bien el desayuno , tuvimos que complementar porque es continental.

Que la persona que nos recibió nos cambio de habitaciones , aunque no sabiamos que habitaciones nos habian asignado, el tono en que lo dijo se sintió despresiativo porque llevabamos mascota , pero cuando hice la solicitud registre que llevaba mascota y eso se lo dije pero si no vio mi solicitud nunca pense que ten ia que decirselo, me comento que porque no le habia avisado ; sin embargo nos dijo que nos iba a cambiar a otro lugar. si no lo hubiera dicho ni nos hubieramos enterado, creo que falto mucho tacto y es suficiente para ya no regresar. al cliente se le debe tratar bien y sentí que no fue así. no lo dije en el momento porque sabia que me iban hacer esta pregunta en algun momento de su evaluación.

Podrían mejorar la comida, cenamos y desayunamos, pero no cumplió las expectativas vs precio y no tienen muchas opciones, deberían de considéralo, porque todo fue excelente menos la comida.

Friendly staff and very clean. Location is great. You don’t have to drive anywhere. Everything is walking distance. Hacienda offers bikes.. we went biking downtown and had a great time !

I liked everything! The Hacienda itself is like going back in time a hundred years but retaining all of the comforts and conveniences of modern times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and all of them spoke good English. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the Hacienda's restaurant and I would call the food nothing short of exceptional. The bar makes a great margarita to sip on while you take in the old-world ambience of it's decorations and furnishings. On Christmas Eve there is a beautiful posada that starts at the hacienda and threads through the neighborhood with everyone carrying candles and singing Christmas hymns while Mary rides a donkey with the Christ child. It ends in the chapel at the hacienda. It will truly bring the Christmas spirit upon you.

Es bonito el lugar, sin embargo, cierran el servicio de bar o restaurante muy temprano; no hay servicio a la alberca y la mayor oportunidad, son los colchones; le ponen una colchoneta de esponja arriba porque el colchón está dañado y es muy incómodo; te hundes en el. por lo demás todo muy bien.

Muy bonito, todo como en las fotos. El personal es servicial, pero como la propiedad es muy grande a veces tardas en encontrar a alguien para que te ayude. Tuve un problema con el internet en mi habitación, pero me cambiaron a una mejor, so👍

Extraordinario hotel, desde la entrada llegas a un ambiente de una hacienda muy bonita llena de árboles, flores en un ambiente rústico. Las habitaciones de primera, agradables, limpias y confortables. La atención del personal sumamente atentos enfocados al comfort del huésped. Espero que sea la primera de varias estancias !!! Felicidades

La hacienda es hermosa, con jardines bellisimos y bien cuidados, area para mascotas y el servicio , spa y las instalaciones de primera. Muy recomendado para descansar y pasar tiempo con la familia.

The property was very photogenic and generally accessible for my mother-in-law, who has mobility needs. The entire hotel was impeccably maintained.

Requested room to be close to friends. While the room we received was somewhat close it was right at the front of the resort and right by reception and where guests entered and exited the resort so at times it was noisy. We were offered a different room when we expressed concern with the first but it was a distance away and had no views.

Excelente hotel, son 4 haciendas conectadas entre sí, con una decoración donde cuidan cada detalle. una estancia de 2 noches increíbles!! Muchos jardines, fuentes, albercas, 2 restaurantes, todo el personal es muy atento y amable, está ubicado a 200 mts de la plazuela, la habitación que reservé es muy amplia con sala y un baño enorme con tina.

Completamente satisfecho, es una experiencia bastante agradable, vale la pena vivirla

Everything about the Hacienda is top notch. The staff, the building and its history, the cleanliness and upkeep of the 2 acre property. It does not earn its rating as a top hotel in Mexico for nothing.

Luxury, comfortable, great service!

The entire property was dreamy. Like walking into a storybook and never wanting to leave. The room we had was very spacious with a lovely atrium area. One of my favorite parts was the water machine in our room. Hands down a game changer for a hotel, especially in Mexico. You could get purified cold and hot water from it! All the pools were stunning as well as the outdoor areas. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Must stay at the Hacienda. The food and the Tequila bar are musts visits. Spa was also nice to have a massage every afternoon!

Breakfast was okay, honestly a little small for the price we paid for the room, they should have given us an option for fruit, bread/pastry, and yogurt. Having to pick just 1 was a little ridiculous. Coffee and Juice should both be given as well. Another option would be nice to preselect breakfast in the evening before and have it delivered to the room at a specified time in the morning. All small changes they could make for a more wonderful stay. The pool service was also a little odd. You had to get out of your sun bed, walk to the lobby, place your order and they would call the kitchen. You would have a drink in 30+ minutes. I've stayed at places that have better service or give you walkie talkies. Easy to fix!

I love this place! The facilities are gorgeous and food excellent! It has over 350 tequilas for you to pick from and has the best staff overall that I have ever had in other locations! IT is a must to stay here and that won’t be my last time to stay there!

This property has amazing grounds! The food is good and the staff helpful. I wish they had an English menu as it usually took awhile to order food depending on the English ability of the staff on duty.

We stayed two nights and I didn’t want to leave. The property is absolutely beautiful. The cantina and restaurant are first rate and the service could not be better.

Beautiful property and an amazing stay. Only disappointing moment was when I waived the waitress down at the breakfast buffet, she looked at me and said “Mande” ( like what you want?). Very disappointed for a world class hotel. The rest of my stay and people were amazing.
