Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Frühstück ganz ok, allerdings war am ersten Tag kein Mitarbeiter da - wir mussten uns alles selbst holen inkl. Kaffee. Die Tischen nebenan waren nicht abgeräumt.
Check-in: Ich erhielt eine Email mit Abholungscode für Schlüsselkasten. De facto gab es keinen Schlüsselkasten. Wir suchten also vergebens und mussten anrufen, um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. Die Zimmer haben Teppichboden - das Zimmer sah überhaupt nicht aus wie auf dem Foto.

Le seul point négatif est la climatisation qui a tourné à fond depuis 14h et même le lendemain matin on était pas encore descendu en dessous des 26 degré. Mais on a rien dit c'était juste pour 1 nuit alors voilà . Sinon parfait ✨

Das Hotel war nach unserer Ankunft geschlossen. Der Zugang war gewährleistet. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen. Am Samstagabend sind einige Restaurant geschlossen. Wir haben trotzdem noch etwas gefunden und konnten dort sehr gut essen.

Bathtub in the living area was a bit strange. I arrived at around 4.30 pm, but reception was closed and I had to work out how to get inside. When I went out later that evening for dinner, still no one at reception and the restaurant was closed. Very confusing!

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026O tamanho do quarto e as comodidades oferecidas eram ótimos. Estávamos enfrentando uma onde da calor na Suíça e o quarto tinha 2 aparelhos de ar condicionado. Ter um aparelho de ar condicionado na Suíça já é uma coisa muito rara, mas 2!!! Isso realmente foi muito bom!!

Die Temperaturen im Juni waren relativ hoch. Das Zimmer war sauber und eigentlich in Ordnung. Leider stand das Doppelbett unter einer Dachschräge, wo sich die Wärme staute. Da halfen selbst zwei Klimaanlagen nicht.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Great location, very central so we could walk everywhere. Very convenient to have parking facilities as well. The staff were really very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and quiet.
We were on the top floor, under the roof and that is where the bed was. We kept hitting our heads on the ceiling because we kept forgetting to duck, especially at night if we got up to go to the bathroom. The room was also extremely hot, even if we ran the air conditioning. Could be due to having the room under the roof, and we were lucky that it was an exceptionally warm weekend for this period (early April). Breakfast was sparse.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Die Lage des Hotels, nah am Bahnhof und dem Zentrum, hat uns sehr angesprochen. Es ist ein historisches Gebäude, geschmackvoll renoviert, mit einem superguten Restaurant und sehr freundlichem Personal. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel versprüht Charme.
