Hotel sehr schön, Pool auch sehr schön. Lage auch zentral. Zimmer auch sehr groß. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden und Hundefreundlich. Frühstück war ok.

Nur ein kleines Mango, Frühstück könnte umfangreicher sein. Es gab immer das gleiche.

Skvělá lokalita, blízko supermarketu i zastávky autobusu do centra i okolních měst. V blízkém okolí dostatek restaurací. Snídaně více než dostačující. Ochotný personál. Reklamovali jsme menší závadu slunečníku na terase, recepční zajistil rychlou výměnu. Občerstvení dostupné i během dne, bylo možné ho donést k bazénu, který byl naprosto úžasný.

Škoda, že restaurace přes den připravovala jídla povětšinou ze zmražených polotovarů. Skříň v tmavém koutě u dveří, kde bylo málo světla.

Das Hotel liegt in Simeone etwa 3 km von Zentrum innerhalb der Stadtmauern entfernt. Dort ist wesentlich ruhiger. Die Infrastruktur um das Hotel herum ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Bar mit Biergarten, wo auch Speisen angeboten werden. Der Pool ist perfekt!

Perfect für einen Familienurlaub! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, ordentlich und bieten reichlich Platz für die ganze Familie. Der Pool ist toll und das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist ideal: Das Ortszentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch der gute Hotelparkplatz. Absolute Empfehlung!

Het vriendelijkste moment tijdens ons verblijf was het drankje dat we kregen als verontschuldiging na de melding over de kamer. De kamer zelf was ruim genoeg en had de nodige basisvoorzieningen zoals airco en een douche. De locatie van het hotel was praktisch om Sirmione en de omgeving te verkennen.

Het minst beviel me de koele ontvangst en het gebrek aan vriendelijkheid bij meerdere personeelsleden. De kamer was bij aankomst niet proper, wat meteen een slechte indruk gaf. Het incident met de nachtportier, zijn arrogante houding en zijn ongepaste uitspraak maakte het vertrek bijzonder onaangenaam.

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft. Die Familiensuite ist sehr gross. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauber Zimmer und gutes einfaches Frühstück. Sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Danke

Hotel accogliente e pulito. Ottimi i servizi e piscina aperta fino alle 22:00 è il top! Colazione discreta. Staff disponibile, professionale e cordiale. Camera pulita e dalle giuste dimensioni, completa di tutto, materasso con il topper quindi molto comodo. Lo consiglio, ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

Se devo essere pignola.. a colazione manca la nutella! Il resto è tutto perfetto.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring Sirmione and Lake Garda. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

Dvere do sprchy veľmi škrípali a sprchový kút bol veľmi malý, ale na 1 noc to postačilo. Slabé (žiadne značenie)- kde je zastávka pre kyvadlovú dopravu na hrad v Sirmione), pán na recepcii ale vysvetlil.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Śniadania smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przemiła Pani na recepcji, panie na sali śniadaniowej pomocne i zorganizowane. Pyszna pinsa rustykalna w barze!

The breakfast was great, it had everything you need, the pool was very nice and the hotel was overall brilliant value. The staff were also very accommodating for a late check in and throughout.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht, dafür hat es hervorragend gepasst. Zimmer groß, Balkon, Pool,… alles fein! Frühstück war gut!

Good location if you are mobile. Shuttle bus stop to the castle not too far from Hotel. Taxis are difficult to book in the busy season for short journeys like the one from the Hotel to the castle in Sirmione. Staff at the hotel are lovely, kind, and helpful. Plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away. Our superior triple was a good size and we had a large veranda which was at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The bar and snack prices are reasonable food was ok. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Just about enough sun beds for everyone that wanted one. Plenty of other seats in the cafe outside area by the pool. Hotel was very clean with lots of information and reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful about ferries etc. We would definitely stay here again

The property was just beautiful. It had a very Italian feel to it. It felt like a home away from. It almost felt like I was just stay at my friends posh house. The staff were excellent and nothing was any bother for them. They were very helpful on local information and helped to navigate the local bus and train services.

A lift nagyon gáz, aki klausztrofóbiás ne használja.

Hotel je krásný, čistý, pokoje moderně zařízené, všude to krásně voní. Moc milý personál, bazén neměl chybu, spousta lehátek. Parkování u hotelu zdarma. Nemám co vytknout. Určitě tento hotel doporučuji.

Great! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the outdoor spaces are fantastic. Our room was a classic double so nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. It was quiet at night despite being close to the road. The breakfast was amazing, more than enough choice, they also had different cakes every day that were delicious. We enjoyed staying out of the old town, which is beautiful but very busy. There's a local bakery and co-op down the road and more than enough restaurants to choose from. The local swimming areas were the best we found in Sirmione. There's a regular bus service into the old town for a reasonable price, just use the Piazza Campiello stop not Via Roma, only 10 mins walk.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area partially having umbrellas. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Bed was pretty big and the room clean. There are some restaurants and cafes in the area. Just 5 minutes from the highway and 5 minutes from a public beach area.

Room was quite small for 3 people.

Travelled as a group and stayed in the family suites which were clean and very comfortable. Location perfect as shuttle bus to centre is only a 5 min walk which runs every 20 mins till late. Also could take a bus to neighbouring towns. It would take about 30-40 mins to walk into centre with stunning views of the lake and have a swim to cool off. Breakfast was lovely and nice setting to eat outside. We also had lunch a few times and drinks from the bar. Pool was so clean with plenty of sun loungers and towel hire available. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Reception responded by email to all my queries before arrival quickly and helped us arrange a taxi to our wine tour . Giovanni was so lovely looking after us every day and even set us a table each day so we could all sit together every breakfast and lunch . Wish we were back there.

Hotellet var mycket trevligt och läget var utmärkt. Poolområdet var fint med många solstolar. Frukosten mycket bra och personalen supertrevliga.

Établissement classique de très bon niveau à tout point de vue. Bien situé pour se rendre sur de nombreux points d'intérêt. Grande piscine très bien équipée. Bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place ce qui est appréciable après une journée un peu fatiguante (quelques plats simples et bons pour un prix très raisonnable)

Lovely friendly, spotlessly clean hotel set just outside Sirmione. Our room was large with a great rainfall shower. Very small balcony with a bistro set which unfortunately looked straight into massive trees but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Air con was good and kettle/cups useful but take your own tea/coffee as none provided. Great pool and plenty of sunbeds/parasols. Breakfast was plentiful and taken inside or outside by the pool. Lunch snacks were good and the iced coffees were a must. Just round the corner from the hotel (turn left out of hotel and then first left) is a Co-op supermarket and plenty of restaurants (can recommend Pier). Further down the left hand road is bus stop 8 which will take you straight into Sirmione - 2 euros tap on/off with your debit card. It’s on a loop so you can’t get lost! They run every 10 minutes or so. The walk takes about 45 mins to Sirmione old town and, in the extreme heat, it wasn’t an option. The lake is a 5 minute walk away and the lake path is quiet and dotted with restaurants. Visited the castle (beat to go early) and caught the boat to re-visit Garda/Bardolino from previous stays round the lake.

Staff were excellent. Perfect location. The room was a great size, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast included was superb. The pool area was fantastic, heaps of shaded options with plenty of umbrellas too. A pool bar serving food and drink was also a plus. We had a late check in to our next accommodation and they stored our luggage and let us use the pool until we left at 3:45pm! Overall excellent hotel, we wish we had more nights here! Thank you

Labai geras viešbutukas, puikūs ir gausūs pusryčiai, lovos patogios, personalas labai mandagus ir paslaugus, baseine vanduo dar buvo šaltokas, bet labai gaivino, buvo vieta mašinai pastatyti pavėsyje po medžiais, buvo restoraniukas, maistas skanus, Aperol Spritz gamino iki vėlyvo vakaro ;).

Jis pradžioje Sirmione miestelio, tai teko paeiti 5 min, o tada pavažiavome autobusu 6 stoteles iki pilies. Bet lokacija buvo puiki nes anksti ryte išvažiavome be kamščių aplink Garda į kitus miestelius.

This is a real gem of a hotel with wonderful staff who make your stay extra special. Lou and Cesare communicated with us via whatsapp before and during our stay and were extremely responsive and helpful. We stayed in room 8, a penthouse suite in the annexe building. It had a separate bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed, ideal when travelling with children. It was very clean with well kept modern decor and 2 large separate balconies that wrapped around the building with distant views of Lake Garda. Although described as having a kitchenette, it had a kettle and fridge handy for cold drinks and small snacks but no equipment such as plates, cutlery etc. Shutters on the windows helped to keep the rooms cool and dark, along with great air conditioning which was much needed in the heat. Each morning Giovanna warmly welcomes you to a wonderful, plentiful breakfast with a good choice of cereals, breads, hams, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts, pastries and Linda's fabulous freshly made cakes. Tea, juice and a range of coffee types are also provided. You can choose to sit inside or in the lovely courtyard area next to the pool. Without asking, when we told Lou we would need to check out early on our departure day, she said they would provide a breakfast bag for us so we could eat on the way to the airport. These little gestures make all the difference and we appreciated the kindness. The pool area was clean and well maintained and sunbeds were always available. My children were very happy playing in it, especially in the heat we were lucky enough to have. The bar serves a choice of snack type food and very reasonably priced drinks including cocktails which you can have poolside if you wish. Although not initially planned, we hired a car during our stay and found plenty of space in the hotel car park. We travelled to Verona which is not to be missed and also Lazise, Bardalino and Gardaland. For those without transport, despite being located well outside the historic centre of Sirmione, the stop for the seasonal shuttle bus is only a few minutes around the corner. It's 2 euro's per person per journey, although sometimes they didn't charge for children. You just tap on and off with a bank card. It's so much easier than having to deal with at times the parking pressure near the castle area. Overall, Hotel Gardenia was a welcome retreat where you could truly relax while still having lots of lovely authentic restaurants and shops nearby. I would highly recommend, particularly to those who want an authentic, quality and relaxing stay.

We have just returned from a fab week at Hotel Gardenia. We had selected a superior triple which had a small balcony which was perfect for sitting out, with a lake view in the distance. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, a big shout out to Francesco who served up our drinks with a smile and banter! Reception and breakfast also lovely. The location is perfect, about half an hour walk to the old town if you want to visit, but plenty of restaurants near the hotel. We got the bus to Verona and another local town Peschiera, both stunning! The bus is easy to use and cheap! Breakfast was included and was lovely. My hubby missed having boiled eggs but there was still lovely fruit, homemade cakes, cheese, meats, plus scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. We rarely return to the same place but we will definitely be back!

Arrived for four day break to this wonderful small hotel. Completely beautiful, lovely well maintained pool area, and clean comfortable room with excellent bathroom. USB chargers on the bedside lamps in room very useful, and shower was exceptional. Room cleaned daily. Pool towel Can be rented for €2.50 for your stay which saves packing them. Plenty on sunbeds if you want to lounge round pool, absolutely no need for sunbed wars here at any given time! Short walk to lake and about 40 minutes stroll ( mostly lakeside) into old town but there is a shuttle bus which runs regularly for about €2 . Supermarkets and cafes/restaurants all around a 5 minute walk so easy to stock your fridge in the room. Drinks reasonable and bought to you poolside if you wish . Breakfasts plenty of continental choice and fresh homemade cakes each day were delicious. Owners friendly and quite rightly proud of what they offer. Really friendly helpful staff on reception , but an extra special mention to Giovanna who was just the nicest,happiest lady x I was staying with my daughter but hope to Come back with my husband next year.i didn’t want to leave!!!!

Lokacija je bila super v centru novega dela mesta, vendar mirna zaradi vrta in zelenja okrog hotela. Zajtrk lahko poješ tudi na vrtu pod drevesi. Do starega mestnega jedra je peš cca 30 min. Parking je ob hotelu v senci.

Ubicación e instalaciones. Se agradece que tengan un parking para huéspedes ya que por la zona es complicado aparcar. Desayuno variado y muy bueno. Andando al centro (castillo) hay unos 35-40 minutos pero es un paseo agradable no se hace pesado.

Für uns lag das Hotel ideal da wir nicht gerne mitten im Tumult schlafen aber trotzdem ist man schnell Im Zentrum und am See. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und immer gut gelaunt! das Frühstück Buffet ist sehr gross und es hat alles von Fleisch bis zu Früchten, man kann drinnen oder auch draussen frühstücken. Der Pool ist sauber und es wird auch dort jeden Morgen gereinigt. Generell ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

was uns nicht gefallen hat, hat mehr mit den Gästen zu tun als mit dem Hotel, wenn man schon so günstig und gut wohnt sollte man doch die Regeln befolgen zum Beispiel am Pool das Essen und Getränke vom Hotel beziehen und nicht mitgebrachtes essen.

Just back from an amazing holiday in Lake Garda, but what pulled it all together was this great hotel. From our check in to our last steps as we walked to our airport transfer on the day of departure, we were really looked after. We had a spacious Classic Triple room (cleaned every day) with a balcony, with a top view - the lake and mountains in the distance. Breakfast was an enjoyable experience, a varied selection buffet style hot and cold food, that was regularly topped up. Hats off to the chefs - Gianpaolo (the father) and Andrea (son). As to the daily HOME MADE cakes, a big shout out to Linda - pineapple, pear n chocolate, lemon, walnut, apple and fruit tart etc - moist and tasty!! To help make sure everyone was okay, many thanks to Giovanna . Lou on the front desk was also a great help with tips, directions etc. The hotel had a lovely pool and surrounding area, but we did not try it ourselves. Just had a cold beer from the bar!! Although around a 30/40 min walk to Sirmione itself (that opened up the lake with ferries), the hotel was well positioned for the Shuttle Bus to the castle and the local bus route that took in Verona, Pescheria and Desenzano. Would we use this hotel again, you bet we would. Once again a massive thank you to all the staff.

Loved our stay at Hotel Gardenia! Perfect for our family group of 8, including 2 infants. The staff were so helpful and kind. 5 of our group are vegan and enjoyed delicious home made vegan cake at breakfast, as well as a plentiful supply of soy milk, vegan yoghurt and chocolate spread to go along with the regular buffet offerings. We were happily full every morning! The rooms were spacious and clean, nice and cool with great air con. Plenty of fresh towels in the room, and you can rent a beach towel for just €2.50 for your stay! Our room had an amazing shower, so refreshing in the heat! The bar provided delicious crisp Aperol Spritz, and other cocktails, all expertly made and presented. We loved sitting in the patio area in the evening, in the lovely surroundings of the pool and garden. A bit of a walk to the old town but a pleasant one, and there is a bus that goes to and from Sirmione old town all day which is only €2. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away so it's super handy! Also nice to be 5 min walk from the Coop. Pool was brill, never got too over crowded and always got a lounger. Great relaxing atmosphere! We would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff were amazing!
