, ajudou a comprar as entradas da muralha da China.

Tout était parfait, un grand merci à Lili et son mari pour leur accueil et leur organisation. Ils sont venus nous chercher à Pékin et nous ont aidés à réserver les billets pour la muraille. L'hôtel est propre, confortable et se situe à 10 minutes à pied de la muraille.

L’hôtel a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Il correspond tout à fait à la description faite. Il se situe à une heure en voiture de l’aéroport international de Pékin et se situe à 2 min en voiture ou 10 min à pied de la Grande Muraille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, toujours prêts à nous rendre service. La propriétaire s’est chargé de nous réserver les billets d’entrée pour visiter la Grande Muraille et nous a conseillé pour la visite. Son mari s’est occupé du transfert hôtel-aéroport à prix raisonnable. L’hôtel est très propre et la décoration est soignée. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Je recommande à 100% ce logement.

Our hosts Lily and Yang are incredibly friendly and so accommodating. They were our ride to and from the city, they prepared delicious dinner for us on arrival and booked our tickets for the Great Wall and booked a visit to Tiananmen Square. The rooms and facilities are just fabulous, heated throughout as it was minus temperatures outside. Everything you need is available. Views of the Great Wall from the bedroom windows is an added extra and it is just a short walk to the cableway to walk on the Great Wall. Fabulous stay, too short though. Would have liked to see more of the local surrounding area. Thank you so much Lily and Yang. You are wonderful hosts.

Sehr gut gelegen, 10 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Eingang des Mauerbereiches. Wir waren im November hier, deshalb war es extrem ruhig am Abend. Es ist ein kleines Familienhotel. Die Ausstattung ist tip-top, seht modern. Lily und ihr Mann sind grossartige Gastgeber. Extrem hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Sie haben für uns gekocht und das war sehr lecker.

El hotel es lindo, limpio, cómodo y lo mejor es que estás a solo 5 minutos de la entrada a la gran muralla China. Ademas el anfitrión te puede ir a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto, te ayuda comprando los boletos para la muralla, y te va a dejar a la entrada. A fantastic accommodation, so authentic, so close to the Great Wall. A family run hotel, the 2 owners were so welcoming, they provided for a punctual pick up from the airport, with return journey the next day in perfect timing. They cooked a delicious dinner and they also looked after our tickets for cable car and entrance to the Great Wall, such a kind gesture which made us save lots of time. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The roof top also has the view of the Great Wall. I am very thankful to the the two owners, we will have a great memory of the visit also thanks to them

Super localisation pour visiter la muraille de Chine

The owners make us feel like home. She cooked for us really delicious meals, taking into account our diet requirements. She cooked so well that we ended up having all our meals throughout our 2 days stay there! She booked the tickets for us to the Great Wall areas, and even arranged a large car to bring us to the airport. Location is excellent to get early access to the Great Wall Entrance area. The whole family worked very hard to run this fantastic guesthouse! We highly recommend it to any traveller looking for hassle free experience and homely feel!

Super herzliche Eigentümer. Helfen beim buchen der Karten für die Mauer und auch sonst wo sie können. Sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch ihr Mann nicht, aber er kocht hervorragend! Wir waren durch die Hilfe der beiden und der Lage als erstes auf der Hero-Plattform und hatten 15 min alleine bevor andere Leute kamen.

Die Lage ist für einen Besuch der Mauer sehr gut.Die Unterkunft selbst ist wirklich schön.

Am ersten Abend gab es einen sehr unangenehmen Vorfall während wir mit unserem Sohn unten am Tisch saßen. Leider konnte ich den Aufenthalt danach nicht mehr genießen und war froh als er vorbei war. Wenn ich vom Gastgeber nicht dazu aufgefordert werde möchte ich dazu nicht weiter ins Detail gehen.

The hotel was perfect. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the ticket offices for both the cable car and chair lift. The rooms are bright, modern, and clean. The food (we also had dinner and 1x lunch) was the best we had on our entire trip in China. Lilly and her husband are wonderful hosts — very friendly and helpful. If you are interested, they also offer to pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Beijing, and help organize tickets for the cable car, and toboggan ride (the fun slide down). We stayed for two nights. The weather can change very much from one day to the next — sunny one day, completely overcast the next — so staying overnight gives you a better chance of enjoying clear views. Staying overnight also gave us enough time to explore different sections of the Wall: we walked the first day from Watchtower 10 to 6, the next from 14 to 21, and back to 10 and 14 again. Each section offers indeed different perspectives. We truly enjoyed our stay — I hope we will be back soon!

It was one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed! Lily and her husband made our stay a wonderful experience! They served delicious homemade food, great coffee and we had a very clean, comfortable room! the great wall is reachable 10 minutes by foot! What a wonderful stay!!

Todo, no puedo decir ni una sola cosa mala, esto más q un hotel es un hogar, la manera que tienen de recibirte,tratarte como un miembro más de la familia, la comida que hacen es exquisita, no podemos parar de recordar lo platos tan maravillosos que comimos allí, la amabilidad de subirnos a la muralla a primera hora, para poder verla solos, es una experiencia que no olvidaré nunca y el paseo cuesta abajo al hotel super cerca y agradable, lo q nos divertimos con el dueño jugando con nuestro dron, la posibilidad de poder llevarnos regalitos de allí mismo es muy cómodo( imanes…) que te den la posibilidad pagando de llevarte y recogerte del aeropuerto es cómodisimo, solo puedo tener buenas palabras para esta bella familia y desearles lo mejor en su vida y recomendarles conocerlos.

Everything. The hotel is beautiful, the whole family is so lovely and kind and helpful. Food is home made and just amazing. Also the position is perfect to get to the wall quickly. We went there at 7.30 am and it was almost empty! I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
