Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig! Kein offener Käse oder kaltes Fleisch!

Alles war zweckmässig und funktional! Etwas lieblos das Ganze!

Skvělá lokalita, hezká zahrádka, tradiční snídaně, pohodlný pokoj vybavený minibar

Ve sprchovém koutě šly posuvné dveře jen velmi těžko otevřít. A dostali jsme bohužel pokoj bez balkónu (při předchozím pobytu jsem byla v pokoji s balkónem, který celkový dojem z ubytování velmi pozvedl)

Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, in der Nähe von ÖV und PP

Unkonplizierte Abwickling, kleines Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber und ordentlich. Azsreichend für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Sehr nettes und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Es ist einfach, aber alles was es braucht ist vorhanden.

La posizione centrale è sicuramente un punto di forza.

La struttura è abbastanza vecchia, gestita molto alla buona. Al nostro arrivo alle 19 ci siamo dovuti attaccare al campanello per farci aprire. Non esiste una reception vera e propria, ti viene ad accogliere un signore in tuta e ciabatte (anche molto educato) ma se poi nel corso del soggiorno ai un problema o devi chiedere una informazione non si vede mai nessuno.

Non esiste un interfono o una reception ed ogni richiesta necessaria per il soggiorno va fatta al telefono e non sono previsti servizi quindi ogni cosa , anche un termometro, va chiesta come " cortesia" .

Grosszügiges Frühstück, tolle Lage nahe am Dorfzentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig, schöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und der Bar, praktischer Veloraum, sehenswerte Fahrradausstellung, sehr freundliches/hilfsbereites Personal an der Reception

Really well situated and affordable for a last minute spontaneous trip, we were basically in the middle of Lugano and Como so it was quite easy to get around Ticino especially with the Ticino ticket that you get when staying here!

Breakfast was a little lacklustre but still good enough to skip having to hunt for food elsewhere early in the morning

Sehr billiges Frühstück. Nur verpackte Konfitüre und Schmelzkäse. Keine Früchte, kein Joghurt, kein Ei. Hatte noch nie so ein schlechtes Frühstück.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit schönem kleinen Innenhof. Freundlich und schlicht. Preis okay.

Für meinen Zweck (Musik bei musica nel Mendrisiotto) war die Lage ideal. Das Balkönli war lustig. Das Frühstück war sättigend, aber auch nicht mehr. Im Land der Kühe wären ein Jogurt oder frischer Käse anstatt des Schmelzkäses eigentlich zu erwarten. Auch eine Frucht kostet ja nicht alle Welt ... ... Frühstück im Garten war schön.

Es war sehr heiss und das kleine Zimmer wurde auch nachts nicht kühler. Der Kühlschrank brummte sehr laut, kühlte auf Hochtouren und heizte das Zimmer zusätzlich. Warmes (nicht heisses) Wasser kam erst nach ca. 5 Minuten aus der Dusche.

Very Friendly staff. The location was quiete and in a lovely street. The room was clean and the balcony a bonus. The breakfast was very basic but the coffee was divine.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The hosts were very friendly, attentive, I felt almost like at home :) Cosy atmosphere, very quiet, breakfast in the little garden, great view from the balcony:)

in the reservation it was written that the Ticino Ticket is included, but it is not, so if I calculate that the train cost me an extra 60 euros, I could have chosen another hotel with a better rating...

The room was small, but had all the basic amenities and even a nice balcony. Check in shortly before 10pm was ok and I could have breakfast at 7:30 am (important for an early bird). The breakfast itself is a bit spartan - just coffee, a croissant with jam and a yoghurt. But then again, that gets reflected in the price you pay.

Good value for money (in Switzerland). Central position.

Shower doors could be fixed: they hardly move.

For family is an ideal location. Since it is situated in the old part of the city. Historical places and shoping centres are near to the hotel.

Restaurant are few. Very little options if you are a foodies.

Very nice and friendly staff, they helped where to find postcards. Top view to the church and Monte Generoso from the room window. Very new furniture. Good breakfast. Close to attractions in the city centre such as USI, cantine, churches. Fast internet.

There is no elevator so after you climb the mountain from the train station you have to climb to your floor for an optimal view. But the staff was kind and helped with luggage.
