I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The information provided about the property's location, rooms, kitchen, services, and charges was inaccurate and misleading. Location: The property is situated in a location that is not easily accessible. Staff & Service: There was no proper staff available to assist guests. Only an elderly lady was present to look after the property, while her son visited only in the evening to collect payments. No hospitality or guest support was provided. Room Allocation: I booked and paid for a 3-bedroom apartment, but was provided only a 2-bedroom apartment. Despite raising the issue, no adjustment or concession was offered. Breakfast: The booking clearly mentioned that breakfast was included, but no breakfast was provided during the stay. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was poor. There were multiple ants in the bedrooms as well as in the kitchen, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, the property did not match the description provided at the time of booking, and the services offered were far below expectations. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed and the listing is updated with accurate information.

This homestay provided an incredibly disappointing experience. From the misleading advertisement of breakfast and pricing, to the unprofessional behavior of the staff and management, including the employee's inappropriate requests for money, interference in personal relationships, and disregard for agreed-upon prices, it was an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable stay. Potential guests should be aware of these issues and consider other options.

Didn't wake me up for breakfast room was dirty didn't even bring a bottle of water there was no separate bathroom even i was charged for that room condition was worse there was nothing as listed on the booking app

It isn’t same price as I got offer in booking.com . They are charging more and no breakfast included there in the price . And I book attached bathroom room and I got share bathroom and paid more too .

In booking.com they mentioned the attached Bathroom but they have separated bathrooms also they mentioned free breakfast but they don't provide any breakfast.

Breakfast is good there is a good cook and he doesn't advertise but is happy to cook throughout the day. Location is in easy reach of Swaymbu and monkeys. Peaceful day and night .

Everything was good great professional service. Kitchen and bathroom on each floor roof tops and washing machine. Great facilities

My families stay at Sitapaila Homestay was superb. The caretakers are like family. Total value for money, if you are looking for budget stay.

When we arrived in Kathmandu they said that they cancelled the booking. I had asked them twice on message to confirm it to me but they didn't respond. Disappointed to be denied after we arrived there and we had to immediately look for something else. Bad organisation.

I booked an apartment here. But when i called to ask about some facilities, they said the apartment is already booked and the website has not yet been updated. I literally had to cancel my plans due to this. Disgusting

Stay is 500mts far from the main road. No clean bathrooms. No free breakfast provided. No staff.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and very helpful.

Kitchen was not clean. There was a shortage of cold water every now and then. I had to report to the staff every time we had to shower or use the toilet.
