Very friendly staff, good location close to Perissa beach.

The bar area was quite noisy - both during the day but especially in the evenings. Our villa was on the opposite side but we will still disrupted most evenings.

The accommodation is very cozy and tidy. The location is excellent: it is in a quiet area, but the bus stop is only a two-minute walk away, and the beach is 5 minutes away. The owners and staff are very kind and attentive, they provided us with detailed information about the attractions of the island and also recommended restaurants. The rooms were cleaned and tidied up every day, which we are grateful for. It was very practical that we could have coffee in the bar attached to the accommodation, sandwiches and drinks were also available. The children really enjoyed the accommodation's pool. We felt very comfortable.

The bathroom could use some hangers and the rooms could use more shelves for clothes. The wifi signal was weaker in some areas of the accommodation, but this was not a major problem.

Pasamos dos noches en este hotel y la experiencia fue fantástica. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El ambiente es muy familiar y el trato del personal es excepcional: se preocupan en todo momento por sus huéspedes y por que todo sea confortable y agradable. Las instalaciones están estupendas, y la piscina es simplemente de 10. El apartamento era muy cómodo, acogedor y estaba cuidado al detalle. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: muy cerca de la playa, de tiendas y de todo el ambiente de Perissa, pero sin perder la tranquilidad. Perissa nos pareció un lugar magnífico para descubrir la auténtica Santorini, lejos de las grandes multitudes de otras zonas de la isla, pero cerca de todo lo necesario. La hermosa playa de arena negra, a poca distancia, es especialmente agradable y merece mucho la pena. También destacamos especialmente la bienvenida y la amabilidad de todo el personal. El hotel cuenta además con bar y aparcamiento privado, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Sin duda, un lugar ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de ensueño en Santorini. Nos hemos sentido como en familia y esperamos volver. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

La situation géographique : à quelques minutes à pieds de la mer, des restaurants et des commerces Perissa est un superbe endroit pour découvrir la Santorin authentique, loin de la foule, mais proche de tout. Belle plage de sable noir à proximité, très agréable L’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel

Piscine un peu petite, surtout au moment d’affluence, mais cela ne gâche pas vraiment le charme des lieux.

Estaba bien, la habitación limpia y Kiki muy amable. Era muy linda la habitación. Todo igual a las fotos. Buen aire acondicionado. La piscina era buena y tenía un bar.

La ubicación no era tan buena si quieres recorrer la isla, porque Perissa no ofrece tantos atractivos. Las playas bonitas están un poco lejos. La playa de Perissa no nos gustó tanto. El agua del grifo es salubre, no es dulce.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Roula Villa à Santorin. L’hébergement est très agréable, propre et confortable, et l’accueil a été vraiment chaleureux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes, toujours aux petits soins pour nous. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Santorin et découvrir l’île dans de très bonnes conditions. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons vivement la Roula Villa. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

הייתה לנו טיסה שהתבטלה בגלל המלחמה עם איראן. סיסי (מנהלת המלון) והצוות היו מאוד רגישים, ולמרות שעבר מועד ה-refund הם הסכימו להזיז את ההזמנה שלנו לתאריך אחר ללא עלות. אנשים סופר נחמדים ובאמת מוערך! :) מעבר לזה המלון באמת נוח ויפה, אחלה בריכה

Wonderful location and such a lovely surprise! Everything was perfect. The maisonette was amazing, with a terrace and a fantastic outdoor hydromassage, and it was close to the beach and some great restaurants. Although I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked very inviting. The whole place is super clean and very quiet. Everyone was very friendly, especially Sissy, who gave me such a warm and welcoming arrival. She even arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport as I arrived pretty late. I absolutely loved my stay and only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely come back!

Nossa estadia em Roula Villa foi maravilhosa 🤩 hotel muito limpo, ambiente familiar, tranquilo, bem pertinho da praia, do centrinho local e do ponto de ônibus para os outros pontos turísticos da ilha. Os funcionários do hotel, desde a recepção aos quartos são extremamente acolhedores e gentis, nos deram muitas dicas de passeios e bons restaurantes em toda ilha. Simplesmente amamos! Siamo stati 5 notti con una coppia di amici. Angelo e Sissy ci hanno accolto nella loro struttura. Sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno dato delle dritte su tutta l'isola. La camera era molto spaziosa e i letti molto comodi. Posizione strategica per la spiaggia di perissa ma avendo il posto auto sempre disponibile ottima anche per alloggiare e visitare poi l'isola. C'è anche un bagno di appoggio per lavarsi e sistemarsi anche dopo aver fatto il check out.

A beautiful villa located near the black sand beach. It’s much quieter than the main parts of the island which we loved. The pool was fantastic, and the bar was an added bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and full of suggestions.

Navigating the local buses to get to other parts of the island can be a challenge but they do get you where you need to go

Our first trip to Santorini couldn't have started any better than staying at RoulaVilla. We arrived as tourists and left feeling like regulars ("θαμώνες") and, honestly, part of the family. From the moment we checked in, we knew this place was special. Sissy, the daughter, spent almost 50 minutes with us, patiently explaining everything about the island. She went through maps, suggested the best beaches and villages, recommended tours, told us where to eat (and where to avoid), and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. She treated us with such warmth and care that it felt like a mother making sure her children would have the best holiday possible. The parents were equally kind, genuine, and welcoming, creating the warm family atmosphere that makes RoulaVilla so unique. Then there was Angelos, who quickly became our evening buddy. Every night we'd end up chatting over beers at the hotel bar, laughing, sharing stories, and even enjoying an impromptu tsipouro together. One evening turned into a magical, spontaneous jam session, with my boyfriend playing the guitar while Angelos played the Cretan lyra, creating one of those unforgettable holiday moments you simply can't plan. By the end of our stay, we were even invited to celebrate Angelos' birthday with everyone in September—something we never expected but were genuinely touched by. Maria and Manos were simply the coolest people. It honestly felt as if we had known them for years, not as though we had only met them on our first day in Santorini. Maria's warmth, positive energy, and genuine care made every guest feel special. She was always ready with a smile, great recommendations, and the kind of hospitality that can't be taught. Manos was equally incredible—calm, funny, and exceptionally capable.

The whole property is amazing! The rooms are so comfortable, air conditioning works perfectly, the little terrace outside the rooms is perfect to relax and with direct access to the pool. The owners are very friendly and they love spending time with the guests. Maria at the bar is amazing, she has time for every customer. The hotel is just minutes from Perissa beach.

Roula Villa was a fantastic find for myself and my 2 sisters. The location is excellent being a short easy walk to the beach and also to the local bus which we used to get to Fira. There were loads of lovely restaurants and bars in close proximity. The apartments are spotlessly clean, with great aircon and excellent showers. No. 17 is really spacious! What makes this place special is the wonderful service. The owners Angello & Sissy, Maria and the fabulous Manos really make this a great experience. Loved everything about it.

La struttura si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell’autobus che collega Perissa alle altre cittadine e a meno di 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Perissa. Il personale è stato accogliente e sempre disponibile, pronto ad accogliere tutte le nostre richieste! L’ultimo giorno, in attesa del nostro volo “notturno” ci hanno addirittura dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in reception e di continuare a goderci l’ultimo giorno di vacanza utilizzando la loro piscina, doccia e bagno comuni e gli asciugamani della struttura fino alla fine!

Die Villa Roula ist der perfekte Ort um Santorini zu erkunden. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Pool, sauberen Zimmern und Sissy, die "gute Seele" des Hauses. Die Bar, mit Drinks und Snacks lädt den ganzen Tag ein auch mal am Pool zu verweilen. Der Strand mit schwarzen Sand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso wie alle Läden und die leckeren Tavernen. Sissy organisiert den Transfer und Ausflüge und gibt wertvolle Tipps für alle Dinge, die man vor Ort wissen muss. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Oase der Freundlichkeit. Wirklich ein Geheimtipp!

Es gibt nichts aber auch gar nichts zu beanstanden. Der Servicegedanke ist perfekt und verdient 100%!

Naprosto úžasné ubytovani, kousek od moře a nákupních možností. Pokoj s vířivkou dokonalý, kuchyňka úplně dostačující. Postel velmi pohodlná. Velmi příjemní a milí majitelka i děvčata u baru. Moc rádi bychom se sem vrátili.

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, im Bad gibt es sogar eine Regendusche, den eigenen Whirlpool haben wir gar nicht genutzt (wg. Nähe zum Strand und sehr schöner Pool mit extra Bad/Dusche - sehr toll für Gäste, die wie wir am Abend abreisen), alles war top sauber. Recht herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Die ganze Unterkunft ist so herzlich. Als Alleinreisende wurde ich so liebevoll in Empfang genommen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes. Ein tolles, einmaliges familiengeführtes Unternehmen direkt in Perissa wenige Gehminuten vom Strand. Falls etwas war, kam gleich Hilfe oder wurde repariert. Wirklich ein toller Service :)

Da gab es eigentlich nicht viel. Ein Tipp. Wir hatten zuerst zwei Einzelbetten bestellt. Meiner Frau war die Matratze zu hart. Wir haben das reklamiert. Das Problem wurde gelöst, in dem die Betten zusammengeschoben und ein großer weiter Topper drüber gelegt wurde. danach war das Bett weich genug. Also einfach fragen, wenn etwas nicht passt. Die Leute sind supter nett und bemühen sich immer um eine Lösung :-)

Eine sehr gepflegte, saubere und überschaubare Anlage – perfekt, wenn man keine riesigen Hotelburgen mag. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und den Fleiß aller Mitarbeiter dort – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen! ​Mein Zimmer war für mich als Einzelperson absolut ausreichend groß, ordentlich und sauber. Vom Zimmer aus hatte man einen schönen Blick direkt auf den Pool und nach hinten raus auf das Meer. Die integrierte Küche hatte zwar zwei Herdplatten zum Kochen, war von den Utensilien her aber etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Für einfache Dinge reicht es, ist aber minimalistisch. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Es gibt auch eine Poolbar, die ich persönlich allerdings nicht genutzt habe. ​Die Lage ist absolut top: Man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe und ist in nur drei Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Preis/Leistung fand ich für den Aufenthalt im Nachgang für den gebotenen Standard und die einfache Ausstattung doch relativ teuer. Insgesamt aber ein wirklich guter und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt!
