Bed and Breackfast Familial dans un endroit très calme, la chambre était propre et les lits (jumeaux) confortables. Le petit déjeuner fait maison était très bien.

Chambre et sdb très petite. Wifi non sécurisé et ne fonctionnant pas dans la chambre. Heures imposées pour le petit déjeuner (7h30, 8 h ou 8h30), désolé mais pour moi c'est un peu tôt quand je suis en vacances.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung! Janet war so herzlich und aufmerksam! Und das Frühstück war richtig lecker!

Janet was just brilliant and very welcoming. The location, accommodation, breakfast, and price were all excellent. The room had a nice homey feel and the bathroom was very modern and clean.

We loved this B&B and Janet was lovely. She has a wonderful sense of humour and gave great advice. We were greeted by her adorable dog, Pip. The rooms were cozy and had everything we needed. And her breakfast was to die for. Everything was homemade. We had the waffles and cheese scones.

Bed was a bit hard

Janet and Michael were very friendly hardworking hostesses. The rooms and beds are clean, cozy and comfortable. Nice shower and excellent breakfast. Parking is possible on the property. The rooms are on the first floor. The view on the farm is nice. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car.

If you're looking for bars, pubs or entertainment, they're not on walking distance.

Casa con arredamento stupendo, anche la sala colazioni curata nei minimi particolari. Colazione eccellente. Casa in campagna con giardino privato e parcheggio privato. Deliziosa.

Spotlessly clean. Janet was the most beautiful host and a wealth of knowledge as to what was worth seeing and what wasn’t as we were on a tight timeline. The breakfast was amazing. Would not hesitate to return if ever in Ireland again.

Casa meravigliosa, in mezzo ad un' incantevole natura. Ambiente tranquillo, curato in ogni minimo particolare, con gusto e passione. La camera era bella, spaziosa e fornita di tutto il necessario. Estremamente pulita, come il bagno, un po' piccolo ma con una doccia ampia e anche questo fornito di tutto. Infine, la padrona di casa, gentilissima, ci ha intrattenuto con suggerimenti e indicazioni su cose da fare e vedere. Ci ha preparato colazioni squisite, con menu a scelta, su una tavola prepara ad arte. Sicuramente un b&b in cui ritornare!

Nous avons été gênés par le bruit qu'a fait un couple voisin tard et très tôt (discussions et déménagement des bagages) mais l'établissement n'y peut absolument rien...

Idéalement situé à cote de kinsale environ 15 min, la maison de Janet est adorable et son accueil au top. Les chambres sont cosy et propre, les salles de bains sont un peu petites. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec plusieurs options possibles et une si belle table.

What a wonderful property just outside Innishannon in a very quiet location. Janet made the 4 of us most welcome. The rooms were spotless with views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was brilliant with a choice of 3 mains served with freshly baked Soda bread. Yum! If ever we return to the area, we’d be honing in on here.

Merci à Janet pour son accueil et ses recommandations (le petit livret dans la chambre qui raconte l’histoire de l’établissement est très sympa) -Le breakfast était très bon et bien présenté, entre la décoration et la musique, nous avons passé un moment très agréable -Chambre très propre -Établissement très bien entretenu intérieur comme extérieur Merci beaucoup !

S’il y avait quelque chose à dire serait seulement l’insonorisation au niveau des chambres, nous entendions un peu parler les voisins.

L'accueil, une jolie chambre avec vue sur la campagne, le calme et un super Irish breakfast

Beautifully appointed farmhouse in a peaceful location a short distance from Inishannon, and 15-minute drive from Kinsale. Spotlessly clean, and very comfortable room (5) with lovely views over the pretty garden and farmland. Excellent value for money: a third of the price of some hotels in Kinsale - and a delicious breakfast included in the price with freshly made scones and bread. If you’re looking for a genuine farmhouse stay a short drive from Cork airport and the coast, you will be delighted with Grey Gables Farmhouse. Many thanks to Janet and Emily for making my short stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

Janet è stata fin da subito gentile e piacevole! La struttura è davvero molto bella, sia come arredamenti interni che come esterno (aperta campagna, si vedono pascolare le mucche). Colazione su ordinazione e ottima, oltre al piatto principale si ha poi la possibilità di aggiungere toast, yogurt, cereali e marmellata. Posizione buona, a soli 15 minuti di macchina da Kinsale.

A very nice welcome form the hospitable host Janet, and quiet and peaceful location. The bed was very comfortable, and the tasty breakfast was a great start to the following day.

Rooms were great, as was the property, outstanding view and close to amenities.

Location is a little out of the way so you need to drive a distance to get dinner etc. Breakfast was lovely, probably the best omelette I have ever had.

Janet is an exceptional host, so kind and considerate. She really went above and beyond, I can’t recommend her and the Grey Gables enough. Room was fabulous, and her home made bread and scones are incredible!!

Janet is absolutely wonderful, we loved this B&B and it is one of the reasons we wish to come back to Co. Cork is to stay here. Beautiful home, close to Cork and Kinsale, and the breakfast was phenomenal each morning. It set the tone for our trip around Ireland and we are so happy to have stayed here

Lovely farmhouse family run B&B, great location. Clean, comfortable rooms with a hearty breakfast. B&B's are not usually our thing but we were in the area for work and it was the very best that was available anywhere near Bandon.

A wonderful meeting from our host Janet when we arrived. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The private bathroom had everything that we needed. It was wonderful to wake to the sounds of birds calling and also visit the calves in the field at the back of the house. The full Irish breakfast was wonderful and set us up well for the day.

To be honest I can't think of anything really. Due to our flight arrival time and drive from Dublin we didn't arrive until around 10pm. An earlier arrival would have meant we could enjoy more ... but all Grey Gables and our hosts did was amazing.
