Beautifully presented apartment. Very comfortable bed. Fab breakfast. Lovely outdoor terrace. Every detail had been thought of.

Very steep stairs which was fine for us but not for anyone slightly infirm.

Todo! Era un piso de la casa donde vivían los dueños, tiene una habitación principal con un salón que tenía mesa para comer y una secundaria con dos camas. Estaba muy bien decorado con motivos históricos de Breda, precioso.

No es que no me gustase, pero hay que advertirlo. Es un segundo piso con una escalera algo estrecha y con pendiente, no es recomendable para personas con poca movilidad.

Ciche spokojne miejsce, a blisko stacji kolejowej. Przemili, pomocni i gościnni gospodarze. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem. Wystrój oryginalny i ze smakiem. Bardzo duże wygodne łóżko, zaskakujący kącik kuchenny, bardzo duża łazienka, ale najfajniejszy jest mały taras do dyspozycji gości z widokiem na typową zabudowę holenderskiej dzielnicy.

Vriendelijke eigenaren die het je graag naar de zin maken. Kleine loopafstand naar het station, ideaal voor een citytrip

Met heel veel zorg en creativiteit ingericht, aan alles is gedacht, schoon, centraal gelegen, heerlijk ontbijt, super enthousiaste host. Kortom top!!

Gorgeous styling and design with historical charm, warm and helpful hosts and reception, super comfortable bed and very convenient to the train station and center of Breda. Wifi is fast and reliable for those who need to work too. You will have the whole top floor to yourself. Privacy is well respected by the host. Would happily return!

We felt completely at home. It was much more than just a room – it was practically a flat of our own, complete with a balcony. A rare combination of beautiful, tasteful décor and practicality, right down to the smallest details. Warm and welcoming hosts who took care of everything with loving, unobtrusive attention and were always on hand. The breakfast was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended, even in summer, as it has air conditioning

Loved everything! Loved the sitting room attached to bedroom- mini kitchen and super comfy bed. Loved the whole aesthetic. The bathroom was great and had a hairdryer and soft towels. The private balcony was lovely in the morning for breakfast. It was the perfect start to my days. And, get the breakfast- best in the whole town and eat in your balance. Super fresh abs tasty. Can’t recommend the host or room enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My stay with Robert and Aagje was simply wonderful! And the breakfast was a dream! I felt so at home; everything is within walking distance and the station is just a few minutes away. Breda is such a lovely town and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet on the balcony! I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Heerlijk huiselijk verblijf op loopafstand van het centrum. Accommodatie was heel schoon en sfeervol. Vriendelijke eigenaren.

Magnifique chambre/suite spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût! Des hôtes extrêmement sympathiques, qui répondent à tous vos désirs ! Un petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux qui ne laisse rien à désirer ! Très bel endroit, calme. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Breda.

The stairs to the room on the second floor are quite steep and narrow. Ok for us but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone elderly or disabled

Sehr stylisch eingerichtet Netter Gastgeber :) Ganze Etage Super Balkon Sauberes Bad Großes Zimmer inkl Wohnraum Wir kommen gerne wieder aber nicht zu Silvester ;)

Parking situation, es gibt ein Parkhaus (5 min zu Fuß) 5 tracks, kostet aber 17,50€/Tag. Falls man den Wagen oft braucht, zahlt man jedes mal wieder die 17,50€. Parken in der Straße nur 3h. Die Tür zwischen Wohnraum und Zimmer ist eine Klapptür, mit Kind nicht ideal für Paare oder Freunde top. Das zweite Zimmer auf der Etage hätte 80€/nacht mehr gekostet. Fenster nicht sehr dicht. Nicht über Silvester zu empfehlen falls man nicht feiern geht und ein Kleinkind hat. Zimmer sehr hellhörig zur Straße. Falls kein Silvester ist stört das womöglich nicht. Obwohl es eine Heizung gibt und zusätzliches Klima/Heizgerät im Wohnzimmer, ist das Zimmer aber relativ kalt.

Das Zimmer war liebevoll gestaltet und super ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besser als jedes Hotel. Sehr zentrale Lage, man kann ins Zentrum laufen. Die Gastgeber waren nett und hilfsbereit.

Zeer mooie B&B ideaal om 4 vriendinnen op stap te gaan. Ideale ligging, dichtbij het station en op wandelafstand van het centrum. Heel lekker ontbijt.

Een erg mooi ingericht verblijf. Een zeer behulpzame gastvrouw en heel veel privacy. De locatie is ook heel gunstig. Via het Station en het park loop je zo het centrum in. De ruimte is zo leuk ingericht dat je gelijk een huiselijk gevoel hebt.

Fantastyczni właściciele. Bardzo duży pokój z salonem. Byliśmy w 3 osoby i przez chwilę myślałem że musimy się zmieścić w tym jednym pokoju ale okazało się że w komplecie jest druga wielka sypialnia. W zasadzie mieliśmy całe piętro z oddzielną łazienką i werandą. Apartament wart każdej wydanej złotówki, a jak na Niderlandy, wcale nie było bardzo drogo. To był komfortowy pobyt! Dziękujemy!

Tu będzie trudniej bo nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Jak w większości miejsc w Breda bardzo strome i wąskie schody do apartamentu. Z dużymi walizkami byłby kłopot, ale my tylko z małym plecakiem. Mikroskopijna kuchenka, ale z niej i tak nie planowaliśmy korzystać. I w pełni wyposażona. I trochę dziwna dla nas praktyka parkowania miasta Breda. Można na ulicy stanąć tylko na 3 godziny i nie da się tego przedłużyć nawet dopłacając. Byliśmy w weekend - to bez sensu, mnóstwo wolnych miejsc. Na szczęście kilkaset metrów do parkingu wielopoziomowego na dworcu kolejowym (około 18 euro za dobę).

This apartment was amazing! Beautifully planned and designed so we had everything we needed and it all worked. It’s really close to the station but in a very nice area, and we were only 15 minutes walk into town. Our hosts were lovely, very welcoming. We were delighted with our stay.

Robert was great and very helpful! The apartment was very cute and comfortable! I would definitely stay there again!

Close to the center and the trains for traveling to other places in Holland. A lot of privacy! The apartment has everything for a nice and comfortable stay.

The breakfast was sublime (a breakfeast), very nice hosts and excellent location.

It was quite cold and it took a while to figure out the heating, but once informed everything was ok.

The location was amazing, close the train station and we walked easily to the city center. The host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this B&B to others. The perfect stay if you want to explore Breda.

Great short stay in a lovely location. Gem of a place to stay, your own floor at the top of a house. Very stylish & cosy living & bed room, + great little covered patio. Amazing shower in bathroom and the optional breakfast each morning was fab and very much kept us going till lunch time!

Everything is clean and well-organized, the interior decoration is phenomenal, the bed was beyond comfortable and the shower legendary. Robert and Aagje are great people and they really did their best to accommodate us, provide us with information, suggestions and fun times. We came to Breda as a couple and left as an engaged couple and the entire experience was beyond exceptional. It was amazing sharing these precious, memorable moments in 't Speelhuys. Also, Storm. I don't know how one wouldn't like the best boy in all of Netherlands.

The appartement is great, perfectly located and you can walk in the city center. The area is lovely and very calm, you could hear birds singing in the morning :) The appartement is decorated with a great taste and bed is so comfortable! The host are lovely.

It was very clean and cozy. The owners were very friendly and showed great hospitality. It was obvious by the state of the property that they take pride in it and care about the experience of the people who stay there.

It was a bit cold and we had problems with the hot water coming from the shower.

I liked everything because everything is well thought out. The apartment is very clean and quiet, there is everything you need and even more. Excellent and fast internet, I could work. There is a bedroom area and a living area with a built-in small kitchen, which is equipped with a small refrigerator and a microwave. I am an experienced tourist, but such an ideal place is hard to meet. Robert is an excellent host, thanks for the comfort💜

The apartment it's really cozy with beautiful decoration, really stylish. Exceptionally clean and nothing that you may needs is missing. Location it's really closed to the train station, five minutes walking distance and host Robert and Aagje are very nice and super available for any needs. I would hightly reccomended!

The internal stairs are too steep and it is quite difficult to take a big suitcase to the apartment

Great location close to train station. Fantastic hosts, warm and welcoming. Breakfasts were scrumptious and of course the decor was outstanding.

First of all, the design was wonderful - super well-thought put, space incredibly large and facilities so much better than I thought they would be! From coffee machine to the slippers, it was like a 5-star hotel experience!

The B&B is located in a lovely local neighbourhood close to Central Station. The interior was beautifully designed, stylish yet inviting and cosy. The entire apartment was spotless. Probably the cleanest rental accommodation I've ever stayed in! All amenities were on hand and there was nothing we missed. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Breda.
