It was perfect, the view the room, the staff. They were extremely kind and helpful they gave us advised to visit Ping’an and Dazhai, they even picked us up from the bus parking lot. I truly recommend this stay! The breakfast was good and the lady was very sweet. Thank you again it was perfect :)

Le côté authentique et familial de l’hôtel, bien situé dans le village. Bons couchages, sdb ok mais si un peu veillote. Cuisine familiale très chouette au restaurant de l’hôtel. La famille est vraiment sympa et accueillante.

La habitación es preciosa, cuidan mucho los detalles. Los dueños se encargan personalmente de que tengas una experiencia muy agradable e incluso cocinan ellos comida tradicional china riquísima. El desayuno está incluido y está muy rico, incluyen fruta originaria de aquí que tiene un sabor muy diferente al que estábamos acostumbrados. Nos pusieron todas las facilidades para llegar desde el aeropuerto de Guilin hasta el propio hotel, así como la vuelta. La ubicación es estupenda, se encuentra justo al pie de las rutas para subir a los campos de arroz. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable, lo recomendamos 100%!

Superbes nuits dans les rizières. Chambre très belle, la personne de l’accueil nous a bien aidé et renseigné durant le séjour. Elle parle bien anglais. Très bon petit déjeuner et dîner très copieux. On est venus nous chercher en voiture au parking. Excellent séjour de manière générale.

Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage für Ausflüge in die Reisterassen, man ist schon mittendrin im turistisch attraktivsten Teil der Gegend in einem kleinen Dorf mit Holzhäusern; direkt außerhalb des Dorfes beginnen die Reisfelder. Und vom Hotel aus - sind es nur jeweils gut 1 km (bergauf) zu zwei spektakulären Aussichtsplattformen, die wiederum durch einen bequemen Weg miteinander verbunden sind. Vom Balkon aus hatte ich schon einen sehr schönen Blick. - Es ist ein kleiner Familienbetrieb. Die Inhaberin spricht hinreichend viel Englisch, um sich verständlich zu machen. Alle Familienmitglieder, insbesondere die Inhaberin sind extrem bemüht und hilfreich (Erklärung von Ausflugrouten, Abholen / Wegbringen mit dem Auto vom / zum Dorfeingang mit dem Parkplatz ...). - Das Hotel ist relativ einfach, ländlich, dadurch auch ursprünglich. Die Zimmer sind so ziemlich mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Tourist so braucht (allerdings kein Kühlschrank), inkl. Klimaanlage. Frühstück und Abendessen (kann man auf Wunsch bekommen) waren gut. Das Hotel hat nicht den Chic eines 4-Sterne-Hotels - deshalb nur 9 Punkte insgesamt -; ein superschickes Hotel würde an dieser Stelle aber auch nicht so richtig passen.

located in the depths of ping an village, it was quite challenging to get to but it is good location to be immersed in the countryside vibe (literally staying in the rice fields), with the scenic view points being rather accessible in the area. room was quite big and cleanliness was acceptable. overall, it felt like a homestay rather than a hotel and the cozy vibe was nice.

instructions for how to get to the hotel could have been clearer, as it was not very clear that the hotel could basically only be accessed by their own car pickup

The host was ultra friendly and helped us with everything. They offer taxi rides from and to the airport. They even drive us once to Dazhai since the bus that was supposed to drive us didn't come. That was very very kind. They also offer dinner on demand.

Now the following is just to inform you as a potential guest and not as a critisicm. The hotel is kind of at the bottom of the hill. So in order to reach the viewing platforms you have to climb quite a few stairs. With humid weather, this is quite a sweaty walk^^. So if you don't want to do all the stairs you should get a hotel that is more north / up the hill. But of course, they will also be more expensive. Since you will likely only do these stairs once a day in each direction, maybe it's worth to pay less. Nevertheless, we would still recommend this hotel.

We loved our time at this wonderful hotel. They took extremely good care of us. We arrived late, hungry and tried at the hotel. The family invited us to join in their Mom’s birthday celebration with lots of delicious food and drinks. We felt very welcomed and at home. The next day they provided us raincoats, umbrellas and rain boots for it was pouring rain which kept us warm and dry while discovering the rice terraces. We were also given good tips and recommendations when we inquired about things. Out room was very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the terraces . We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit the rice terraces.

No complaints

Lovely hotel with amazing (super close) views of the rice fields. Owner's daughter speaks good english and was able to provide us with an amazing private driver that took us to Huaihua station. Default is Chinese noodles for breakfast but she can adapt to western preferences. Huge rooms and good beds. Totally renovated. It's a 15min walk uphill from the Ping'An parking lot. Totally doable, but do not attempt with luggage. Property will pick you up for free.

The owner cooked us a lovely delicious lunch, and we were put in a beautiful room with an amazing view, very comfy. Thank you for our stay

Super séjour dans cette petite auberge de Ping'an. Ma chambre était grande et très confortable. La propriétaire est très sympathique, aidante et parle bien anglais, bonne communication en amont pour venir me chercher au parking, et organisation de mon transfert pour repartir à la gare de Guilin. Petit déjeuner copieux à votre goût, et possibilité de déjeuner/dîner sur place. Je recommande !

Sehr sauberes und freundliches Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Für eine Nacht, um die Reisterrassen zu besichtigen, war es perfekt. Die Zimmer sind groß, komfortabel und sehr sauber, die Betten äußerst bequem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service: Auf Anfrage wurde zweimal für uns Mittag- und Abendessen zubereitet – beides sehr lecker. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend. Zudem war das Personal sehr aufmerksam: Es wurden uns Obst und Kekse aufs Zimmer gebracht, der Transport organisiert und für die Heimreise sogar Wasser und Bananen mitgegeben. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to all the main viewpoints, which made exploring very easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. They also have a restaurant where they serve really delicious food. We often ended up completely full after eating, but it was absolutely worth it because everything tasted amazing. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was great, I would really recommend. For a very low price we got a large room with a balcony and breakfast. Having the balcony was great, we were able to play cards out there in the evening and have a coffee in the morning overlooking the rice fields. We were the only guests eating breakfast but they gave us green tea, passion fruits, followed by noodles with vegetables, fried eggs, and also toast and jam, and then even offered us some oranges! It was all very delicious and we left very full. The room itself was very clean and had everything you would need/want, kettle, TV, etc. The location is also very good for seeing the town in the evening as well as being the starting point for walks. We were coming from Guilin so decided to get a DiDi instead of the hotel arranged ride as it looks cheaper… if you are coming from Guilin do not do this as the drivers will keep cancelling (which is fair because apparently it is rare for them to get a customer for the driver back) and the drive ends up being much longer than the time shown on the app (even if you select the express way). The hotel arranged for our ride back to Guilin and it was much better (and still a great price for the length of the drive).

L'accueil depuis la descente de bus ou une voiture vient vous chercher, les renseignements donnés en amont sur le trajet. Super petit déjeuner compris ainsi que les repas. La vue époustouflante sur les rizières depuis la chambre et son balcon. Tout le nécessaire de toilette est fourni. Bouilloire , bouteilles d'eau et thé dans la chambre. Le lit est tres confortable La famille qui vous accueille est vraiment adorable, L'accès aux rizières et au village ancien de Ping'an.. Un vrai coup de cœur !!

I was there in August this year, I was travelling solo and was a bit stressed because it was my first time, but the staff was so nice and helpful, and they helped me arrange transportation and book tickets to nearby attractions. I also really liked the restaurant! I highly recommend staying there!

Personnel très sympathique et qui parle anglais. La dame se met en 4 pour nous être agréable. Les repas sont très copieux et bons. Une très bonne adresse. Très bons conseils donnés pour le circuit de découverte

Great location. Very friendly staff that even spoke some English. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The room was spacious with nice view over the rice terraces. Both view points are in nice 30 minutes walk from the hotel.

El personal muy amable. La habitación enorme, muy amplia, ubicado en el centro del pueblo y cerca del camino para visitar los arrozales. Muy buenas vistas, y una terraza muy bonita, pero poco usable a partir del atardecer por los insectos de la zona. Posibilidad de cenar en el propio establecimiento, te lo preparan a tu gusto y en el momento. Ademas el personal ofrece los servicios de transporte para llegar al hotel desde Guilin a muy buen precio.

No tenia ascensor, pero el personal te ayudaba a subir el equipaje

Hôtel très charmant, bien décoré, typique, confortable et au calme ! Central par rapport aux activités et aux deux points de vues des rizières. Hôte parle en anglais et est très aidante dans tout nos transferts pour y aller et repartir.

Propreté de la chambre familiale à revoir… Fuite dans la salle de bain de la chambre avec le lit rond.

La ragazza che gestisce l'albergo assieme alla sua famiglia è stata molto disponibile! Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere l'hotel e suo papà ci è venuto a prendere al parcheggio del villaggio! Camera molto spaziosa, con balcone e colazione buona!

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. De dochter kan behoorlijk goed Engels en hielp graag met het regelen van een taxi en dat soort zaken. Het hotel ligt rustig (nog net bereikbaar met de auto, wat handig is met bagage), met mooi uitzicht en vanaf het hotel loop je gemakkelijk het plaatsje in en naar de rijstvelden. We hadden een riante suite waardoor de kinderen een eigen slaapkamer hadden. Ze serveren een lekker (Chinees) ontbijt.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in Ping’an en hebben gaandeweg ontdekt dat onze gastvrouw ons graag wilden helpen.

Świetnie położony hotel przy ścieżce prowadzącej na punkty widokowe tarasów ryżowych. Pokoje z balkonami i widokiem na tarasy, klimatycznie urządzone. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Właściciele bardzo mili. Zapewniają transport z parkingu do hotelu. Polecam.

Jeden minus, ale niewielki, to trudno się porozumieć po angielsku.

The property sits right in front of the rice terraces, offering beautiful views from the 5th-floor rooms. While the terraces here are smaller and the valley less vast than in the main village with the cable car, the atmosphere is far more peaceful. At night, the terraces glow with flame-like little lamps, creating a magical sight. The helpful staff provides transfer and luggage assistance from the village gate, making arrival stress-free. Guests can enjoy delicious dinners on-site, but there are also plenty of restaurants and cafés a short walk uphill, with lovely views. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and basic amenities—though guests should bring their own shower gel and shampoo (a small bar of soap is provided). The rustic feel adds to the charm, making it perfect if someone is looking for tranquility away from the crowds.

Had a very good stay at this hotel in Ping'an Village. The staff was very caring, showed great hospitality and though there was a language barrier, they were very patient with me. Also, the breakfast and dinner options were delicious. The hotel is very well located, clean and the rooms are very well equipped and nicely decorated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the rice terraces!

Room was massive and great value. Free breakfast was delicious too. The host spoke english, looked after my suitcase while I did an overnight walk to Dazhai and helped me arrange transport to and from Guilin.

Nice and clean room with balcony, the staff was very friendly and one of the lady was even speaking english. The stir fried noodles for breakfast were delicious!

Maybe not the nicest view you can have : The rice field on the photo is pretty close, this is not a view of the valley (at least for us on the 4th floor)

If you come in winter, remember that rooms are barely heated. Although that applies to all accommodations in this area. The owner does not speak English.

Great location, clean and spacious room, and friendly staff

- Very nice room, comfortable and clean - Good view on the rice terraces - The staff helped me to book a mini van to go to Yangshuo

- Really hard to get there, the communication with the staff to find the hotel was a little bit complicated at first to get to the hotel. The taxi could only stop at the parking and then I were lost for almost 1 hour. The hotel staff did not warn me of this previously. I had to handle it by myself and struggle to reach out to the staff. - The Wi-Fi is really slow compared to other hotels in the region. - The breakfast was included, correct but not the best I had.

This is truly a gem. Nice, comfortable, clean. A stunning view. It is not difficult to find, after the embroidery hall,, - looks like an elenguated wooden Pavillion on the left hand side, turn left over the bridge and when you walk a little bit up the hill, there you are. The Hotel offered a pick up from the central parking lot. Thank you. Since it was low season I got an upgrade to an higher level. Air-conditioning and TV. The Lady chef knows her kitchen., decent coffee, water and hot water available, ice cold beer reasonable price from across little shop. Dinner with famous bamboo rice option. Nice English speaking Ladies and if not use your translator. I would come anytime again.

Long An is an ideal place to visit the area. My room was spacious and clean, I had a little balcony from where I could see the beautiful green rice terraced . The owner and her mum prepared delicious food for me and even arranged my transport to reach Yangshuo when I left. Highly recommended

The room was really clean, comfy and spacious. The views were beautiful, and staff were helpful, especially helping us get there and back to Guilin.

It's hard to get to with public transport as the buses have no numbers, labels or clear timetables. Even as a good Chinese speaker I really struggled to get there... but the staff were really helpful so that's not really anything to worry about!

Long Hang is the perfectly situated to start your day of walk in the Longi Rice Terraces. I recommand to chose the room on the top floor with a panoramic view of the terraces. The hotel is clean and the hosters are really nice and speak english.

It is based a couple minutes (5min tops) by foot out of the old town of PingAn town, which did not bother us at all though because we came with heavy luggage and so we were able to drive up to the hotel with the car and still having the perfect hiking distance up to the view points. The rooms are really generously large and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. The home cooked dinner was delicious and the staff overall was very thoughtful and accommodating.
