Das obere Hochbett hat keinen Rausfallschutz. Es war zu gefährlich dort ein Kind schlafen zu lassen. Unter dem Doppelbett lagen Socken.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Although the location is very beautiful and the villa is spacious and tastefully decorated, there are a few issues that, even if they may seem like minor details, do make a difference and affect the overall experience.
First of all, there were several burnt-out light bulbs and some non-functioning electrical outlets, while the terrace has no lighting at all, which is quite inconvenient, especially in the evening. Another aspect that I found particularly disturbing is the presence of video surveillance cameras in the common areas. I believe this should be clarified from the perspective of data protection regulations and proper notification of guests. In addition, there are far too many labels marked “private property” in the shared living room, including in areas where you would naturally expect to be able to use plates, glasses or cutlery, especially since the property provides access to a kitchenette and a microwave. The property has a lot of potential and is very pleasant overall, but these issues should be addressed in order to make the experience truly enjoyable. I would recommend this property more confidently if these problems were resolved.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Angenehm ruhige Gegend nicht weit vom Strand, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Parken direkt vor der Haustür möglich, saubere bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal, bei Bedarf täglich saubere Handtücher, unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out, Kaffeemaschine & Teezubehör vor Ort
Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen, ausschließlich im Flur. Kleine Dusche ohne Ablagemöglichkeit. Ein paar Bilder an der Wand würden die Zimmer noch etwas gemütlicher gestalten

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Das Zimmer war groß, hatte einen separaten begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein modernes schönes Bad. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem . Ein Balkon war ebenfalls vorhanden,,jedoch nicht nutzbar.
Weil der Wärmetauscher der Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon stand, war dieser nicht nutzbar. Schlecht bei 38 Grad. Viel zu laut und heiße Luft . Ein Betrug ist die Aussage Bett and Breakfast . Es gibt seit 2 Jahren kein Frühstück, und auf Nachfrage bekommt man Bäckerein genannt. Die kleine Küchenzeile war eine Kapselmaschine und ein paar Gläser, Der Gemeinschaftsraum war erst nach Nachfrage nutzbar. Letztendlich für die 2 Wochen enttäuschend.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Ons eerste verblijf op rondreis in Italië. Het appartement had een fijn balkon om te ontbijten en iets gezellig te drinken. De airco was een uitkomst bij 36grC. Het Gardameer op korte wandelafstand Gardameer met Brema strand was heerlijk voor wat verkoeling. Sirmione ook dichtbij voor gezellig iets te drinken en te drinken. En fijn ook dat we onze koffers al voor de check-in konden binnen zetten.
Alles was in orde !

Es gibt lange gut informierende Nachrichten - teils sehr kurzfristig, die man bei schlechtem Netz oder Wetter auf dem See fast verpasst… das macht einen unsicher, obwohl man von Check-in bis 22 Uhr ausgeht… Haus wirkt sauber und sicher aber doch unpersönlich bzw. durch Sicherheitskameras auch seltsam - sehne mich nach alten Zeiten mit Persönlichem Kontakt zurück.

The AC unit is useless in it's location. Neither of the 2 bedrooms get any cold air even with the doors open. The location is dumb and I chose a place with air-conditioning on purpose. I feel lied to. It was 92F at 10pm and we felt like we were sleeping in an oven.

Le stanze molto piccole. Letti scomodi, aria condizionata non funziona bene moltissimo caldo, la cucina non si puo' usare, il salotto con telecamera, etichette con scritto "privato" da tutte le parti, piscina non in funzione. Non lo consiglio pero una visita larga o in estate

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026A área é bem tranquila, residencial. Para se estacionar, utiliza-se a rua mesmo, mas sempre há espaço. De carro, fica há uns 10 minutos da área de interesse principal, mas a pé fica bem longe.
O quarto era dentro de um apartamento, mas não se pode utilizar a cozinha.

Nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte, mais il nous a fourni tous les renseignements nécessaires pour accéder à la chambre dans laquelle tout était parfait, comme indiqué dans la description. La tranquillité, les places de parking devant la maison, la proximité de la plage et du centre historique en font un logement top pour visiter Sirmione. J'y serais bien restée un peu plus longtemps.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Sorry the property was unsuitable for my partner Epilepsy/then Parkinsons at 56 / Early onset Dementia he could not climb the 20odd circular stairs so we left the property immediately and went to another hotel we booked with you 2 years ago for a wedding Hotel Vittoria who gave us 2 night bed & Breakfast £250 Euros so grateful to them . Then I booked through bookings.com again which I have done many times before a family run home Romantic House was beautiful so all ended well. Also thank you for Villa Brema for refunding part of our money which enabled us to re-book instead of flying back home .

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage! In wenigen Fußminuten erreicht man den Strand und die Beachbar sowie einige Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Das House-Keeping war sehr freundlich und sorgfältig!
Leide that die Klimaanlage nur eingeschränkt funktioniert.
