קצת קשה למצוא את המקום

אנחנו זוג משפחת פלד יגענו למלון לכניסה עם הרבה תיקים . הגברת שקבלה אותנו קבלה אותנו בחיוך רחב. ונתנה לנו הרגשה חמה ואוהבת כמו במשפחה. דבר כזה אף פעם לא ראיתי. הגברת עזרה לנו לקחת את הדברים לחדר. החדרים גדולים ומרווחים. מאד נקיים. הגברת הסבירה לנו מה יש בחדר. כל שאלה שהייתה לנו נתנה לנו תשובה. ודאגה לכל דבר אפילו הכי קטן. חפשנו מדריך טיולים טוב שיסביר לנו על העיר העתיקה. היא חפשה לנו עשתה כמה טלפונים. ומצאה לנו מדריך עם ניסיון רב המדריך היה אדם מאד נחמד. המדריך עשה לנו סיון 3-4 שעות ראינו כנסיה . בתי הכנסת. מערות. ואת כל ההיסטוריה והנוף . ואפילו עשינו רכיבה על סוסים. וראינו את הנמל ושטנו על סירה מהירה אנשים העיר העתיקה מאד מנומסים. מעוד נחמדים . והשוק מדהים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בשפע טעימה מאד. ומושקעת. חשוב לציין שהגברת עושה את כל התפקידים במלון. בצורה הטובה ביותר. שלא היה כוונה בהתחלה להביא עוד זוג. אבל מרוב שהיה לנו כיף ביום הראשון . קראנו לעוד זוג להצטרף לטיול. ביום השני. שהזוג השני יגיע לאזור. הזוג קצת התבלבל ניתן לציין שהבת שלה עשתה סיבוב רגלי ארוך ועזרה להם להגיע . וכמובן הבת עזרה בהכנת ארוחת הבוקר. אני ממליץ מאד על המקום. וכמובן נגיע עוד כמה פעמים הצעה שלי תבואו רק לבית מלון הזה תודה לצוות המלון לא נשכח את החוויה היפה שנתתם לנו אוהבים אותכם משפחת פלד

אין . היה מדהים

המארחות היו נפלאות. ניסו לעזור בכל, מאוד אדיבות, והגישו ארוחת בוקר מושקעת. הן ענו לשאלות לפני ההגעה והכינו את כל הנצרך לשהות מתאימה לצרכים, כולל הספקה של מגהץ שאפשר הגעה נאותה לכנס בעבודה.

Very nice hotel, easy to find nice location and very good breakfast! A bit of loud noise during the night but generally very nice stay!

Loud street noise

Situated at the heart of the old city this little family establishment is ideal for excursions all around. It's a short waking distance from pretty much everything. The Hostess and here doughter are very kind and attentive. You get treated for drinks and snacks in the room which really helps you ease in to the experience. The breakfast is great. Served in a room furnished with the same lovely Egyptian chairs and tables from the rooms.

closest parking lot is about 5 minutes walking distance inside the old city streets so don't bring too much luggage to carry around. If you plan on taking a late night bath be sure to notify the hostess so she makes there's enough hot water. Also, the nearby mosque morning prayer song will most likely wake you up at 5. Be ready for that - at least he sings very well.

Breakfast was delicious and beautifully plated. Service was great.

Since it is located in side of old city and narrow roads and no parking , we had to park outside the old city. But it was only a few minutes walk

Parking is quite far and therefore you need to take this into account So close to the mosque, do not be surprised to be awake at 5

We spent our five nights in the most comfortable room at third floor (elevator) with a whirlpool. The Arab service personal was very friendly and helpful by recommending sightseeing possibilities too. The breakfast was very good, special demands were fulfilled.

The hostess was wonderful. The room was very nice. The breakfasts were wonderful. If you’re looking for an Old City Acre experience, this hotel is in the middle of it!

The parking was far away, the narrow streets were hard to navigate, the hotel was hard to find.

Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent staff and extraordinary breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

No parking close to the hotel but this is for any place in old Akko.

Anwar is a wonderful hostess. She was always available. The rooms were very clean, with a well equipped shower and good air conditioning. Breakfast was rich and we had it on the top floor which offers some views of l the gulf. The house itself is located at the heart of the old city. A 3 minute walk from the market. It is furnished with Syrian furniture which makes it very authentic.

It's not a con, but rather a recommendation: the old city's lanes are not made for car travel and parking is not allowed. You should park at a public lot outside the old city, and walk for 5 minutes to the house. Contact the hostess if you need assistance with accessibility.

Unique location in the center of old Akko combined with modern and comfortable interior. Nice and very friendly staff who are willing to help with every request of a guest.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and everything worked well.

The main problem we had was the location, which made bringing our rental car close to the hotel difficult and it was very difficult to find parking nearby. For someone coming in by taxi this would not have been a problem.

Inside the old city, this is small gem. Totally renewed building, very comfortable rooms with all the amenities, an elevator and a superb view from the breakfast room in the top floor. The breakfast was fantastic. Very nice and helpful staff. The parking indicated was free and close enough.

It is not easy to reach the location and there are no signs indicating the place. Even following the google maps location provided we were a bit lost in the old city streets, but we messaged the contact provided and they came to meet us.
