Het hele verblijf was geweldig. Ik kan niet een ding noemen dat me het meest beviel. Alles was erg goed. Mooie ruime en schone kamer, erg aardige en vriendelijke gastvrouw, het ontbijt was heerlijk. De omgeving is prachtig.

La magnifique maison et la décoration.

Hôte très accueillante ! Le petit-déjeuner était exquis, avec de bons produits locaux. La chambre était très propre. Christine a été superbe. L'emplacement est au top : proche des balades en forêt et avec un accès rapide au centre-ville à pied.

Villa du Pré du Cerf is een prachtige, sfeervolle accommodatie waar eigenaresse Christine je met haar warme gastvrijheid in de watten legt, met een heerlijk en uitgebreid gezond ontbijt vol verse en huisgemaakte producten, parkeergelegenheid op het groene erf en de Thermen van Spa op slechts een kilometer loopafstand.

Het was erg warm tijdens het verblijf in augustus en er is geen ventilator/airco.

Tout, très bon accueil, cadre au top et chambre très belle et propre.

De vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw, de kamer, het ontbijt, het speelhoekje op de kamer voor de kinderen, de locatie.

Le cadre, le lieu, le paysage, l'ambiance, le calme, le service, le personnel, la proximité avec le centre-ville. C'était très très bien. Le petit déjeuner vaut vraiment le coup d'être pris sur place, il fait partie de l'expérience du séjour. La prochaine fois, je sais d'ores et déjà où réserver si je retourne à Spa.

La Belgique semble avoir des soucis avec l'état de ses routes.

Un très agréable séjour à Spa. Repos, balade, roulage sur le circuit de Francorchamps et balnéothérapie au programme. La chambre est idéalement située au calme et à quelques minutes de marche des thermes. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mooi landelijk gelegen, heel stil, alleen bestemmingsverkeer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, veel vers fruit , stokbrood wit en bruin en (chocolade)croissants . Hele sfeervolle B&B, prettige bediening, en de kamer elke dag schoon gemaakt.

De warme ontvangst, het heerlijke ontbijt, de schilderachtige ligging en de comfortabele kamers.

De prachtige locatie, de sfeervolle inrichting, het fantastische ontbijt met locale en eigenbereide producten.

Chambre d'hôtes idéalement située pour se rendre aux thermes de Spa, tout était parfait, l'accueil à l'arrivée, la discrétion, le déjeuner copieux et délicieux, des produits de qualité, confitures maison, chambre lumineuse, calme, confortable d'une propreté irréprochable. Très belle déco, raffinée, ce qui ne gâche rien. Encore merci pour ce moment apaisant.

Christine was a wonderful hostess, very helpful and very kind with excellent local knowledge. The house was beautifully decorated and our room was delightful. The breakfast was simply excellent and I loved the home made smoothies and jams. We had taken our binoculars, and good job too, as the bird life was very enjoyable. Big thanks to Christine who was very patient with our French. Merci Christine, we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at La Villa du Pré Du Cerf in Spa. The villa is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, which makes it the perfect place to relax. The room was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated.The location is perfect for visiting Spa and exploring the surrounding area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this lovely bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

The location is great, by car less than 10 minutes from the town, but a very quiet area. The host is a wonderful lady, ready to accommodate any reasonable request in our experience (for example she prepared breakfast early for us as we had an early booking in the thermal bath). The breakfast is exceptional, fresh ingredients, fresh coffee, tea, different homemade jams and juices every morning.. The room and the view was beautiful, we really felt like in a Christmas movie, additionally the bed was super comfortable as well. They also have a beautiful common area with a fire place, where one could sit and enjoy an evening by the fire. (which is also convenient that there are only 3 rooms that can be booked in the house, so chances are you will be able to spend some time in the common area alone) Could talk about how wonderful it was for a long time, can only recommend the location.

L’ambiance chaleureuse, la décoration de très bon ton de style art deco, l’accueil par notre hôte, la qualité du logement et l’environnement ressourçant. L’accès est également très sécurisé.

Absolutely everything. The decoration, the comfort, Christine’s attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing, I will definitely go back.

Prachtige ligging met zicht op natuurgebied en bossen. Vertrekpunt van verschillende mooie boswandelingen. Zeer mooi en smaakvol huis met salon, terras, tuin. Uitstekend ontbijt. Totale rust. Vriendelijk en elegant onthaal.

Prachtige locatie en gebouw! Waren de enige die er verbleven die dag en toch kregen we een ruim aanbod qua ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die veel rust uitstraald.

Top, parfait, magnifique

Het ontbijt was fantastisch, zelf gemaakte jam, 2 soorten, verse gele kiwi in stukjes, een heerlijk versgeperst sapje, eitjes naar keuze. De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij en de kamer met het heerlijke bed was sfeervol ingericht, net als de rest van de villa. Voor ons een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Net voor de grote drukte kunnen genieten van vallei van de Hoëgne. Een absolute aanrader!

Alles blitzsauber und schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht.

Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw, schone kamers en super sfeervolle kamer met een aparte aansluitend gedeelte voor de kinderen.

WiFi viel af en toe wat weg, maar niet storend voor een gezin die de beeldschermpjes bewust niet meegenomen had.

at the city center are a few restaurants who are really bad. Ask the host for recomandations. Plus dont go to the wellness it is so expensive for such an old place

Really great stay! The host is amazing and really nice, would recommend! The house is in great style and has everything you need, our weather was bad but the view was still stunning. Public transport is not really a thing, so keep that in mind. There is a cable car up and down the hill, cabs are difficult to find.

Delightful hostess took exceptional care of us.

The room was perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower was spacious and almost brand new. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've ever had! The house is located on top of a hill so it has a beautiful view, and the atmosphere there is very peaceful. Finally, the hostess herself is very kind and helpful.

I can think of nothing negative, but be aware that it's a 15 minute walk to the center of Spa. Of course, that's the trade-off for a peaceful location like this.

The best place in the area. We were speachless and astonished of everythig.Rooms,layout, perfect harmonized interior design, not to mention the king breakfast with homemade uniquemeals. Strongly recommended!
