Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Es war alles sehr gut, das Appartment war sehr individuell und liebevoll eingericht, sodass man sich gleich zuhause gefühlt hat. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Es ist v.a. für Paare zu empfehlen.

Alles. Het interieur was oud en goedkoop. Het is jammer dat het te huur staat. Niemand aanwezig of heeft zich bekommerd om de gasten te verwelkomen noch om enige uitleg te geven. Pas de volgende ochtend bij het ontbijt hebben wij iemand gesproken. De foto’s bij Booking zijn geen weergave van de toestand waarin het “kot” verkeert. De badkamer maakt onderdeel uit van de kamer en beperkt aanzienlijk ,1/3, de kamerruimte (+/- 20m2), om te bewegen. Ga je voor het slapen douchen dan wordt je hele kamer gevuld met vochtigheid en dat blijft de hele nacht en vult zich in het beddengoed. Het ontbijt was pover

I am not used to toilets inside a glass room. There was a curtain covering the shower and the toilet, but still the privacy was little. This was not clear from the pictures of the room descrIption. It's good for a family, friend or couple, but I was with a colleague and It was a little embarassing...

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Exceptionnel!! Tout est super! Très propre, climatisé (très appreciable), petit-dej très riche servi dans une salle à manger et pas dans une salle impersonnelle. Yohan qui s'occupe du petit dej est adorable et c'est super de discuter avec une personne qui habite la ville. Si je retourne à Louvain, je vais surement aller dans ce B&B.
Dans la chambre le toilette est separée par une paroi transparente. ça peut être genant si il y a deux personnes dans la chambre

A bit of a long walk into the centre of town. Lots of different things on offer for breakfast, but not up to the standards of other B&Bs I’ve stayed in. The room decoration looked in need of a refresh. No-one on site for check in. It seems you need to give an exact arrival time - not an expected range.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Steven ist ein sehr freundlicher und jederzeit ansprechbarer Gastgeber. Die Klimaanlage hat trotz der hohen Temperaturen hervorragend funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit vielen lokalen und selbstgemachten Produkten sowie einer tollen Auswahl an Tees. Das Haus selbst ist ein schön renoviertes Gebäude aus der Jahrhundertwende, mit typisch steilen, schmalen Treppen und einem gemütlichen Dachgarten. Die Altstadt von Leuven ist fußläufig erreichbar – etwa 20 Minuten, wenn man gemütlich geht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Steven ist mega gastfreundlich, das Haus ist sauber und ndividuell eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück, Parken war in nahe gelegenem Parkhaus möglich statt sündhaft teuer auf der Straße. Die Treppen sind sehr steil - Leute mit Knieproblemen könnten Probleme bekommen.

There is a touch of care everywhere at the place: nice painting, beautifully offered breakfast with classical music in the background, small innner terrasse with flowers for a coffee. Wonderfully clean, well taken care place. Excellent location, 20 min is the center on foot via small nice streets.
Old building, I liked its charm, but you can see its age.

Reviewed May 15, 2026We appreciated the host. The owner helped us bring up luggages since we had quite a few. Also, they called us to warn about road closure due to the marathon event in the city. Breakfast was great since it's very homy.
We didn't expect to experience narrow steps and our room was on the top floor. It's difficult for travellers with lots of heavy luggages.

Wie man es sich für einen Kurztrip nach Leuven wünscht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Außerdem wurden wir per Privatshuttle zum Bahnhof gebracht, ganz lieben Dank dafür!

Douche was gedateerd en niet 100% schoon (doucheputje met haren).

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026We are very satisfied with the accommodation. The host was very caring and attentive, yet knew when not to disturb the guests. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Although the house has many stairs, we got used to them, and by the end of our stay, it didn’t bother us at all. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the amenities were more than sufficient for us. The location is not so far from the center (about 10 min), and the walk to the nearby center, surrounded by old and beautiful houses, was very pleasant. We recommend this accommodation to everyone. P.S. Watch out for bicycles—they’re everywhere!

Van tevoren hadden wij ons niet gerealiseerd dat er verschillende verdiepingen waren in het appartement bereikbaar met een open trap., maar echt tegenvallen deed het niet

Het enige puntje dat wij hebben: het kan gehorig zijn, wij werden wakker van de bovenburen. Hadden helaas geen oordopjes mee, hiermee zou het probleem opgelost zijn (misschien een setje op de kamer leggen?) :-)
