De locatie, het ontbijt en de verschillende ruimtes (slaapkamers, woonkamer incl keuken en badkamer) waren top..

Enige minpuntje was dat er 's avonds een buurtfeest was en dus was er nogal wat lawaai tot laat, maar ondanks dat hebben we volop genoten van ons verblijf!

Großartiges Frühstück, Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel, Räumlichkeiten großzügig geschnitten und jeden Tag ein nettes Briefchen auf dem Frühstückstisch

Das Frühstück war wunderbar, und die Besitzer des Bed and Breakfast waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Ontzettend lieve en warme mensen. Hans en ingrid runnen het samen en alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Zeer ruime mooie b&b en super ontbijt! Heel veel dank.

Toller Zwischen Stopp auf unserer Fahrradtour. Sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten für unsere Fahrräder. Ein außergewöhnliches Bed& Breakfast mit sehr netten Gastgebern und einem ganz tollen Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles mit Liebe!!!! Das Appartement mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Frühstück mit Liebe zubereitet. Es läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter einfach liebenswert!!!

De persoonlijke ontvangst, fijne kamers. Leuk om een woonkamer te hebben (wij waren met vrienden). En het ontbijt was geweldig!

Alles was top!

Hyggeligt, beliggenhed i fht vores besøg var perfekt. De personlige hilsner gjorde at vi følte os velkommen. Morgen maden fantastisk, både udseende og tilberedning.

Kunne have ønsket man kunne have reguleret temperaturen. Vi synes det var en smule koldt.

Ontzettend lieve eigenaren en heerlijke bedden. Wij zouden zeker nog een keer terug komen!

De kamer, het bad, de borrelplank (aanrader!) en het ontbijt.

Eigenlijk niks! Het was geweldig. Als ik dan iets moet meegeven dan zou ik nog badjassen adviseren voor als je uit dat heerlijke badjassen komt en dan zo op je bed te ploffen.

Heel fijne B&B voor een overnachting met mijn twee dochters - ze waren allebei razend enthousiast. Ze hadden heel wat moeite met kiezen tussen de blauwe kamer en de gouden kamer, uiteindelijk is het de blauwe kamer geworden voor hen. Erg ruim en comfortabel appartement met ook een fijne zitruimte, en een uitgebreid ontbijt, in een leuke wijk in Breda. Hans en Ingrid waren heel erg verwelkomend en flexibel!

Heel goed verzorgde en uitgeruste B&B in een rustige buurt kortbij het centrum van de stad. Ruime slaap- en badkamer en bovendien nog een mooie leefruimte erbij.

vriendelijk onthaal, mooie ingerichte kamers (slaapkamer, badkamer en zithoek), lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, auto konden we netjes voor de deur parkeren en de fietsen stonden veilig en droog binnen. Het goudkleurig bestek paste bij het hemels gevoel.

Eigenlijk geen minpunten. Als we toch iets moeten zeggen, dan mocht het ietsje warmer zijn op de kamer.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean, totally private accommodation, wonderful breakfasts, good location, super nice hosts.

De hartelijk ontvangst. Leuke persoonlijke boodschapjes van de B en B eigenaar; je voelt je meteen thuis. Het was schoon en netjes, het bed was heerlijk en het ontbijt was top.

È un posto semplicemente magnifico. Hans e Gridje sono gentili e molto accoglienti. L’appartamento è molto grande, i letti comodissimi e la colazione ottima.

Nulla. Non è nel centro di Breda ma a 5 min di macchina ma è anche il suo punto di forza perché è in una località molto tranquilla e con una graziosa piazzetta con ogni genere di locali.

El apartamento muy al detalle y cuidado. Los dueños encantadores y cercanos.

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst, mooi ruim en comfortabel appartement, uitstekend ontbijt. Echt top waren de gepersonaliseerde aanpak en de extra aandacht/cadeautjes voor de kinderen. Aanrader!

The accommodation was modern, well designed with great attention to detail.It was immaculate, clean, tidy, spotless. The location had local bars and restaurants in a nice town square, well within walking distance. The centre of Breda was a short cycle (approximately 2.0 miles) easy to navigate. There was a private car parking space off the road immediately at the front house. Also there were facilities to securely park bikes. The hosts were very attentive, friendly and very helpful. Their attention to detail was superb.

I only have one comment which I am reluctant to mention as the overall experience was fantastic. The internal access stairs to the first floor were a wee bit steep, therefore someone with limited mobility may find the accommodation not suitable. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Hans & Gridje were simply the best hosts we have ever had the privilege to meet. On arrival after a long day in the saddle (motorbike), the welcome we had was so warm and friendly it was like arriving to stay with friends. Their attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was beyond first class. The bed was super comfortable providing a sound nights sleep, which was well needed after our long journey. The breakfast provided the following morning was most definitely the best breakfast we have ever had in iur 35 years of travelling. My only regret was that we were not staying longer. We would definitely come back when we travel this way next time. We can not recommend this establishment highly enough truly a jewellery.

As we were two friends travelling together we booked this as it had two bedrooms. However just before our arrival we were told that the second bedroom would only be available for a further 100 euros and was locked. There was only a double bed in the main bedroom so my friend slept on the couch. Just think this should have been clearer when booking and we would then have gone elsewhere. However as per usual we made the best of it.

Hans and Ingrid were very welcoming. The area around the house is really nice and the breakfast was a 12/10. We would have loved to stay longer.

Lovely, friendly hosts who provided a superb breakfast downstairs. The apartment is up some steep stairs which are a bit dark. The apartment has a very nice kitchen/living room though a proper table and chairs rather than the tall table with stools would have been better. The bedroom is big with a very comfortable bed. Nice big bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower. We enjoyed our stay.

The one thing that could be improved is putting a shower curtain or shower door on the shower cubicle to stop the water spraying all over the room. The floor gets wet and slippery which isn't safe.

Absolutely outstanding B&B. One of the best we've stayed in. Superb accommodation, lovely hosts and delicious breakfast. The location is excellent as well. Classy area with nice bars and restaurants. It was also very easy to get to other towns and cities in the area, so it would make a good base.

It's perfect

The host and hostess were amazingly welcoming and gracious.

Hans & Gridje are fantastic hosts. Their B&B is superb, you could not want for more. The place is stunning and such a warm welcome, they have thought of every last detail. Breakfast is a delight and presented wonderfully, you have a sitting room/kitchen area a lovely bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and obviously a bedroom with a small balcony and the bed is awesome. One thing I will mention is the apartment is on the first floor and is reached by some fairly steep stairs so if you have mobility issues be aware of this but if you are able to manage stairs it’s well worth the effort, (breakfast is served on the ground floor). There is parking right outside the B&B and it is just a very short walk to the town square for restaurants, bars and other shops. All in all a little gem and you will not be disappointed.

Hans en Gridje did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They provided an excellent breakfast. In fact, there was too much to eat but presented so beautifully. I would recommend this accommodation. Lovely quiet setting, and it is easy to access. You would not find better hosts.

The stairs were a little difficult for older guests. But most people would manage them easily.

Large guest area with bedroom, separate living room with kitchenette and a very spacious bathroom. It’s all brand new and spotless. Breakfast was lovely too and the hosts are super friendly. This is truly a home away from home.
