I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They consistently checked in with me to make sure everything was okay, which made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The rooftop was one of my favorite parts of the hotel. It's a beautiful and comfortable space where you can enjoy your meals and relax peacefully. It created such a calm atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The hot water worked well, which is something I truly appreciated after long days of traveling. I would especially like to mention Barkat, who took exceptional care of me. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and always made sure I had everything I needed. His kindness and attentiveness made my stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Une belle devanture et puis c'est tout. Le personnel est sympatique et fait ce qu'il peut.

La chambre n'est pas conforme à la description : pas de fenêtre et à fortiori de balcon comme indiqué; Et donc, pas de vue sur le jardin comme écrit sur la description de la chambre; Il y a bien une climatisation mais ne fonctionne pas tout le temps; Il était mentionné sauna et peignoir mais rien de cela; Il était indiqué ascenseur et accessible aux personnes handicapés. Il y a un escalier étroit et raide pour accéder à notre chambre. Lavabo cassé; etc... Très déçu.

한국 말을 잘하시는 사장님이 계셔서 소통이 편안하고 이것저것 도와주셔요. 루프탑 식당에서 이것저것 많이 팔고 맛있어서 밥 걱정이 없어요~ 직원분이 엄청 친절하게 짜이티도 가져다주시고 암튼 잘 챙겨줘요. 2박 했는데 다른 방에 묵었는데 첫번째 방은 너무 좋았는데 두번째방은 좀 습했어요. 사막투어도 저렴한 가격에 잘 다녀왔어요. 강추!

Hi, we arrived here as a group of 7 friends. The hosts helped us with everything. In addition to the fact that one of us was not feeling well, they helped him with everything to make him feel better. We booked a trip to the desert through them, including accommodation, and it was excellent. An excellent camel ride and watching the mesmerizing stars. It is worth mentioning and praising Avash, who helped with everything we needed. Thank you very much.

여행 다니면서 다녀본 최고의 한식당이에요 가자마자 덥다고 냉커피 챙겨주시고 얼음물도 주시고 (서비스) 사실 비수기라 영업을 안하고 계셨는데 미리 연락드려서 저 때문에 열어주셨어요 ㅠㅠ (비수기에는 미리 연락 드리고 가시는걸 추천!!) 된장찌개에 매콤하게 고추 넣고 밥 말아먹었는데 맛있었고 비빔국수 먹고 반해서 다음날 또 비빔국수에 짜장밥 까지 먹었는데 양도 진짜 많고 짜장밥 존맛탱 미쳤습니다 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 그리울거같아요.. 여기에 투숙하진 않았는데 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 사장님이 위급상황에 엄청 잘 도와주셔서 정말 감사했습니다!!! 다음에 자이살메르 오면 여기서 묵고 밥도 많이 먹을거에요.. 왜 한국인들이 여기 찾는지 바로 납득이 갑니다,, 최고 최고 !!!❤️❤️

The friendliest people! They were so helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable but the highlight was definitely the camel safari! The guides were so friendly; they shared stories about their lives and cooked the best food and there was only 4 of us from the hotel and our guides sleeping in the area we were. The restaurant at the hotel did a great breakfast and it was only a short walk to the centre of the town and the fort.

Good hotel, less than ten minutes walk from the fort and the old bazaars. I appreciated that there was plenty of hot water and also a kettle in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me a welcome drink. The food in the roof top cafe was really excellent. I had some grumbles, as you can see below, however, overall I was pleased with my stay there.

My bathroom and bedding were very clean but my bedroom floor wasn't - I kept my flip-flops on inside the room. I had asked for a room with a balcony but probably due to a language misunderstanding, was given a room with a window seat! I wouldn't have wanted to sit there with the windows open because it would have looked onto the street. The upstairs cafe would benefit from a clean up and some measures to keep flies out. Jaisalmer is very hot with a lot of animals so naturally it is full of flies but there are ways to reduce numbers such as screens and fans.

Hotel Fotiya is conveniently situated in Jaisalmer and easily walkable to the fort area and all restaurants and sites. The hospitality at Fotiya is amazing and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Fotiya even drive us to the bus station, organised our tickets and made sure we were on the right bus! He also organised a non tourist dessert safari which was a fabulous experience. The rooms are incredible value for money and spacious and clean with hot water.

Ali is hospitable and polite. We did the desert excursion- great experience- very accommodating giving us use of the showers before leaving. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the gentleman in the restaurant, but his food was yummy. Great value for money.

It was a superb experience. The owner and staff is well mannered, and cooperative. Offers awesome hospitality. Generous nature. Rooms and clean and all basic amenities available. Prices are really affordable considering the costly place and tourist inflow.

If there has been a higher level than 5 star, I would have given them it. It is really amazing to stay here. 5* for service: Free pickup, extremely helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Narsi and the hotel owner answered all my questions about city, culture, custom and travel tips, helped us a lots always with a smile on their face, even when I asked about the Queen Harish show which has been no longer provided or asked for the hot water at late night. 5* for food: massive menus in both Indian and Korean styles. Food is fresh, high quality, rich taste, provided with free side dishes (kimchee, cucumber, fries). Bibimbap are highly recommended. 5* for tours: it is optional for you to join their tours but I recommended. It took me 30 minutes to consider their offers, then I found out it totally worth. I went on a dessert tour to see Camel festival in combination with camel riding, sunset seeing, overnight Safari and sunrise in Sam dunes. It is perfect experience. Food was provided generously, camping tent for just 2-3 people, sleeping bags and blankets kept me warm and have a good sleep for the whole night, even they had a dog to cheer tourists up and prevent any other animals on dessert at night. I was told that the tour guide was born in dessert so he seems to know everything If I come back to Jaisamer, Fotiya is absolutely my choice.
