An amazing place. I really loved the view from the balcony, and there is a beautiful beach nearby.

Nel bagno il lavandino è veramente troppo piccolo, per potersi lavare il viso senza gocciolare dappertutto e oltretutto bisogna fare anche attenzione alla mensola porta oggetti, che é posizionata proprio sopra.

La posizione è invidiabile, rimane sempre sul lago ma decisamente meno affollata e meno caotica di Hallstatt, che dista 10min di macchina. La camera vista lago merita tutto anche se gli spazi erano molto ristretti. è un peccato non ci sia un servizio bar/caffetteria disponibile anche solo per qualche ora al giorno, nei dintorni non ci sono molte altre alternative. Non posso commentare la colazione perchè era decisamente troppo cara per il servizio che sembrava offrire la struttura e abbiamo preferito non includerla nel soggiorno. Per la strada verso Hallstatt c'è un piccolo forno/pasticceria che può soddisfare la maggior parte delle esigenze a molto meno.

הצוות חוצפן שירות גרוע, חייבו אותנו על שהות תינוק בן שנה 40 יורו ללילה, לא ציינו את זה בשום מקום לפני שהייה, הילד בטעות שבר צלחת חייבו אותנו 10 יורו . שלחו לנו הודעה לאחר עזיבה שהחדר נדרש ניקוי נוסף- יצאנו מהחדר והיה כמו בכל מלון אחר שעוזבים ממש הזוי ולא מוצדק! הנוף זה מה שמפצה אותי על החוויה, זה גם קרה לעוד משפחה ששהו במלון הזה ופגשנו אותם ברכבת לכיוון זאלצבורג ולהם במקרה הגרוע שהגיעו לחדר וראו שיש אנשים שבטעות נכנסו לחדרם

Nein, sehr spartanisch.. es wurden lieblos abgezählt Semmeln an den Tisch gestellt sowie auch gekochte Eier (abgezählt, 1 Ei/Person). Egal, ob man weniger oder mehr Semmeln wollte, 2 Stück pro Person. Kein frisches Obst, Gemüse bestand aus wenigen Paprika geschnitten und Tomaten. Weder Nüsse noch irgendwelche süßen Teile. Die Dame im Frühstücksraum war sehr schlecht gelaunt, der Herr war freundlicher. Das Frühstück ist das Geld nicht wert.. sehr sehr schade.

Es hieß, die Schlüssel dürfen aus dem Safe genommen werden. Unsere Schlüssel waren eine halbe Stunde vor der genannten Check-in Zeit (15 Uhr) im Kasten. Da es sehr praktisch war, sich umzukleiden zum Baden, bezogen wir das Zimmer deshalb gerne eine Stunde vorher. Heute mussten wir 10 Euro nachbezahlen für diese halbe Stunde!!!! Wieso??? Der Schlüssel lag im Safe, die Reinigung war anscheinend etwas früher abgeschlossen. Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert, nicht mal in einem 5* Wellness-Hotel. Hier muss man sich schon sehr fragen, was das soll. Das Badezimmer war viel zu eng, die Zimmer alt und der Boden im Flur ziemlich schmutzig... Sehr gerne antworte ich auf Ihre "überzogene" Antwort. Vielleicht lesen Sie auch mal genau die Bewertungen der anderen Gäste.. hier können Sie sehen, dass diese ähnlich ausfallen. Die Waffeln waren kalt, deshalb hat sich mein Sohn selbständig eine neue, warme gemacht. Es stand lediglich Apfelmus bereit, von Zwetschgen hab ich nichts gesehen. Fertigsoßen zählen bei mir nicht als Topping. Verrunzelte Äpfel auch nicht als frisches Obst, sorry. Nein, die beiden weißen Semmeln habe ich nicht verzehrt, weil ich diese auch zu Hause nicht esse. Was anderes gabs ja leider nicht. Zum Zimmer.. senden Sie bitte die Info, bei der hervorgeht, dass ein "Früh-Check-In", wie Sie das nennen - kostenpflichtig ist!!?? Ich habe lediglich ausgefüllt, wann wir evtl anreisen werden, von Früh-Check-In werden Sie nichts in meinen Mails lesen.. oder können Sie mir diese Nachricht zeigen???!!! 10 Euro für nichts.. ? Frechheit - ich bleibe dabei.. und es sollten auch andere Gäste wissen!!!! Wie gesagt, wir sind im Jahr 2026 - vielleicht sollten Sie bei Ihren Preisen etwas mit der Zeit gehen - vor allem beim Service und dem Speisenangebot. Lieblos, alt und einfallslos.. beschreibt es am besten. Und fast alle Bewertungen hier sind mit einem :( ausgefüllt, außer die Top-Lage - die man sicherlich erwähnen muss.

Cazare pe malul lacului, peisaj superb, mic dejun consistent. Aproape atat de Hallstatt,cat si de 5 fingers. Foarte aproape de statia de autobuz, de tren si de feribot.

Personal freundlich und entgegenkommend, Check-in funktionierte sehr gut, Frühstück war gut, Aussicht in Richtung See großartig.

Lokalita bola nádherná – výhľad na jazero je naozaj krásny a podľa nás má ubytovanie jednu z najlepších polôh v rámci celého jazera. Veľkým plusom je aj možnosť zaparkovať priamo pred ubytovaním. Inštrukcie k príchodu a ubytovaniu boli úplne jasné.

Vybavenie izby by podľa nás mohlo byť o niečo lepšie a modernejšie, aby viac využilo potenciál naozaj výnimočnej polohy ubytovania. Závesy plnia skôr dekoratívnu funkciu a izbu dostatočne nezatemnia, čo môže byť nevýhodou pre ľudí, ktorí na spánok potrebujú tmu. Menším rušivým detailom bolo aj výrazné vŕzganie balkónových dverí. Potešila by tiež rýchlovarná kanvica priamo na izbe.

Warunki nieadekwatne do ceny brak choćby butelki wody w pokoju brak szklanek łyżeczek dywanika prysznicowego wieczorem jak przyjedziecie wszystko pozamykane. Śniadanie ubogie przydział na głowę 1 jajko 2 bułeczki i coś tam jeszcze lichej jakości . Chcesz spędzić tu noc przed zwiedzaniem Hallstatt to żeby przeżyć miej to wszystko łącznie z mydłem prześpij się i zapomnij o tym miejscu. Nie polecamy są lepsze w okolicy!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und nicht zu klein. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf den See (und auf Hallstatt). Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr angenehm bzw. gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terasse, die zum Frühstück genutzt werden kann, war Extra-Klasse. Die Lage ist top und sehr ruihig. Alles in allem ein wirklich schönes Hotel.

Der Empfang ist nicht das, was man zu dem Preis erwartet. Er ist nicht existent. Man kann das Hotel nur mit Code betreten. Dazu mussten wir erst das Tablet starten und waren froh, dass darauf der Account gemappt war. Parkplätze hat das Hotel keine. Der kostet extra. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht dem Preis des Hotels entsprechend. Mit all dem kann man in diesem Fall aber Leben.

La struttura è ubicata a ridosso del lago, accanto al molo da cui partono i traghetti per Halstatt. Camere spaziose e con una vista spettacolare del lago.

Il parcheggio nei dintorni della struttura è a pagamento, gestito dalla municipalità. La camera non disponeva di frigobar, né di climatizzatore. Vi era però un ventilatore. La reception è presenziata solo la mattina.

Die Außenanlage war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt.

A parkolásért fizetni kell, az ágy alatt nem takarítanak. A fürdő elszívója nagyon hangos. A reggeli felszolgálója lehetne kedvesebb. Ami furcsa volt, hogy 1 nappal érkezés előtt kaptunk egy üzenetet, hogy fizetni kell ha előbb vagy később érkezünk és ezt előre jelezzük. Kérdem én ki tudja előre egy nappal, hogy milyen lesz a közlekedési helyzet mondjuk 700 km távolságból. Különösen érdekes ez azért is, mert a kulcs egy széfben van, ember nincs is a regisztrációs pultban.

Sijainti hyvä järven rannalla. Huoneen 18 parvekenäkymät järvelle todella hienot. Pääsee hyvin käymään myös Hallstatissa veneellä. Juna-asema vieressä.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price we paid. There is no elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage ourselves up to the second floor. There are also very limited facilities available — essentially, you are paying for just the room and basic amenities. I was also disappointed with the view. From the photos, I expected a lakeside view, but our room had a mountain view instead. I don’t think the price should be the same when the views and overall experience are so different. Another issue was the hot water, which took a very long time to come through. There was also no shower gel provided, so luckily I had brought my own. Overall, the room provides only the basics, and considering the price, I expected much better facilities, comfort, and service.

Totalmente recomendable, las instalaciones son preciosas justo frente al lago, todo estaba limpio y está muy cerca de Hallstatt Lahn.

The building is very old and it definetely needs improvement. You can hear all the noose from the hallway and the furniture is quite old as well.

We loved the view! Couldn't have asked for a better view of the Lake. Also location was very peaceful and away enough from the touristic chaos of halstatt. There was a good restaurant nearby on the lake as well. Check in and out was easy. Very peaceful stay.

The location is fantastic and Obertraun was much more scenic than Hallstatt (which has now become overrun with tourists) The staff was very polite and the front manager is a fantastic man, and the most accommodating hosts so far, a pleasure to talk to and connect with him

Aufmerksames und sehr liebes Team an der Rezeption und im Housekeeping, Einzelzimmer mit grossem Balkon gemütlich und sehr sauber, Frühstück wunderbar (frische Waffeln! :), vorallem weil man direkt auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf See und Berge frühstücken und sein Semmerl mit Enten, Schwänen und Fischen teilen kann. Beste Lage direkt am See neben der Bootsanlegestelle, dem Café am See, der öffentlichen Badestelle und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Ciasny pokój, wąska łazienka, mąż zahaczał barkami o ścianę siedząc na toalecie, brak czajnika, brak kubków lub jakichkolwiek szklanek.

Nagyon jó helyen van. Egyik oldaloln a hajó kikötő, ahonnan indul a hajó Hallstattba, másik oldalon a nagyon klassz strand. Kedves volt a személyzet, szép az épület, tóra néző nagy terasszal. Jó volt a reggeli. Parkolás az épület előtt.

Hotel oferował tylko i wyłącznie podstawowe udogodnienia: łóżko i śniadanie.

Harika bir manzarası var oda tertemiz, otel çalışanları nazik ve sevecen, kahvaltısı güzeldi. Konumu da çok iyiydi tam tren istasyonunun yanında hiçbir şekilde zorluk çekmedim. Teşekkür ediyorum

Great location by the lake, the place is clean and I had a little balcony facing the mountain to relax a bit. I did not use the breakfast but it seemed decent. The cleaning staff is great and will adapt to your schedule in the morning.

The room is tiny and quite bare. No kettle, no trash bin, a cardboard cup in the bathroom, no bathroom carpet. There's a constant buzzing sound coming from the bathroom / other rooms which I suspect is tied to the water pump.

虽然房间较小，但酒店胜在景色，房间有阳台，面向哈尔施塔特湖。出门左转就是游轮可以摆渡到哈尔施塔特小镇。酒店早餐也挺好。周边环境好，距离火车站、公交车站都很近，出行方便。

服务有待提升，第一天提供干净的毛巾，第二天服务员来打扫房间了，但没有更换毛巾。一间房有电风扇，另一间没有。几乎没有服务，不提供行李寄存。退房时，因为我的一个朋友经过饭厅刚好在看手机，被老板怀疑拍了照片，跟上来要求我们删除照片。我们把手机相册给他看，他半信半疑，让我们很不舒服。

La posizione è perfetta in un borgo molto carino con anche i servizi per fare una giornata di lago gratuitamente davvero comodissimo e adatta a tutti famiglie e ragazzi. Vicina anche ad Hallstat a 10 minuti di auto e ottima posizione anche per raggiungere le seggiovie che portano ad esplorare le montagne dall'alto!

Amazing location and views from our room. Clean and comfortable. Easy to self-check in with provided informations. Breakfast at the terrace was beautiful.

Definitely the view is the very best of this place. The room is quite basic, but matches the description. Location is great!! Very good option to avoid the crowds and overpriced places in Hallstatt.

I had to wait for instructions for check-in, I think A/C would improve the place, but I knew it did not have it, so it's fine.

Πολύ παλιό το δωμάτιο, σαν από τα 70's. Και υπερβολικά μικρό (αν κ αυτό το ξέραμε). Το μπάνιο δεν είχε εξαερισμό, ούτε σιφώνι για τα νερά.

Good location but basic room.

Very basic — literally just a bed and a shower. There is no window, so you have to leave the door open, otherwise the room quickly becomes unbearably hot. The pillows were extremely thin and sparse, with what felt like just a few lumps of wool inside. There was only one pillow provided for the bed, and when I asked for another, I was charged an extra £3 per pillow. There wasn’t even an additional towel or bath mat to step onto when getting out of the shower. It’s fine if you simply need somewhere to sleep, but for the price, I was incredibly disappointed. I don’t even think the location makes up for it. If you’re only there to sleep and freshen up, those basic facilities really need to be up to standard — it’s not as though you’re paying for a beautiful view while you sleep.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, das Seebad einfach top , die Überfahrt mega , und abends auf dem Balkon mit einer Pizza und einen Gläschen Wein ohne Worte

Második emeleti erkélyes szobánk volt tóra néző kilátással. Szemben Hallstatt, a szálloda egyik oldalán a strand másik oldalán a kikötő. A reggeli tökéletes, a házigazda kedves és segítőkész volt. A parkolás a szállodánál fizetős ezt bele kell kalkulálni a költségekbe. Nagyon jó kiindulási hely a környék látnivalóinak felkeresésére.

The view is to die for! I had a room with a balcony facing the lake - let me tell you - I never had a more beautiful view like over there. Excellent communication from the staff! The manager explained everything from a to z via text - how to get to the room, parking situation and etc. Halstatt is a 10 min drive away, the location can't be better. Parking is right there next to the hotel. Coffee shops, some restaurants too. What else can you need!? Just jump in a lake, order schnitzel and love your life ❤️

No AC, so be aware if you're staying during the hot day. Although mountain weather is really fresh at night, so you can open the balcony. Beds are a bit hard.

Отличное расположение, идеальный пляж с незабываемым видом. Завтрак вполне хороший, лучше, чем рассчитывали. Локация действительно достойна внимания и в разы лучше, чем расположение с обратной стороны озера. + Не большое количество людей утром на пляже.

Смажьте петли двери на балкон в номере 8. Ребенок просыпался каждый раз, когда мы пользовались дверью. Время выезда стандартное, время поселения непрятное. При выезде в 10 утра, вполне можно убрать номер размером 12 кв.м. за 1-2 часа, а не за 5. Тогда посетители смогут поселиться в 11-12, а не в 15 часов. Особенно учитывая то, что все кафе закрываются в 19 и после поселения мы должны лететь куда-то, а не спокойно гулять. Для отдыхающих: учитывайте то, что в местных кафе лица всего персонала в 18 часов явно не горят гостеприимством. Почему-то они думают, что делают вам одолжение, принимая ваши деньги.

좋은것은 한가지도 없는 숙소입니다 비추천합니다

얼리체크인 한다고 20유로 내라고 하네요 짐을 맡긴다고 했더니 짐을안맡아준다고 합니다 개런티를내야 한다고 하네요 여행을 많이 다녀본 사람으로서 이런 숙소는 처음입니다. 방은 다락방 수준이에요. 계속 머리를 부딪혀서 다쳤어요 너무 더워서 선풍기 하나 달라고 했더니 하나 주네요. 제가 제일 힘들었던 점은 빨리 체크인하는 데 20 유로 내라고 하는그남자 할슈타트 가게 되면 이 숙소는 절대 가지 마세요.

€117/die Nacht pro Person eindeutig überteuert. Gebäck beim Frühstück zu wenig, zwei Semmeln und 2 kleine Weckerl, zwei Eier, wortlos auf einem Tablett von einer unfreundlichen Person in die Hand gedrückt bekommen 😏 Büfett überschaubar, keine Tisch gedeckt, sehr lieblos, schade denn das Haus an diesen Platz könnte besser in Erinnerung bleiben. Auch habe ich mir um diesen Preis zumindest Kunststoffbecher und keine Papierbecher im Bad erwartet. Keine Fliegengitter am Fenster, kein Kühlschrank. Auf der Terasse keine Schirme aufgespannt...

Prachtige ligging aan het meer.

De kamer had enkel een klein raam(50x70cm) met uitzicht op het meer. De kamer was echt heel basic.

Die Aussieht und die Waffeln zum Frühstück. Die Nähe zum (gratis) Seebad. Optimal wenn man mit dem Zug anreist (nur 10 min zu Fuß), auch das Boot nach Hallstatt liegt nebenan ab.

Fürs Parken zahlt man teuer oder kennt Tricks. Wir hatten blonde Haare vorgefunden am Sessel, ansonsten war es ok von der Ausstattung, aber man kommt hauptsächlich Fürsorge Sicht auf den See. Leider kein direkter Zugang zum See. Nach dem Frühstück kommt man nicht mehr direkt auf die Terrasse.

L'emplacement était absolument parfait. La procédure d'entrée était facile. Chambres confortables et vue incroyable côté lac. Propreté impeccable, femmes de ménage très aimables.

Le rapport qualité prix est assez moyen. Les chambres sont petites et peu équipées (mais confortables, elles remplissent parfaitement leur fonction). L'absence de personnel à l’accueil l’après-midi est surprenant. L’hôtel a un accès à l’eau direct, ce qui est très appréciable, mais il est cependant dommage que l'aménagement sur l’eau (notamment le ponton) ne soit pas mieux entretenu. Par exemple, il n’y a pas d'échelle sur le ponton pour descendre dans le lac. Si le prix était plus abordable, j’aurais mis 9/10, mais je ne pense pas que ça valait le prix payé.

La vue est magnifique et le lit est très très confortable.

L’établissement est un peu vieillot mais cela n’est pas dérangeant au regard du confort. La vue lac est superbe et la salle de bain rénovée.

This is not a high-end hotel, however it is well maintained, clean, practical and represents good value for money (90 euros/night for a single room).

Lokalita

Poloha a výhled na jezero je skvělá. Hned vedle je restaurace a pláž. V noci klid, dobře se spalo.

Snídaně byla spíš základní, placené parkování! Chybí místo kde uložit kola

Locatia este excelenta, exact langa lac, langa debarcader, la 2 minute de zona de plaja Este o locatie foarte linistita, are o priveliste de lux, cu lacul in fata si cu muntii in lateral este mirific Foarte curat in camera , in restaurant si pe terasa. Este ok si as mai reveni tot aici daca o sa avem ocazia

Aivan mahtava ja kaunis järvialue. Aamu-uinnille pääsi helposti. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen ympäristö. Aamiainen syötiin ulkona terassilla.

Kuuma huone, ei ilmastointia.

Nice location , breakfast was good , front desk was very helpful once we got into the hotel Balkony

The room was very small. The self-check-in process and PIN instructions were confusing, and the property seemed to operate largely on autopilot, with the exception of the breakfast service. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and we were unable to find anyone to provide more towels when we needed them. Overall, there are a few areas where better communication and guest support would improve the experience.

Szép nyugodt környezet. Panorámás kilátásban nincs hiány. Könnyű parkolási lehetőség motorral, autóval.

A szoba nem klimatizált.

Läget var helt perfekt. Fin utsikt och god frukost, låg precis bredvid badplatsen.

It was very clean and comfortable. Location, cleanliness, peace.

Napkins/tissues box wpuld have been nice abd slippers, but not mandatory. No elevator to get to the room if you have luggage.
