没有电梯，虽然员工可以提供协助，但对于住在高层的旅客确实不方便；隔音效果一般；每次厕所冲水后都有长时间噪音，厕所上下管道相通，特别是夜晚散发异味。建议追求整体高品质的旅客慎重选择。

這是一次讓人心累的入住體驗。如果你是想來台東放鬆度假的旅客，這裡的服務態度可能會讓你滿頭問號。 1. 入住時間的僵局與停車插曲 當天我們從綠島回來，發現趕不上表定的晚上 8 點入住。住宿方有主動打來聯繫，這點真的很負責；我們也完全配合老闆的時間，在外面等到晚上 10 點半對方上完課才 check-in（這裡不提供自助入住）。 結果一到現場，我們完全照著行前簡訊的指示停車，卻被臭臉要求移車。 2. 充滿情緒化的入住盤問 辦理入住才是一連串小劇場的開始。首先，老闆要求「所有入住人」都必須提供有地址的證件（拒收健保卡）。 接著，在晚上 10 點半用非關心的口吻問我們「吃晚餐沒？」，並略帶指責地說：「你是不知道我們的入住時間嗎？趕不及沒關係，我們願意配合你們的時間。」 當下我沒有回覆，對方竟刻意挑釁問：「你看起來心情不好喔，是因為入住時間嗎？」我笑著回說我什麼話都沒說，對方居然接著說：「哦，我是怕你給我差評啦！」 3. 提早出門就不配擁有早餐？ 最讓人傻眼的是，老闆詢問是否有人吃素後，我隨口分享隔天早上 10 點要出門去吃池上豆皮。對方竟然直接說：「喔，那我就不給你早餐了。」彷彿住客只要有自己的行程，就不配擁有原本房價包含的早餐（雖然後來我們還是有禮貌地傳簡訊請他準備）。 4. 隨處可見的「特殊文字闡述」 除了現場的應對，住宿期間也充滿各種帶有情緒的文字。從訂房時收到「要停車場跟電梯請去找飯店」的長篇訊息，到公共區茶包上貼著「拿完茶包，請把袋子壓條壓緊，不難吧？！」的字條。 總結： 平心而論，房間挺大的、有陽台也很乾淨。能感受到民宿想塑造自己的「個性」，但這種充滿高姿態與防備心的溝通方式，真的大可不必。 如圖，可以看出民宿想營造非常有「個性」的風格。但個性不等於無禮，花錢受氣真的大可不必。 當天接待的不知道是老闆還是員工，但也無妨，因為不管你是老闆還是員工如果真的不喜歡好好經營，真的不需要那麽辛苦，你可以好好做自己！

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026旅遊最怕被坑殺，我們從台東火車站坐計程車到民宿，後來老闆說有公車並講時間，之後我們都坐公車了避免被坑殺。然後我老婆想要去三仙台和伯朗大道，老闆說有山隔開只能去一個地方，伯朗大道在台鐵車站附近，所以我們坐火車去，再次避免被坑殺。房間臨時訂的價錢不貴，又獲得老闆的建議避免被坑殺當冤大頭，相當值得
