Friendly staff, good facilities. It was more like a hostel than a guest house but with all private rooms. Good well equipped kitchen area and break out spaces. Nice underutilused roof top terrace. Two showers / toilets on my 2nd floor but I never had to queue at any time in my 3 day / 3 night stay. Room was clean and well enough equipped. Very close to restaurants bars and supermarkets.

It was a little far from the metro but manageable.

O funcionário HUgo e o senhor que nos recebeu à noite eram super prestaveis e simpáticos. Houve silêncio para dormir . Um jardim exterior simplesmente delicioso. Café saboroso . Tudo limpinho e bonito . Preço ótimo . Gostei muito ! Voltava !

Tudo muito cheiroso, limpo, nas minhas datas eu não tive problema algum.

Eu adorei tudo… bem localizado, lugar seguro, fiquei no quarto privativo e banheiro compartilhado, nem por isso me senti com a privacidade abalada.

체크인부터 체크아웃까지 직원들이 항상 친절히 맞아주셧으며, 숙소는 잘 정리되어 있었습니다. 정문은 항상 빠르게 열어주셧습니다. 다만 언덕위에 위치해 걸어가긴 힘들긴 하지만 주요노선을 관통하는 버스가 게스트 하우스 정문 바로 앞에 멈춰서 딱히 불편 함을 느끼진 않았습니다.

La terrasse, le silence, le restaurant en bas, le confort des matelas, la propreté, l’accueil par un gardien on se sent en sécurité, je recommande ce lieu

Un wc dans la chambre serait mieux ( si problème de santé) mais les toilettes sont proches…

Friendly staff, wonderful location and amazing garden!

They don't do meals, but there is good kitchen to share. Showers were excellent. Everything super clean. Friendly and helpful staff, including the owner Joao. There is a small supermarket almost opposite, and the road is full of restaurants and coffee shops. Joao owns the restaurant right next door which does lunch & dinner. I will use this hotel again. The bedrooms were very good, and very quiet.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Einzelzimmer ist super und ja es ist nicht geräuschlos aber ich habe sehr gut geschlafen - in der nacht isr es ruhig. Die Wege sind sicher - habe mich allein als Frau sicher gefühlt in der Nacht von der Metro hinzulaufen.

It was very quiet, clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were big. There were also a lot of bathrooms and a kitchen available for use.

It was about a mile away from the main attractions and shops, so it was a bit of a walk. The WiFi also didn’t work well for us.

It’s a long and kinda steep slope from the station to the hotel. Most of it cobblestone street. And there’s no lift at the hotel. We got 2 heavy suitcases and it was quite a bit of a struggle to reach the guesthouse.

Einige Zimmer gehen zur Straßenseite und zur Kneipe nebenan-das ist sehr laut!! Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen…

Gostei do fato de poder entrar a qualquer momento, a decoração é bonita.

O quarto era um pouco pequeno demais. A WC é partilhada pelo que poderia haver uma extra com o mínimo(lavatório e sanita) , para não ser necessário os hóspedes aguardarem que outro terminasse o seu banho.

Expensive for the stay. Not really a hotel even though marked as one. Had to leave key when leaving room and always had to ring to be let back into place. Really just glorified hostel with other restaurant and bar business. Shared bathroom was on other side of floor through common room and dining room. Moldy shower also.

The place was cute, the rooms were clean and tidy, the property was nicely appointed and comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

The furniture and design is nice. The green terrace is also great and the staff was kind.

I had a terrible experience here and I definitely do not recommend this place. Bed bugs, unbearable noise, and no response from the guest house. This was honestly my worst nightmare. After my first night there, I got bitten by bed bugs on my belly and legs. It was my first night away from home, so there was no possibility that the bites came from somewhere else. Luckily, I had left my suitcase at a friend’s flat and only had my backpack with me. A few hours after leaving the guest house, the bites became very swollen. I had never been bitten by bed bugs before and had no idea what was happening, so I had to go to the emergency room. They gave me infusions and medication because I had an allergic reaction or possible infection. This completely ruined my trip. I also had to wash everything I had with me at the guest house, and my €200 backpack was destroyed in the process. I contacted the guest house on the same day I left, 27 June. It is now 2 July and I still have not received any reply. So this turned into a very expensive one-night stay because of the medical care and the damage to my belongings. I was in room 4, which is directly above a restaurant and pub. It was extremely noisy. I have never stayed in such noisy accommodation before. Around 20 people were standing outside right in front of my windows until 2 AM, and closing the windows did not help. Even worse, the floor and the whole room were vibrating all day until around 1:30 AM, and then again from about 9:15 AM. I think there may be some air-conditioning unit mounted on the ceiling below, directly under the floor of room 4. Everything on the tables was shaking, glasses were rattling, and when lying in bed, I could feel the vibrations very strongly. This stay caused me serious stress, medical problems, extra expenses, and damage to my belongings. I cannot recommend this accommodation. I ve waited enough time for the staff to contact me and apologize and nothing!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine super Unterkunft. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Die Lage ist nicht ganz so zentral

Отличное место , чтобы провести несколько дней в Лиссабоне! Очень чисто, много удобных и красивых общих зон, прекрасный персонал , всегда готовый помочь ! В комнатах есть все необходимое , даже халаты и одноразовые тапочки Полноценная кухня и обеденная зона . Напротив остановка автобуса, отличный супермаркет, много ресторанчиков и кафешек.

Под хостелом расположен популярный ресторан, где вечером собирается огромная толпа и если ваши окна выходят на улицу, то очень шумно! Зато всегда можно спустится и прекрасно провести время, завести новых друзей и вкусно поужинать :)

The room was extremely noisy. There was noise from people going to the bathroom and the front desk and noise from outside all night long. There were no blackout curtains to block out the sunlight either. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Great value in Lisbon. Kindest and most welcoming staff I’ve encountered.

Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the noise from cars and such goes on all night.

Die Gäste über uns waren beim Gehen in ihrem Zimmer sehr laut und sind häufig stark aufgetreten. Dadurch wurden wir jeden Morgen geweckt 😤

Location good . About 20minutes by taxi to the airport. Taxi easily obtained at 4am by UBER Two young male staff spoke English and were helpful and knoweledgeable and went out of their way to help us.

Het personeel en met name 1 oudere man, hij heeft echt zijn uiterste best gedaan om ons verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken. Ze gingen goed om met onze dochter en ze waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het was heel erg gehorig. Wij zaten precies bij de overloop, dat hielp niet mee. Maar onze eerste nacht (zaterdag) werden wij echt overspoeld met stappende mensen, voor het hotel maar ook in het hotel die om 3:00, 4:00, 5:00 's nachts allemaal even aan de bel kwamen hangen. Normaliter niet heel erg maar met onze dochter was dit wel eens lastig. Prijs was ook hoog maar dat is alles in lissabon.

The location was not bad, walkable to some of the good spots. The staff were nice and the room was spacious enough.

Ich habe keine Minute geschlafen. Die Kopfsreinpflasterstraße ist trotz Oropax belastend. Die ganze Nacht. Das Nachbarzimmer ist nur mit einer Tür getrennt, so dass man jedes Geräusch und Gespräch hört wie im eigenen Raum. Die Matratze war leicht durchgelegen. Es ist sehr dunkel im Haus/Flur und wirkt bedrückend. Den ganzen Tag wird Licht benötigt.

Wystrój ładny, lokalizacja dobra.

Mega głośno, pokój na 1 piętrze, słychać każdy ktok z2 piętra, w nocy wracają goście cały czas piszczy dzwonek drzwi do recepcji wszystko słychać , okno z pokoju 1 wychodzi centralnie na ogród gdzie w nocy goście gadają , jak są otwarte okna innych pokoi wszystko słychać na maksa. Noc nie przespana. Ze względu na większą grupę przy zameldowaniu poinformowano nas że nie ma dostępu do większej kuchni. Tylko pomieszczenie pracownicze z lodówką i mikrofalą. Z opinii czytałam o dobrze wyposażonej kuchni i na to liczyłam.

O alojamento era muito bonito, super confortável e limpo. Adorei o quarto onde fiquei, com muita luz natural. Quem me atendeu era mesmo muito simpático e acessível!

Quando existem alojamentos com wc partilhada entre quartos acaba por ser um pouco ingrato para alguns hóspedes, pois há pessoas que não deixam o wc tal e qual como o encontraram. Não culpo o alojamento, mas sim os hóspedes

El alojamiento es súper cálido, lindo decorado, habitaciones cómodas, el personal super servicial, está bien ubicado, la verdad me ha encantado. La relación calidad precio está excelente, los baños siempre disponibles e impecable se nota que los limpian varias veces al día después que lo usan, agua caliente, aire en la habitación, es cierto que en ocasiones no siempre puede escucharse algo de ruido pero nada que moleste mucho, ya que tiene dos ventanas y al cerrar puedes descansar cómodamente. Volveremos seguro.

Very quirky beautiful fresh decor very interesting building fab facilities beautifully clean wonderful helpful staff chilled atmosphere would certainly recommend a bit different aesthetically pleasing amazing outdoor area. A little bit out of the centre & not much in immediate vicinity ie bars restaurants but a fantastic supermarket and it certainly met out parties needs 👍

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L'espace en commun avec cuisine,canapé et table est appréciable si l'on souhaite cuisiner sur place. Concernant le coin salle de bain nous étions juste a côté donc assez pratique.

La propreté de la salle de bain. Dans les chambres il n'y a pas de volet et les rideaux ne sont pas occultant donc réveil à 6h tout les matins. Prévoir un bandeau de nuit si vous voulez faire une grasse matinée.

Établissement idéalement situé en plein centre de Lisbonne. L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel ont été particulièrement appréciés. La présence d’une surveillance et d’un service assurés 24h/24 apporte un réel sentiment de sécurité tout au long du séjour. Un hébergement rassurant, confortable et très bien placé pour découvrir la ville.

This was a great location to explore Lisbon. It felt very safe and was good walking distance from all of the action. It took about 20 minutes, downhill walking to reach the shops. Coming home was slower, uphill most of the way!

The room was very comfortable but it would have been helpful to have a few mounted hooks so we didn't have to spread out on the floor/hang items on the only chair in the room.

Breakfast not provided. There was a kitchen with good facilities and we made our own breakfast.

The place is easy to reach. 18 min drive with a metro from airport. +10-15 min walk. Working AC Location

Constant noice from the outside. Dirty windows, no sunlight. The rooms are small.

Clean and tidy . Reception staff were really helpful to provide all the information and support. Bathrooms , shared but clean . The location was not far from city centre -cabs(10min) , buses available , Rossio station 20-25 min walk if you wish to go Sintra . Supermarket on the opposite road (2min) . 10-15 min walk to restaurant and eateries .

The light at the entrance door is a bit unpredictable.

Our room was a bit noisy, we could hear the sound of people calling on the phone and if there were people in the garden we could hear everything

The room was clean, the beds were not too soft and the staff was ok.

We could not sleep because of the noise from the street- it is located directly above a restaurant. There the people very loud until later than midnight. Furthermore cars and trucks are passing by all the night, even between 12 pm and 5 am- so we needed to have windows closed all the time but still it was too noisy. And all guest ring the bell to ger back in the night. So from time to time beside all other noise we heard „dingdong“ and people coming up the stairs … really nasty, i you want to sleep. The public bathrooms were not very clean- first of all the dustbin for toilet paper was really far away from the toilet, secondly the sink in the shower was stuck, so that all the old dirt came up.

La proprietà si trova vicino al centro di Lisbona in un quartiere carino. La stanza era buona con un ottimo materasso. Per quanto riguarda il personale, Joao è stato super efficiente e si è rivelato una persona cordiale ed ha reso il soggiorno in questa struttura un plus. Hanno un’ottima terrazza in cui ci si può rilassare.

Avevo chiesto ad un ragazzo se avevano degli asciugacapelli e mi è stato risposto che sono tutti rotti e che stavano aspettando che arrivassero quelli nuovi. È inaccettabile che non ne abbiano a disposizione nemmeno uno in una struttura del genere anche perché il costo di questi è basso. Purtroppo quando il giorno seguente ho chiesto spiegazioni a Joao per quanto riguarda gli asciugacapelli, lui mi ha detto che li hanno e me li ha mostrati. Devo dire che il resto del personale non è per nulla all’altezza di Joao e l’atteggiamento del primo ragazzo che inizialmente mi aveva detto di no all’asciugacapelli mi ha infastidito molto. Una delle docce del primo piano era intasata e l’acqua non andava giù. Manca sapone e shampoo nelle docce che credo sia indispensabile. Il sistema d’entrata in cui bisogna suonare per farsi aprire è noioso perché spesso si sente il suono durante la notte quando uno desidera solamente riposarsi.

I stayed with my friend for 4 nights and the older gentleman working the night shifts was one of the nicest people i have met in my booking stays. He was quick to assist, always in a good mood and ready to chat even after a long night shift!
