The grounds are absolutely stunning and the owners have some animals so it was lovely to have chickens and horses around. The decor is really nice and feels fresh. The owners were also very friendly and the breakfast was perfect. I’d definitely come again.

Complimentary continental breakfast was included, cooked full English was available. This wasn't mentioned on the website that I noticed, do a nice surprise. An excellent stay with very facilitative hosts. Everything was well organised and of high standard. Thank you.

Beautiful location, bright, spacious, clean room with the biggest white fluffy towels. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was so comfy, wish we had stayed for longer. Wonderful host, who made us feel welcome and looked after.

The location was perfect for me as I had meeting in the local community - The bedroom was excellent, i left too early for breakfast and the local pub was a bonus for dinner the night before.

Beautiful property on outskirts of village close to A34. First floor room with very comfortable extra large bed and en-suite shower room in converted coach house, with small communal kitchen area with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge and complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and cereal with plenty of crokery, utensils and a sink. Nice view of stable and paddock. Excellent cooked breakfast available to order at additional cost served in main house. EV charger available at cost.

Stairs to room were narrow and quite steep.

Super big bed, ask for room on left in coach house if you are tall as the other has a low beam. Great to have a fridge, microwave, and breakfast bar.

Location was very convenient for my needs. close to Brackley, close to the A43, close to Silverstone etc. Comfortable and spacious room, updated decor, very clean and tidy. Separated from the main house, you are one of two rooms so plenty of space and privacy. Secure car parking also and a great pub down the road (if you so fancy!)

Location was good for us.

Very expensive for what we had, a small room with no wardrobe or drawers - very basic at £250 per night. Not worth it- should charge no more than £120 per night. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room and a couple of glasses.

Location, room and shower

Property is private, quiet, and offers great opportunity for a restful weekened getaway. Katie & Adam have put a lot of love into the property - room and facilities were exceptional. Katie also made amazing breakfast in the morning that rounded off the entire stay beautifully. Will definitely be coming back here!

Layout was a little awkward with fridge and kitchen downstairs but nothing too bad at all. Maybe a mini fridge in the room could help?

Superb property! Katie the owner was extremely welcoming, interesting and genuinely cares about your stay being perfect. This place has everything you require for a relaxing stay. Super king bed, pillows that feel like you are sleeping on a cloud , beautiful rooms, modern bathroom and the plus of fridge, kettle etc for your use. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful surroundings. The host was amazing, great communication and very accommodating to our requests. She was welcoming! The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. It was decorated beautifully. The host was so thoughtful, she even had hot water bottles prepared for the harsh weather.

Huge and charming bedroom in the coach house of a lovely Georgian mansion, very well-appointed and with a kitchenette downstairs. Only a short drive or walk to the fine local pub (and don't fail to visit the farm shop in the village). The owner was helpful and flexible when Storm Ciaran caused our ferry to be cancelled, and she transferred our booking to the following night - much appreciated.

There's cereal and hot drinks provided in the kitchen, but if you want a cooked breakfast be sure to arrange it beforehand. The stairs are on the steep side if anyone has mobility problems.

Lovely place, and delightful interaction with host. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. It was quiet, easy to find, and had a lovely local pub and local farm shop which is worth a visi. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Katie was very welcoming, a lovely location close to the Main routes to get to places. The old stables where I stayed was very well presented, warm nice big walk in shower with plenty of water pressure. Room was nice and cosy with a big bed. A cooked breakfast is extra but well worth it and made to order. A lovely stay will be staying again when next in the area.

It was a great room with very comy bed and great bathroom. Owner was very nice and offered to cook us breakfast for another £10 each but offered cereral (left in the comunal area) for free which was great.

No kettle in room which meant you had to walk downstairs into the comunal are to make a drink Not ideal when you wake up and desparate for a cup of tea and have to get dressed Wouldn't have been so bad if dressing gowns were provided. Would have been so much better if there was a kettle in the room and long life milk

Fantastic detached house in a peaceful area; beautiful surroundings and well maintained garden. Hosts were very friendly, felt like we’ve visited good old friends

Good communication with landlady Katie and a lovely warm welcome. Very quiet location and Room is an old coach house conversion with large en-suite and huge very comfortable bed. Quality tea and coffee area with 'real milk' and shared with the other room. Local pub serves great 'British' food. Breakfast is served in the family's beautiful kitchen diner and was excellent. WiFi available but not used as the 5G network coverage is good. Overall, a restful, comfortable place to stay and recharge and fully lived up to its 'Excellent' Booking rating.

Found this perfect little gem for our weekend at Silverstone. Lovely hosts and a great cooked breakfast to set us up for the day.

The room was superb, comfortable and clean. Katie was exceptional, couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location. Large, comfortable room. Easy walk to the pub for dinner. Host readily accommodated my late arrival due to flight delays and had an easy, ready breakfast available to me when I had an early start. I can't wait to come back.

Loved it, beautiful place in a quaint little village. The host was so nice and helpful in answering questions and recommending local places. Really enjoyed the stay and hope we get the opportunity to go back some day and was excellent value as well.

Given option to have a cooked breakfast but decided to have cereal so that mor flexible when we wanted to eat. Cereal, tea, coffee, orange juice and plenty of milk available. Could have made toast etc. (would have needed to get bread but easily done)

Not a dislike, but would maybe have been helpful to have a sign on the gate/ at the entrance as was a little difficult to find (instructions were correct but looked very much like a private house so wasn't sure).

Brilliant location for conferences in the midlands. It was a beautiful coach house which was really comfortable and quiet. breakfast was 10/10 delicious! Katie is a brilliant host and made our stay even better.
