Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Zona muy tranquila y los anfitriones muy hospitalarios, discretos, comprensivos y amables. Mobiliario muy confortable con todo tipo de facilidades, pero no hay cocina. Aire acondicionado funcionando perfectamente, televisión. Ubicado en la zona flamenca de Bélgica, pero se habla también francés.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Alles top! Zeer proper, zeer vriendelijke mensen, rustig gelegen, grote kamer, goede verduistering, uitstekende matras, parkeerplaats voor de deur, ... .
Niets viel ons tegen! Maar aangezien ik altijd nogal veel toilettassen bij heb, zou het voor mij ietsje handiger geweest zijn wanneer er nog een stevig legplankje voorzien zou zijn vlak bij de wastafel waar dat ik deze zou kunnen opzetten. Maar deze B&B verdient toch een 10/10!

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Ce fut un séjour parfait! J'étais là à la fois pour le travail et pour le plaisir, et je n'aurais pas pu trouver meilleur hébergement. La maison est située dans un cadre paisible et la chambre est parfaitement équipée. J'ai pu profiter de la nature tout en restant à proximité de Bruxelles. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt, j'espère!

Reviewed Apr 4, 2025Our hosts Alex and Marina were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was warm, spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and Alex’s homemade jam was truly delicious. The location was perfect - easy to find, safe and very quiet. I would definitely recommend Cosy B&B and will certainly return on future visits to Belgium.
There was nothing we disliked.

Nitpicking: At night, the wifi access point light up the room, and the fire detection flashes from time to time.

The room is separated from the private bathroom, and the hosts live in the same house, but they make a great effort to maximize our sense of privacy and wellbeing. The facilities are outstanding too.

Bathroom is across the hallway but it wouldn't stop us from going again as we had a really lovely stay.

An ensuite bathroom would be perfect! The bathroom is private but is across the hallway.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2023We stayed for one night mid-week as had visited the nearby Waterloo Battlefield Museum. The place was super clean, the hosts were knowledgeable, welcoming and delightful, breakfast was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. very well priced also.

Reviewed May 8, 2023We truly enjoyed our stay and loved everything about it. The room is well-equipped and have everything needed. It actually exceeded my expectations, since looking at the photos I thought that this place is just OK, but it appeared to be literally perfect. There’s also an amazing garden in the backyard, where you can simply relax and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. Marina and Alex are great hosts. I’d definitely stay at their place once again!
