Nagyon nagy csalódás volt számunkra sajnos a vélemények alapján nem erre számítottunk. Az érkezésünkor is hajszálak voltak a fürdőszobába a törölközőkön az ágyon. Voltak foltos törölközők is. A további takarítás is nagyon gyenge volt a fürdőszobába nagy csomó hajszálak voltak egész héten a padlón hozzá se nyúltak, utolsó napon wc papírt se adtak magunknak kellett megoldani egyik nap kilépőt nem adtak. Érkezéskor nem volt takaró az ágyon csak a szekrénybe másnap kértünk huzatot csak egy takaróra húztak úgyhogy ketten voltunk. Ha 10 óra körül nem hagytad el a szállást az egyik alkalmazott sétálgatott a teraszod körül nézegetve hogy mikor hagyod el ami nagyon frusztráló volt úgyhogy 14:00-ig van takarítás. A konyhába, étkezőbe legyek voltak minden reggel amik nem zavarták őket. És ami legkiábrándítobb csótányok voltak. Egyik este a konyhába láttunk csótányt. Minden este pedig a teraszunkon voltak. 1 hétig pedig egy döglött csótány volt a szobába a bőrönd alatt amit a takarító 1 hétig nem vett észre. Higienia 0. A berendezés elég gyenge, elavult, nagyon fülledt a falak penészesek hullik le a festék és még sorolhatnám. Stb stb... Ilyen összegért nagy csalódás volt.

The rooms and grounds were beautiful. The location was excellent. The staff were so cheerful and nice. And the breakfast was exceptional!

Very spacious room with terrace and view over private garden. Big, comfortable bathroom. Quiet location. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. I liked this stay very much.

At the begining there was not nice smell from the canalization but it gone.

I’ve traveled a lot, so I don’t say this lightly: whoever cleans this place does an immaculate job. It’s genuinely one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Made the beautiful view of the amazing park-like back yard and the ocean even more enjoyable! 10/10 Also, breakfast staff was really friendly. Thank you for the nice stay!

Great property. A little off the beaten path, but 15 min to Ribeira Grande & 20-25 to Ponta Delgada. Large room & bathroom. Nice patio with a view of the garden. Common areas were very nice!

Bed was a little uncomfortable for us (I know that is very dependent on preference).

Тихое место, большая зеленая территория возле отеля, очень чисто,уборка каждый день, приветливый персонал, быстро реагируют на все просьбы. В пешей доступности piscine naturale Проживали неделю, чувствовали себя как дома, соседи с которыми делили общую ванную комнату совсем не мешали.

Heel netjes. Rustig en kleinschalig. Mooie kamers met uitzicht op een prachtige tuin. Je mag altijd vrij koffie of thee nemen met elke dag een ander stuk cake. Was echt een verrassing en leuk om je dag te eindigen en jezelf effe te verwennen.

Bij aankomst is het even zoeken hoe je binnen kan. Omdat er geen receptie is.

Large spacious room, great location, close to Ponta Delgada and everywhere else on the island. Clean in general. Towels and linens smell clean, which we did not find to be the case in other hotels on the island due to the high levels of humidity. I would stay here again.

Everything was okay, what could be improved is perhaps the walls and corners look a bit worn and need a new paint to be refreshed. More proper towel hangers are needed in the bathroom.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man mit dem Auto die Insel erkunden möchte. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, herzlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit.

Die Bettenbreite war etwas klein.

Wonderful location and beautiful place with lots of space, and so comfortable. Beatrize was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit extrem freundlichem Personal und tollem Frühstück! Gut gelegen für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Auch der schöne Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die junge Dame vom Team ist eine Wucht. Wir brauchten Ihre diesbezüglich en Dienste zwar nicht, aber sie kennt die Insel anscheinend in und auswendig, gibt gerne ausführlich Auskunft und schaukelt den ganzen Laden fast alleine.

Die Zimmerschlüssel sind noch mit Schlüsselbart und das lasst auf das Datum der letzten großen Zimmersanierungen schließen. Alles ganz o.k., aber schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Die etwas verzogene Zimmer-Türe zur Eingangshalle ist auch nicht gerade schallisolierend. Im Parterre nur Schiebetür ohne Kippfunktion ins Freie, wo jeder mit einem Schritt vom angrenzendem Gehweg hereinsteigen kann. Daher muss man über Nacht komplett zu machen und hat keine Frischluft.. Frühstück o.k. aber Wurst, Schinken und Käse sind einfache Abpackware. So zieht sichs durch. Alles eigentlich eh soweit mittel und o.k. - aber halt nicht für das Geld. Da sollte man mehr erwarten können. Wie diese ganzen Top-Bewertungen zustandekommen, ist mir trotz Top-Personal nicht ganz klar ...

Nous avons tout adoré de cet endroit! L’établissement est d’une propreté impeccable. La chambre est vaste, lumineuse et très confortable. Le petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre est très pratique. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux. Du gâteau, des fruits frais, du café et du thé sont disponibles à toute heure de la journée. L’endroit est calme et paisible. Mais notre plus grand coup de cœur va à Ines et Sonia. Merci pour votre grande gentillesse et votre accueil exceptionnel! Un merci tout spécial à Ines pour toutes ses belles attentions!

Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Elke dag werden de kamers heel goed gepoetst. Zelfs de kledij van de kinderen werd opgeplooid!

Het hotel kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Muffe geur in de badkamer.

Amazing location! Big, clean rooms with AC, well equipped and functional. Nice breakfasts, kitchen was available for the whole time to make yourself tea or coffee. The crew was excellent, extremely nice and helpful hosts (thank you, Ines!) that cheerfully shared a lot of hints about the island.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Flugplatz schnell erreichbar und alles andere auf der Insel auch. Frühstück war gut mit frisch geprestem Orangensaft. Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Kellemes, tágas , nagyon tiszta, jól szeparàlt szobák, szép közös tér. A ház egy hatalmas gyönyörű kertben található, saját zárt parkoló, minden látnivaló könnyedén elérhetô. Minden flottul megy, beleértve a bejutást, kommunikációt. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

A matrac nem volt kényelmes, a fürdőszoba funkcionálisan teljesen rendben, de egy felújítás ráférne, így nem az árszintnek megfelelő.

Very large room. Coffee, tea, cake and some other snacks available at all times.

A reggeli finom volt, elegendő volt a választék (főtt ételek, pékáruk, gyümölcsök, zöldségek, sütemények), mindent azonnal újra töltöttek, ha lefogyott. A reggeliző helyiségben kihelyezett kávégépből, gyümölcsökből, müzlikből egész nap lehetett fogyasztani. A szálláshelynek szép, rendezett kertje van. Az elhelyezkedése kissé kiesik a központtól, cserébe nyugodt és csendes.

Good location (we had a car), close to the ocean pool, helpfull and attentive staff, good breakfast, big and quiet room. This small family hotel is very atmospheric and maintained perfectly.

The mattress was a bit hard

Leichte Schimmelspuren im Schrank - lässt sich bei der alltäglich hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit wahrscheinlich auch nicht ganz verhindern.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem großen Garten. Sehr schön auch innen gestaltet, man kann sich bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gut dort aufhalten. Es gibt den ganzen Tag zur Selbstbedienung warme und kalte Getränke und Kuchen. Frühstück sehr vielfältig.

Schöne Zimmer, wunderschöner Eingangsbereich, stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Frühstück war auch gut, besonders der frisch gepresste Orangensaft.

Leider war in unserem Zimmer eine Kakerlake, was auf den Azoren vermutlich nicht ungewöhnlich ist.

Z całego serca mogę polecić obiekt. Począwszy od warunków a skończywszy na obsłudze. Co należy podkreślić czystość w obiekcie i pokoju na 6-stkę. Śniadania smaczne, urozmaicone. Można było napić się kawy i herbaty przez cały dzień a i coś słodkiego było do kawy :) Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno skorzystamy w przyszłości. Oby więcej takich obiektów I can wholeheartedly recommend the facility. Starting from the conditions and ending with service. What should be emphasized is the cleanliness of the facility and the room for 6+. Tasty and varied breakfasts. You could drink coffee and tea all day long and there was also something sweet with your coffee :) We are very pleased and will definitely use it in the future. I wish there were more such facilities

Fantastisch ingericht en knusse plekjes waar je even kan relaxen of kop koffie drinken. Er was altijd gratis koffie/thee voorzieningen aanwezig met lekkere cake. Ontbijt was ook goed en compleet. L'impression d'être a la maison. Le personnel. le coin petit déjeuner accessible tout le temps (gâteau et vaisselle). La chambre. La vue sur le jardin. Le petit déjeuner (jus d'orange fraîchement pressé, le bon café, les œufs, les fruits...). Globalement tout était bien.

L'humidité, le manque de vmc ds la salle de bain. Les lumières la nuit: voyant tv, sortie de secours, voyant clim. La salle de bain n'est pas géniale. Des petites choses qui pourraient être améliorées facilement.

Le confort,la praticité ,la propreté au top et la politesse du personnel.

Une odeur pas terrible provenant sans doute des canalisations de la salle de bain.

A wonderful, family-run hotel with a warm and welcoming family atmosphere for guests. The staff are top-notch. If I ever return to the Azores, I’ll definitely stay at Solar Pontes again!

Er was soms in de kamer en vooral in de badkamer een muffe/rioolgeur. Kamers werden wel dagelijks grondig gekuist waardoor de geur (tijdelijk) verdween

Užasný personál a luxusní čistota na pokoji i v celém hezky zařízeném domě. Krásná zahrada. Dobré snídaně, každé ráno i čerstvě vymačkaný pomerančový džus. Velmi jsem ocenil možnost si kdykoli v průběhu dne dát ovoce,bábovku, čaj či kávu.

The staff was absolutely incredible and so so kind! The breakfast was also always great, and we looked forward to it every morning. The beds were comfortable, the terrace lovely, and everything was clean and well-kept!

Zonder eigen vervoer is de locatie niet optimaal, zeker niet voor wie niet zo goed te been is. Niettemin, voor wie het wel aankan: een kwartiertje tot aan de oceaan!

Great staff very welcoming. The breakfast was great specially the cake made daily. Private parking and all major sights very easily reachable by car. They also provide towels for the thermal bath at reasonable cost.

Warm people, clean, beautiful garden. The place was a good value for money and we would return. The host is vrry nice and kind, totally recommend the place!

Wie wurde absolut herzlich empfangen und aufgenommen. Die Zimmer außerordentlich sauber und sehr geräumig. Frühstück sehr lecker, für jeden was dabei. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus hinter gesichertem Tor vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es gibt leider keine wirklich guten Restaurants Fußläufig zu erreichen, da man aber auf der Insel so oder so einen Mietwagen braucht, war das für uns kein Problem.

Beatriz fue una anfitriona increíble! Tanto ella, como Ines fueron muy simpáticas y atentas. El hotel estaba muy cuidado, limpio, ordenado y con muchos detalles que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa. El desayuno estaba muy rico y fue variado. La habitación era muy comoda, asi como la cama y la almohada. El hotel estaba localizado en un pueblo tranquilo con una zona de puerto muy bonita. El jardin y la terraza del hotel hacian que te sintieras como en el paraíso. La ubicación estaba bien porque se llegaba fácilmente a cualquier punto de la isla. Siempre habia parking y podias tomar cafe y snacks siempre que querias. Sin duda fue una experiencia fabulosa y repetiremos encantados.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et diversifié. Le personnel est agréable. Les lieux sont calmes et bien isolés. Dans les chambres, il y a du thé, des gâteaux secs, une bouilloire et, chaque jour, une nouvelle bouteille d’eau.

La chambre est un peu chère en regard de l’emplacement (très petite ville, pas grand chose à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel), surtout qu’il s’agissait d’une chambre avec une salle de bain et des WC partagés. Les fenêtres mériteraient des stores ou des volets plutôt que des rideaux.

Large upscale room with glass wall looking out on the beautiful gardens. The house is airy and elegant. Spacious bathroom, good beds. Breakfast was varied and abundant and served in an atmospheric stone-vaulted room. Beatriz was very friendly and responsive. Capelas is not touristy but its compact waterfront has several beautiful and interesting viewpoints, the Faro (lighthouse) de Capelas and the old whaling station. Highly recommended!

שקט , מרווח, מאוד מסודר. צוות נחמד מאוד שתמיד רוצה לעזור. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד המקום מבודד ושקט (יתרון משמעותי, אבל גם חיסרון). המתחם הוא בית אחד גדול עם חללים משותפים (חדר אוכל, פינות ישיבה) וחדרי השינה הם נפרדים

המקום מבודד ורחוק ממסעדות וברים. מחייב נסיעה ברכב.

Breakfast was wonderful. The experience was outstanding.

I only wish there was greater emphasis in the instructions in reference to accessing the property for the first time. Getting to open the big entrance gate was a little confusing because I did not know or had forgotten that there were instructions to open the gate.

נקודתית במקלחת שלנו היתה נזילה של מים מהחלון בתקרה, מה שגרם לרצפה להיות רטובה רב הזמן.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto a colazione: hanno gestito con attenzione le nostre intolleranze a glutine e lattosio. Struttura silenziosa, con posto auto comodo. Posizione discreta, circa 15 minuti in macchina dal centro. Check-in da soli, senza bisogno di passare dalla reception.

L’hotel è grande ma poco accogliente: tanti divani sparsi ovunque, eppure nessuna vera poltrona o angolo confortevole in camera. Ci siamo accorti troppo tardi che avevamo prenotato una stanza con bagno in comune: la mattina bisognava aspettare che gli altri finissero e la sera trovavamo il bagno spesso sporco. Non è colpa dell’hotel ma delle persone con chi lo condividi, ma visto il prezzo pagato è stata una delusione. Gli spazi comuni sembrano poco valorizzati: enorme terrazza inutilizzata e colazione servita in un angolo buio, quando si potrebbe facilmente approfittare del sole. La cittadina intorno è piuttosto anonima, molto residenziale: senza auto è complicato muoversi o trovare alternative per mangiare.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und besonders der Garten, der fast parkähnlich ist, ist wirklich schön. Von Capelas aus kommt man auf der Insel überall gut hin. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich liebevoll gemacht und sehr modern. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend.

Das Frühstück war zwar nicht sehr üppig aber ausreichend und es gab frisches Obst und Gemüse. Als wir da waren gab es ein paar Schaben 🪳 , die aber - so nehmen wir an, da sie bereits tot waren - bereits erkannt und bekämpft wurden.

Amazing place with super friendly staff who prepared heavenly breakfast. There is a breathtaking garden and a cozy terrace. The interior is well thought of and beautiful. Definitely a place to return.

C’est un endroit fantastique, offrant un environnement calme, propre et qui est proche de tout avec une voiture. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié chaque matin et les 2 dames présentes ont été très accueillantes et serviables.

La seule minime chose à suggérer serait de mettre une note à la réception pour indiquer que les infos d’arrivée ont été envoyés aux clients. Je n’ai pas eu de courriel ou d’alerte alors je ne savais pas.

Todo estuvo muy bien, sitio muy tranquilo, habitaciones bien aislada, buen wifi y desayuno variado por días. El personal hizo que todo estuviese perfecto!

El entorno es precioso. La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno muy completo y variado y la atención inmejorable.

Que el baño fuera compartido... Pero todo lo demás superó mis expectativas.

Nulla da contestare, camera grande e ben fornita con un bagno molto ampio. La proprietaria ti mette subito a tuo agio e rifornisce la camera con acqua, caffè, biscotti gratuiti. Colazione completa di svariate cose (dal dolce al salato) La villa è stupenda con anche un grande giardino. Ben arredata

Beautiful and comfortable oasis! Behind the secret security door it opens up into a private oasis and just greenery and privacy. We had a lovely room with a balcony in the garden. Air conditioned and private bathroom. Breakfast every morning from eggs and bacon to yoghurts, bread, cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice to the most delicious slices of heaven being the cakes! Who eats cake for breakfast!….i do now! Staff are the best and so welcoming. Max there will be no more than 14 people in the building which we only saw at breakfast.
