The locations is good a few minutes walk to the Sanctuary . The host are very nice she drove us down to the Basilica and vice versa. Breakfast are very nice too. Very well recommended.

Gerry was very swift to collect me from the airport with very little notice and although breakfast was small, it was tasty.

The shower in my room was boiling hot and I couldn’t adjust it. The water pressure was also very poor. The sound of footsteps in the hallway was very loud and when someone passed my room, the door rattled in the frame and It sounded like the door was being pushed. No soap in the shower was also disappointing.

Breakfast was very good with menu adjustments flexability. Staff and guests were all very friendly. I was given small amounts of fitting, adequate and encouraging information about the activities I was planning. There was a guest lounge. Always friendly guests therein.

We had a excellent breakfast as well as the night before when we returned from the candle light procession we were given a warm welcome with a cup of tea and home baked cake. The accommodation was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Staff, quite abrupt. Difficulty communicating my late check in due to internet issues. Arrived to property to be told by Proprietor they could have let the room to another customer as my lateness may have been regarded as a no show. Therefore all potential customers be ware of this, if you are late, you may have no room!!

Room was disappointing: no ensuite; room very sparsely furnished- no floor rug or chair; no view out - very near a blank wall. Location is a little too far from the shrine for walking.

Good: Elsie was lovely. Breakfast was good. Short drive to the Knock Shrine. Not So Good: We reserved a room with double bed/ensuite. When we arrived, we were given a choice of double bed/shared bathroom or 2 twins with en-suite. We chose the ensuite. Our room was directly (like 2-3 yds) beside the street/car park so lots of car noise and people out smoking and talking and getting in/out of their cars late/early. Walls are thin. We could hear every step of the people above us (early and late) and the voices of the people whose room was beside us. WiFi only worked in the center of the house. No toiletries even though it was listed. Was one of the most expensive B and B’s on our trip and the most disappointing.

Excellent hosts, breakfast, very comfortable and homely. Met all residents and so nice. My husband especially had a good rest. It was a pity as we were busy and happily chats and having tea forgot to take photos. Wish we did.

The location was very good only a few minutes by car into knock village, or approximately 7 minutes by foot.

The host was very welcoming. My room offered plenty of space. As a hiker, I had the opportunity to wash my clothes and hang them up outside to let them dry. The breakfast was bounteous and delicious. The location is situated in a calm residential area. I recommend it definitely to anyone who wants to visit Knock Shrine.

Very disappointing. Uncomfortable beds . Blocked sink with water coming up from shower tray when emptied ( pointed this out to owner ) out of date cereals on display in dining area . Not asked any preference to breakfast , owner not present in morning and on her return , made same breakfast for all four of us .. even though my elderly mother does not eat pork , she was given it , was not value for money as price equalled the local hotel but certainly lacked the quality

Divine Mercy ticks all the boxes for anyone arriving tired after a long journey. From the friendly offer of a cup of tea or coffee on arrival by Elsie, to the carefully thought out, tasteful room details. Extra cushions, good bedside lighting, plugpoints near the headboard. Good shower pressure and showerhead design. All spotless. Very comfortable bed. Quiet, peaceful area. Excellent breakfast next morning. Easy parking parallel to road. Short drive or safe walk to the famous Knock shrine village.

Very welcoming, kind and friendly owners. The weather was very stormy, the weekend we stayed and the owners insisted on taking my pregnant wife to the shrine and even picked her up. Beautiful people Included cooked Irish breakfast was great too to set us up for the day

The house was very quiet while I stayed, it was kept lovely and warm and comfortable. I was in Knock for religious purposes - and Elsie, the owner, was very interesting to talk to and was able to educate me a good deal on things I wasn’t aware of and hadn’t already considered. I will most definitely be looking to stay at this guesthouse whenever I return to Knock.

Elsie is a wonderful host, extremely kind and welcoming, she even dropped me off at the bus stop the following day. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Extremely clean, beautiful location, very comfortable beds, and free breakfast, tea and coffee.

Great location; just a few blocks from Knock shrine. There was a little confusion with regards the type of room we requested, but it got sorted in the end. Luckily there was a spare double room (our original preference) in a backup B and B next door, where the host was very gracious. (There was no kettle in that other b and b, but was made available upon request). The breakfast was grilled, hence healthier.

The non-dairy (coconut) milk was a bit off (risky to health), and so were some slices of brown bread (only a couple, with the molds thankfully visible). Maybe because we only requested for the non-dairy alternative that morning...Perhaps it would be good to have allergens in mind, as would be standard nowadays.

I would rate higher but I booked for two and my friend had already booked for herself. Immediately I asked for an amendment but I’m still awaiting confirmation as to whether I will get a partial refund.

Door into room didn't close properly .bathroom too cramped, toilet very slow to fill and Very noisy.broken mattress spring visible and heater too small for the room. Did not like the velour headboard. No change of towels offered. Sink too small and was cracked.

The location was absolutely lovely and the breakfast and drinks were offered so generously. Elsie, the owner, was wonderfully kind and welcoming, which made the stay feel extra special. I would be delighted to stay here again! – Cherry

As soon as we arrived at the airport, Elsie arranged for our pickup. When we arrived at the B&B we were asked if we would like some tea, and were offered of tea and home-made Irish cake, which was delicious. Our hosts were incredibly hospitable. Our stay at the B&B was clean, comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The Irish breakfast was delicious. This B&B is located just 15 minute walk to the Shrine of Our Lady of Knock. I would highly recommend Divine Mercy B&B. Elsie is a wonderful and courteous host.

What you are offering for a short stay is excellent

The woman who ran the establishment drove us downtown, free of charge. That's the extra mile that makes me want to give her a high rating.

I did not know how to work the shower. But, it might have been the fact that I come from a different culture.

Beds very comfortable, slept well. The room was clean and tidy. The hostess very friendly and nice. Breakfast could not be faulted. All food fresh and of a good standard.

Firstly, the bedroom door did not close properly, needed a good push, and had to be locked at all times, to ensure it remained closed. No clothes hangers, only hooks on the back of the door, and a few attached to the wall, no wardrobe. The en-suite, well where do I start. The width of the room was approx 3ft and the length approx 9 ft, which was taken up with the shower, toiled and a very tiny wash basin. The shower hose had to be taken down to use, as the head was directed to the wall, and would not stay in position, the shower tray filled up with water, leading me think that the drainage system was not proper. The wash basin, same, very slow to drain. The bathroom floor was uneven, felt like the shower/wash basin waste pipe was not sunken, but running beneath the floor covering.

És un allotjament correcte i molt net. L'esmorzar ha estat bé, ous, bacon, cereals, te/cafè... Vaig demanar opcions s/gluten i tenia pa i cereals gluten free.

Ens han donat una habitació a la planta baixa que donava a l'entrada i al carrer. Només hi ha una cortina (no opaca) i entrava força llum i se sentien les altres habitacions una mica.

Elsie was very welcoming offering us a cup of tea on arrival and helpful by checking the times of Mass and looking after our left luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious Irish breakfast, our stay was short but we shall certainly stay again.
