Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Sauberkeit war makellos und ich konnte sogar am Pool liegen, weil dieser morgens für mich vorbereitet wurde. Das war wirklich eine liebe Geste.

It would be very difficult for anyone confined to a wheelchair to access the apartment as it had 3 short flights of stairs from the parking space, though OK for a disabled walking stick user.

Reviewed Feb 18, 2025I have stayed before and found a couple of improvements since my first visit which increased the comfort of the stay: a mattress topper (so the bed is now very comfy) and the addition of a pergola by the pool, which is really appreciated for relaxing at the outdoor tables out of the hot sun. Hosts Maggie and Grant are close by if needed but the cabin is located far enough away to create a sense of privacy, and the private pool - immaculately kept - is an absolute bonus. The cabin deals well with the hot summer conditions and can be opened right up when you are present. The area is generally very quiet, day and night, so creates a wonderful space to just relax. I also received added service in helping me wrap a picture I had purchased to protect it during the journey home.
Because the area is so wonderfully quiet at night, this tends to amplify the noise of the small fridge when cooling clicks on so I had to resort to earplugs to sleep. I am noise-sensitive so this is probably not an issue for most others. And it's not a deal-breaker for me, as I enjoy staying at the property so much.

We really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor flow onto the deck area and the private pool was an added bonus of which we had a really lovely swim on a sunny afternoon. Will definitely stay here again. Supermarkets, Sports Stadium, Restaurants 🏀🍲 SIZE- The studio was the perfect size, it was actually bigger than we thought 🏠 BED/TOWELS- Bed was very comfortable. And you can't beat the fresh soft fluffy towels each day 🥰 HOSPITALITY- Lovely couple always greeted with a smile as we were leaving for our day ahead 😊 POOL- After my husbands blockrun, a cold dip in the pool to recover (ice bath he says) only for the brave 🥶 Thank you for opening up your beautiful space, we will definitely be back in the near future

The drive to the property is steep and narrow, so for anyone with a large SUV I would recommend parking on the road until you've got the lie of the land.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2024This was my second 5-night stay at Studio @ 91, and I specifically returned because I had enjoyed the first time so much. Peaceful and private, it is the only studio attached to the property and is far enough from the house to not be in each others' pockets. Warm and friendly hosts Maggie and Grant (and Coco) are very welcoming and know how to balance social contact with privacy. They also graciously give over the the pool beside the studio for the exclusive use of guests. The studio itself has a 'tiny home' vibe to it but feels surprisingly spacious. The only significant change since my last visit 3 years' ago is the addition of a covered pergola over the poolside furniture, which just makes the experience of relaxing even better!
I recalled last the the only problem I'd had was the firmness of the mattress. So I pre-empted that this time by taking a mattress topper I was trialing. I like a firm-ish mattress but need a bit of top-layer cushioning for the pressure points, otherwise I end up tossing and turning. Anyway, the topper worked a treat. So my slight niggle wasn't an issue at all this time.
