No lo tomamos. Estaba lejos y todavía cerrado cuando llegamos.

No había cafetera adecuada para el cafe (molido) Un grupo de adolescentes estuvo toda la tarde en el área de alberca haciendo mucho ruido (sin supervisión) y en la mañana amaneció esta área con muchos botes de cerveza tirados

El lugar es hermoso

en la casa que rentan en el mismo lugar llegaron aproximado 30 personas y no todos eran huéspedes, todos estaban en la piscina comiendo y tomando alcohol con música excivamente alta, no había quien regulara eso, no se respeto el solo para huésped. Al otro día quisimos ir en la mañana a la piscina por que estaba sola y no se pudo por que la dejaron excivamente sucia.. Es mi segunda vez en ese lugar, nuestra visita es para relajarnos, esta vez no pudimos 😞 Espero cuíden esa parte 👍

Ubicación muy buena, bonita vista al mirador desde la alberca, cama cómoda, habitación amplia. El desayuno en el restaurante de referencia Mexicanadas estaba muy rico. Habíamos perdido una maleta al salir y fueron muy amables al ayudarnos a recuperarla, gracias por todo.

Went for valentine's and location was super romantic

Very spacious and comfortable room. The hacienda grounds are well kept and the staff very friendly. A short walk to the center of town. It is on top of a fairly steep hill, so this might be a consideration for those that have any limitations that would make a short hike difficult. The spa tub was a welcome touch. The hacienda is located on a hill just above a very Mexican neighborhood which can be quite noisy on the weekends or holidays. We were there over Christmas and there was a constant neighborhood party with loud music. This was okay for me, I enjoy the Mexican culture and there's a great little homestyle restaurant right in the middle of it. But if you are sensitive to noise, this might be a consideration.

The room wasn't as clean as I would like it to have been, but nothing I felt a need to complain about.

I love loma de Guadalupe I have nothing I didn’t like

The property is delightful with all the flowers and fountain and colonial architecture. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and gorgeous, and we loved the little restaurant where breakfast was served!

Only issue we had was the internet connection being a little unstable, but that wasn't a problem for us as we didn't use it much

Just a short, five minute walk to main plaza and another 5 minute walk to the famous tourist attraction of the former home of Mexican actress Maria Felix.

Place is beautiful, owners and person in charge Kika they all were great. It’s a beautiful and well care place. Breakfast was delicious and save us a good amount of money.

Water was cold in the shower. The toilet didn’t flush well. And there’s a hill to get there that is just a little uncomfortable but beside that everything else was great¡

We expected to get breakfast on site but had to go into town. The breakfast was good, however, and we enjoyed our daily trek. The pool was a disappointment as we couldn't use it for three of the days.

The filtration system for the pool wasn't used it seems. The pool developed a scum on it's surface and the bottom was slick with algae. Chemicals were used to clean it but took so long we couldn't use it in the end.
