excellent place to stay with an amazing breakfast! the accommodation was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. the location is near the train station. the owners were polite and welcoming. highly recommended!

Spännande, elegant och välgenomtänkt boende som gav härlig känsla. Värdar var otroligt trevliga, omtänksamma och värnade att vi hade en toppen vistelse. Kan verkligen rekommendera Villa Servais! Sist men inte minst, frukost var utmärkt! Glöm en hotellkedja och satsa på en unik upplevelse. Tågstation låg på en kort promenad runt hörnet. Tåget går var 15 min till Bryssel.

De ligging is ideaal, vlak bij het station en de afritten van de autosnelweg. Ook het ontbijt is premium en zeer uitgebreid. Wie de sfeer van vroeger wil in aan authentiek herenhuis/klein kasteeltje is hier zeker op zijn plaats.

We hadden op voorhand gevraagd als er airco op de kamers was. Ze hadden positief bevestigd, maar bij aankomst bleek het over eenvoudige en zeer luidruchtige mobiele airco's te gaan. Daardoor moest het raam openblijven, en kwam de warmte even snel weer binnen. De airco's 's nachts aanlaten was geen optie wegens het lawaai. Voor die prijsklasse verwacht je meer comfort als het buiten warm is .

Gastheer was gastvrij, attent en ruimte voor privacy. De locatie was uitstekend, parkeren op terrein bij villa en loopafstand naar centrum (en evt station). Ontbijt was koninklijk!

Mooi pand, ontbijt was meer dan voortreffelijk en gastheer ontzettend vriendelijk.

Er was geen tv op de kamer. Was op zich voor ons geen probleem, maar wellicht voor anderen wel. Hetzelfde geld voor het feit dat er geen lift aanwezig was. Ook voor ons geen probleem.

De kamer was fantastisch!

Het is een detail, maar we hadden slechts 1 dun rolletje wcpapier we hadden uiteindelijk genoeg, maar ik kreeg stress, voor het geval dat we nog eens naar toilet moesten.

De locatie is super je bent op wandel afstand van het centum. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en alles is vers. We hebben er ook de afternoon tea gedaan deze was top. En je zit ook niet ver van het hallerbos waar je mooie wandelingen kan doen.

Het ontbijt was zeer zeer goed! Uitstekende bediening en vriendelijk personeel. Ook heel mooie kamers en ruime kamers. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Deur was niet open bij ontvangst. Die ochtend was er een mail gestuurd maar had deze niet meer gelezen over hoelaat we arriveerden maar hij kwam na telefonisch contact direct de deur openen.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, la villa est pleine de charme et Geert nous en a raconté l'histoire. Hote tres attentif et plein d'informations. Ideal pour poser sa voiture dans le parking privé et rejoindre Bruxelles en train depuis la gare toute proche.

Tout était parfait. Rien à redire. Accueil exceptionnel. Petit déjeuner très varié avec des produits de qualité.

Historical monument, well preserved and tastefully decorated. Amazing service, the hotel manager welcomed us and immediately invited us to coffee and scones with homemade cream. The pet cat might do an appearance, very elegant and friendly.

The bedding were rough and the cushions weren’t comfortable for my husband.

Es un sitio precioso. Está muy cerca del centro de Halle. El personal es muy amable.

De kamer was echt geweldig mooi. Alles klopte tot in de details. Sowieso is de villa prachtig verbouwd en ziet alles eruit alsof het in originele staat is, maar dan wel met het comfort van nu. De kamer was heel ruim en de bedden en het beddengoed sliepen heerlijk. Het ontbijt was ook echt zeer uitgebreid.

Niets, volkomen tevreden! Nu bleven wij er maar 1 nacht, dus we hebben niet veel van de omgeving gezien. Het enige dat ik zou kunnen bedenken is dat de villa landschappelijk niet supermooi ligt, maar goed, daarvoor is het wel weer heel centraal, vlakbij uitvalswegen en station. En er is wel een mooie grote tuin rondom.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut, noch nie so ein umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück in einer Unterkunft kennengelernt. Die Villa selbst war sehr gut renoviert und mit viel Herz und Kenntnis wieder hergestellt, Die Einrichtung dem Stil des Hauses angepasst. Der Inhaber war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Individueel regelbare radiatoren. .Goede selectie drankjes in de minibar, waaronder champagne voor 19 euro per halve fles en authentieke Geuze. Privé parkeerplaats. Ook maar enkele stappen van NMBS Halle.

De badkamer was leuk maar de nodige producten voor een ontspannen douche of bad ontbraken .. enkel een stuk zeep voorhanden. Dat kan gerust veel beter

We were meet with friendly hospitality during our stay, had some time to talk to the owner and get some nice tips for our trip to Halle. The building is beautiful and the rooms feel historical and unique. The breakfast is the cherry on top!

The owner Geert was very warm and helpful in getting us to unique places in Halle I am definately coming back!

Fantastisk miljö i allt från vad som träffar ögat till dofter och välkomnande. Helt otroligt vacker miljö i ett överflöd av underbara materialval.

Lovely building just away from the town centre. Beautifully presented in every way. The host was very friendly and the rooms were very well appointed. Breakfast was the best that we had ever had. Parking is at the rear of the property and was free. We will definitely be back.

The villa is a real historical villa from outside and inside ..! Location close to train station( 200m) with direct connection to Brussel centraal.

The Villa Servais was an amazing experience. The owners lovingly restored a beautiful and historic property; every detail was thoughtfully planned to make their guests stay comfortable, as well as the fantastic breakfast. The owners and staff were all helpful and kind. Halle was a lovely city to stay in with access to the train system 1 block away, and many other locations to visit nearby, including the Hallerbos Forest, to experience the lovely bluebells in spring. We felt very welcomed! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Just a suggestion for your guests that travel by car, since parking is limited at the property, and the Villa Servais has other customers who come for breakfast and afternoon tea--possibly designating parking by the room number would ensure those staying have a place to park at all times.

If you are thinking of staying here—do not hesitate. Our visit to see the bluebells in Hallebos was made even more special by our stay at Villa Servois. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with helpful recommendations for local restaurants and a brilliant tip to wake early and visit the forest to see the deer. We did—and it was magical. We had requested a room with a bath, and were kindly given one. The room itself was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Everything felt luxurious—the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep. After a 10 km walk through the stunning forest, we returned to enjoy a boutique breakfast that was simply delicious. Each item was thoughtfully chosen, with high-quality ingredients and freshly made eggs and bacon. I requested tea with lemon and was served a divine bergamot-infused blend that truly impressed me (as a tea fanatic, I have now ordered some for myself!). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely love to return one day.

The fancy building & room, freshly cut fruit, friendly host and convenient location all worked together to make our stay exceed expectations. Being a 5 minute walk away from the train station enabled us to get around with ease, and the nutritious breakfast made a great start to our day. (The cat also made a great host while the owner was away.)

Breakfast pancakes were dry and difficult to bite into, perhaps a different recipe would work better.

The villa is charming with a homely feel

There was nobody at the property when I arrived at checkin time, and they did not answer phone calls, only after 30 minutes awaiting and contact with booking.com was I able to enter. Fortunately I had only a small case, but would be terrible with a large case waiting in the rain

Great location. Nice spacious rooms. Steep stairs though so be carefully for people with leg problems. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful property, gardens, rooms and bathrooms. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was an awesome spread of food. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The upstairs lounge was a nice area to just relax and have a quick drink or two.

We just needed some better lighting in the room at the dressing table for the ladies to blow dry their hare.
