B&B De Goede 13

Alles, super schoon, goede locatie, attente eigenaren

Niets om in te vullen, alles dik in orde

The property is beautiful and accommodation is as seen - is a short walk into Bruge and the owners are extremely helpful in showing you the best sites of the city.

It is exactly like a home from home

Lovely city

The weather!

Stunning room and facilities, fab location, amazing hosts and delicious breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful property in a quiet location, however easy walking distance to the main square.

Great location , brilliant hosts and a beautiful house kept immaculate. Breakfast was fresh and tasty . Will definitely be back next year

Immaculate property in a good location, close to centre.

Our experience at this B&B was disappointing, largely due to how we were treated by the hosts. From the moment we arrived, Chantal's demeanor made us feel unwelcome, though we couldn’t understand why. Initially, Chris, her partner, seemed much friendlier, but that quickly changed. Whilst heading out for dinner at around 8:30 PM, we were abruptly reprimanded for "making too much noise." We were simply chatting as we walked down the stairs, and it was still light outside. This was especially surprising given that the B&B’s quiet hours are clearly stated as being between 10 PM and 7 AM, so we were well within the acceptable timeframe to be conversing on the stairwell. Throughout our stay, it felt like we were more of an inconvenience than valued guests, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. We’re genuinely puzzled by Chantal’s behaviour and wonder if we unknowingly did something to offend her. Hopefully, this review will help clarify the situation.

Cozy room, hosts were amazing.

The place was clean, nice, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I'd recommend people to come here!

Please note it isn't allowed to eat in the room, in case that is important for you.

Extremely accommodating hosts, clean, spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious, the host even gave us a lot of great tips for visiting Bruges!

This place was wonderful exceeded all expectations

Beautiful and clean.

No door to the bathroom, just a curtain.

Our hosts and the accommodations were all perfect. Breakfast each morning was more than we could have hoped for. We are still dreaming of the French toast. The location was just as we wanted - easily walkable everywhere and without the busy energy of being city-center. Our hosts provided us with restaurant recommendations and a map and suggested route. Our trip was wonderful, and we have them to thank!

Was made very welcome, above and more

Lovely period building in a pretty area only 15 mins walk from the centre. Chantal and Christian were great hosts who found the right balance between friendliness and giving guests privacy. Wonderful homemade breakfast (granola, pancakes, bread, ham, cheese etc). Extremely comfortable room and bed.

The breakfast was excellent and the hosts were on hand to help us with our questions. They provided us with a map of Brugge and highlighted a walking route which enabled us to see so much. They also helped us with our trip to Ghent and could not have done more to help us. The location was beautiful. We had a lovely roof garden where we could sit out and relax. We definitely want to go back.

Location is really close to the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The tips for all the places to be were excellent. Loved the breakfast!

The check-in time from 17.00-20.00. We adapted our plans to this but would have liked to check in earlier in the day. Everything else was wonderful!

Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast. We also loved the city plan with all the highlights.

Really lovely building in an ideal location just outside the old town. 10-15 mins to the Belfry. It was immaculate inside and very clean. Room was a good size and bathroom great. Breakfast was really nice and the hosts are very welcoming and helped with lots of info about where to go and visit. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Cannot find fault with anything in the property.

The B&B is immaculate. The quality of work in the house is exceptional, the room very comfortable and the owners, Chantelle and Chris, were very welcoming and provided lots of small touches to make our stay all the more pleasant.

There isn’t anything to dislike.

Superb small B&B. Free parking (arranged by the host) flat level access apart from a couple of steps by the front door. There is a lift inside the property for those with mobility issues. Spotless room, excellent breakfast, wonderful hosts. City centre is 10/15 minutes flat level walk. Highly, very highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful hosts who were very informative about things to do in the city

Friendly service, amazing breakfast, clean comfortable room.

Chris and Chantal were very welcoming and helpful, from looking after the parking of our car, to providing us with maps and suggestions for a walking route and cafes to enjoy the authentic Bruges not just what the tourist circuit offers. The breakfasts were excellent, the room very comfortable and the location fantastic for walking in/out of the city.

Great location, lovey hosts, superb accommodation.

Noise from the street at night.

the property was in a beautiful location, the room looked out over the canal. The hosts were so kind and left us homemade treats in our rooms each day and even offered to drive us to the train station when we were struggling to get a taxi

It’s a beautiful house, with the room being spotless and the attention to detail throughout the house was just exceptional. The hosts are just a lovely couple who made us feel welcome and who exceeded expectations both mornings with their breakfast.

Breakfast was exceptionally tasty and timely. The wide variety of food was superb as were the host and hostess. They were kind, friendly and extremely helpful in giving us ideas about where to go and how to there. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality. The B&B was very homey, clean, tidy, and beautiful.

There weren't any negatives; everything was GREAT!
