Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön etwas ausserhalb von Sierre (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss) am Rande der Reben. Es hat einen Parkplatz beim Haus für Autoreisende und einen schönen grünen Garten mit einem gedeckten Sitzplatz. Ferner hat es noch einen kleineren Garten auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes mit viel Sonnenschein und Liegestühlen. Bezüglich Ausstattung war alles da, was wir für das Wochenende gebraucht haben (inkl. einer Espressomaschine für den Morgenkaffee.) Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig und das Bad (DUSCHE, WC, Badewanne) ist fast schon riesig. Der Empfang war sehr freundliche gestaltet und es konnte alles online abgewickelt werden.
Da wir zu viert waren, waren im Esszimmer zwei Betten gestellt und bezogen. Falls für ein paar Tage schlechteres Wetter herrschen sollte, was im Wallis nicht so oft vorkommt, kann es zu viert in der Wohnung schon eng werden.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026What an amazing place and location to stay; perfect for our short 2-day/1-night mini-trip to Sierre/Crans Montana (while we were based near Montreux). Sabine's support in getting to and from the train station, and for preparing the place and welcoming us as a family of five (and for her kind accommodations in between) so well before and during the stay made it a pleasure and very memorable. Thanks again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all.
Missing the short-cut on the walk from the station to the accommodation on the first day ;-)

The bathroom was especially spacious and the large bathtub was perfect after long travel days. The kitchen had everything I needed, and bnb was very well maintained. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like the little heart-shaped chocolate on the pillow and the personalized welcome card. The host was kind as well. (+ Google Maps showed a 30-minute walk from the station. but with the directions provided by the host, it took me about 15 minutes.)
The only thing to note is that it's a bit far from popular tourist areas. However, if you're exploring this region or traveling by car, it's a perfect choice.

Easy and flexible check in, great amenities available (washing machine, coffee, food prep areas, large bathroom) and a beautiful garden to sit in the sun after a long day. It would be good to have a couple more knives in the kitchen, especially a bread knife and some wine glasses would be nice.

Kind reminder for future guests that that host sets up beds based on the number of guests, it’s a one bedroom suite, meaning the other beds are either set up in the dining area or together in the bedroom. I was originally a bit confused at the bedroom and bed settings as the description says it’s a family room with interconnecting room available and 2 queens and 2 twins - the host was able to clarify it and I see it an area of clarity that host can make on the description regarding the bedroom and bed settings.

Nous avons disposé d’une belle terrasse donnant sur un magnifique jardin avec vue sur les montagnes ...le rêve . On entend que le chant des oiseaux . Place de stationnement privative et couverte. Proximité d’un lac où la baignade est possible.

Es war nicht möglich kurzfristig ein Frühstück zu buchen. Google Maps funktioniert in dieser Region nicht richtig. Der Weg vom Bahnhof bis zur Unterkunft ist nachts nicht beleuchtet.

Für mich war die Matratze des grossen Bettes ein wenig zu weich.

La pièce cuisine, bien que toute à fait fonctionnelle, mériterait d’être mise à niveau du reste du logement. Petite précision, c’est grâce à la lecture des commentaires ici que j’ai su qu’il fallait préciser avant si l’on prenait le petit déjeuner. Sans cela, je n’aurais rien dit et aurais cru qu’il était d’office compris.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2024Das BnB ist sehr geräumig - isbesondere das Bad ist riesig. Ich glaube sogar, es ist das grösste, dass ich je gesehen habe. Und alles ist sehr sauber und gemütlich dekoriert. Zudem ist die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und gestaltet sowohl das Check-in als auch den Check-out sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
