La cercanía al centro historico. Muy tranquilo y cercano. Buena cama y una gran terraza.

La ducha perdía agua por la mampara, se mojaba el baño; hay un jacuzzi en la mitad de la habitación que no tiene instrucciones de uso y al abrir la canilla empapa todo el cuarto. Se lo hice saber a la administradora y me dijo que yo no estaba cerrando bien la mampara. No hay ningun placard para guardar cosas. Ni para apoyar valijas. Las perchas estan sobre el minibar sin espacio para prendas largas.

Bed was very comfortable... best so far in Italy! Complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

While communication was great it was all via app with no personal connection which personally we prefer.

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful room, excellent location - quiet, yet very close to all attractions! Loved the balcony. But above all - the owner! Very warm and welcoming, quick to respond and help with any request we had - it is very easy to sense this owner truly cares about his clients satisfaction

Bedroom was comfortable and instructions at check-in worked despite my reservations. The bottle of Prosecco in the room was a nice touch and appreciated. We had a problem with the TV and the owner came and fixed it for us promtly. Air conditioning was very welcome if a little loud. Nice shower. We skipped breakfast on the first day but had it on our way to the train station on the second and it was very nice (but needs to be noted that it is at a cafe a short walk away).

I was expecting a sea view but it was a very long way in the distance and barely visible so I'm not sure this warrants listing as a ' room with a view.' Towels were tiny and we are not large people. Couldn't find bathrobes or slippers as promised. No hooks in the bathroom for towels and no mirror in the main room for doing hair\makeup. Tiny details that make a big difference when travelling. .Fridge buzzing was very loud at night as was air conditioning so I had to wear ear plugs. Light next to the bed didn't work.

Schöne Zimmer, gemütliches Bett und modernes Badezimmer! Check-In und allgemeine Informationen wurden super kommuniziert, mit Ausnahme einiger Falschinformationen!

Die Betreiber der Unterkunft haben im Vorfeld gesagt, man könne das Gepäck vor / nach Check-In beim Portier des Gebäudes stehen lassen. Dies können wir so NICHT bestätigen, der Portier wusste nichts davon! Das Frühstück bekommt man in einem kleinen netten Cafe um die Ecke. Das dortige Personal war anfangs ein wenig verwirrt von unserer Anfrage, ob wir dort über die Unterkunft unser Frühstück bekommen. Eher spärliches Frühstück, aber gut!

Alles war super, besser als man sich wünschen könnte!

Szuper elhelyezkedés minden a közelben, gyalogosan elérhető. Tengerpart busszal inkább 5 perc. ( B vagy 42-es busz) Reptérről 16-os busszal lehet eljutni a szállásra . A reggeli a közeli kávézóban is megfelelő a szokásos olasz cappicino croassan narancs juice.

Location was nice. Although a small room it was well appointed and modern.

Very difficult to enter property. Required to watch 2 videos, enter passcodes or phone numbers to get at lockbox and get keys. Process created much anxiety when leaving and trying to get back in. The rain head shower was unsatisfactory. Took several minutes of running water to get it hot. Also, difficult to move from under the shower ( without getting out) once soap got in eyes.

A very lovely modern apartment with good facilities and a convenient lift from street level to your door. Location is great for city center exploration. Separate living room sofa bed to master bedroom with own door. Kitchen facilities are great ans welcoming sparking wine and water and coffee and tea ingredients was a plus.

On a busy street in the city so expect some noise until late and early in the morning but not nirmally.an issue unless you are a light sleeper thats easily disturbed.

Everything was so luxurious so comfortable. Had really high ceilings, super comfortable beds, the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, the ac was working, perfect location. Would definitely book again if I visit bari!

1) free checking earlier than due time 2) very polite cleaning girl, who met us every day at the elevator and was so polite that more is impossible. 3) very polite person on WhatsApp 4) large balcony with perfect view on the noisy Italian style street with chairs and a table 5) balcony view to the street end where was already sea 6) no need to go to the beach as there was a sun lounger on the balcony and we could get sunburnt on the balcony 7) by her initiative, without our questions, cleaning girl told us where should we take additional toilet papers. She gave as 3 clean perfect size towels per person every day 8) body lotion, shampoo and hair conditioner in big bottles 9) perfect location between beach and railway station and st Nicolas Church 10) very safe place as our of our room door there was another internal door 11) pleasant and safe neighbors

This is a spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in central Bari. The host, Nick went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. The thoughtful touches, such as Prosecco on arrival and having the lovely Angela to do a daily clean, were much appreciated. Great spot to base yourself to visit the UNESCO heritage sites in the area.

We arrived in the dark so felt a bit lost trying to find the apartment inside the building. But once found the lights it was ok!

Very central, close to everything — the city, the beach, and the train station. We stayed in the suite, which was beautiful and very well maintained. The only thing we missed was having a balcony. Great communication with the host, who replied immediately and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was as it should be.

Sfortunatamente per la prima colazione si deve andare in un bar vicino per un cornetto, un cappuccino e un succo di arancia presi sul marciapiede con fumatori ai tavoli accanto. Sono rimasto molto deluso sia del menù che dal fatto che si debba andare fuori per fare prima colazione. In paragone ad altre strutture di questo livello non regge.

Mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji pod nosem. Personel obiektu, w tym właściciel bardzo pomocny i chętny do realizacji różnych życzeń np. organizacji kwiatów itp. W pokoju czysto, wszystkie ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, mini bar uzupelniany jak i zestawy kawowe, na powitanie butelka wina. Przyjemny wystrój pokoju, lazienka bardzo ładna ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi kosmetykami i to dobrej jakości. Śniadania typu wloskiego, bardziej slodkie powitanie dnia, bardzo smaczne, serwowane w Cafe Bianca z prawdziwym wloskim klimatem i charakterem lokalnych mieszkancow i milym personelem. Ogólnie obiekt godny polecenia!!!

A localização é excelente. O Nick é muito atencioso e prestativo (Grazi e Mille!). Responde rápido no WhatsApp e passa informações completas. O quarto está reformado. A cama é boa.

Como sugestão de melhoria, em especial para quem passa mais de duas diárias, é interessante reforçar a limpeza, em especial de copos e taças.

Posizione centralissima, letto top comodissimo, colazione al bar nelle vicinanze tutto perfetto. Se torno a bari ci torneremo!

Dobra lokalizacja, super kontakt z gospodarzem, bezobsługowe zameldowanie oraz wymeldowanie z obiektu, butelka prosecco na powitanie. Czystość na naprawdę wysokim poziomie, codzienne sprzątanie. Polecam jako miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Bari oraz okolicznych miast, lokalizacja znajduje się w idealnej odległości od dworca jak i starego miasta w Bari.

Everything, great location for the city, 5 mins walk to the centre, 10-15mins relaxing stroll to the stunning old market . Apartment was so well appointed. We had an issue with the rain shower head, messaged the host and literally within 10 mins a very polite maintenance man arrived with a brand new shower head and fitted immediately. So impressed, customer care was superb.

I honestly cannot fault this property, 100% recommended it. There was even a chilled bottle of prosecco waiting for us on arrival.

Very nicely decorated and kept, clean and comfortable. Very clear and easy instructions about how to get in. Nice free bottle of wine we shared on the balcony.

No staff. Strange keypad locks on the door which were battery powered, so good luck if they ever ran out.

So location is perfect just 6 min from Centro Storico. The room looks just like on picture. So good communication with staff and management. Small Italian breakfast just at the café around the corner. Really high recommend

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The bed was so comfortable and they had two pillow options (softer/thinner and firmer/thicker). The balcony is spacious and has two regular chairs plus a lounger. Curly girls: They have a blow dryer with a diffuser! I travel with my own and didn't notice use it, but do know that it's a mid-size option.

Nothing- it was great. I will say that there are 7 stairs from entry way to the elevator.

Πολυτελές καθαρό δωμάτιο σε κεντρικότατο σημείο της πόλης. Σαφής διαδικασία εισόδου στο κατάλυμα, ευγενέστατος ιδιοκτήτης. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησω οταν βρεθώ πάλι στο Μπάρι!

Δεν μας δόθηκε η δυνατότητα late check out, καθώς το δωμάτιο έπρεπε να ετοιμαστεί για τον επόμενο ταξιδιώτη. Δεν μπορώ να πω ότι φταίει ο ιδιοκτήτης ωστόσο για αυτό.

It was very pleasant and comfortable. I appreciated the daily cleaning and change of towels, the very easy communication with the host. The accommodation is very nice, very well located, close to the train station and the main attractions of Bari. It was a wonderful stay!

Świetny pobyt! Apartament był bardzo czysty, komfortowy i dobrze wyposażony. Dużym plusem jest także świetna lokalizacja oraz kontakt z gospodarzem. Serwis na najwyższym poziomie. Zdecydowanie polecam!

The mattress was short, the pillows hard, the duvet too warm and there wasn’t the alternative of a lighter coverlet available.

Wow.. seriously what a place. Beautiful b&b, room is stunning and clean. Met the owners mum who oversaw the high cleaning standards and she is so friendly, kind and really lovely to talk too. B&b is in a great location, close to both the beach (20 min walk), train station (10 min walk) and town centre (10 min walk). Non contact check in was seamless and easy. Going to breakfast at a local cafe only a few steps away was convenient and perfect for a real Italian breakfast. I would really recommend this place and would return when I next visit Bari.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima. Nick e tutto lo staff sono stati estremamente premurosi e disponibili. Servizio eccellente e attenzione dedicata al cliente. Ci hanno gentilmente permesso di lasciare i bagagli nella hall sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, permettendoci così di goderci la città in piena comodità. Super consigliato!

Arpartment is nice and central located! Host reacted super fast per WhatsApp and we could check in super early! Bed was comfy

Room was not clean (trash and fridge full from previous guests), hairs in bathroom, balcony not useable, cause of dirt. Shower head was not working at all and the worst was a really bad smell when we arrived and entered the place. The smell was not gone for more than 24 hours. Arpartment was super small and no kitchen what we expected.

Impeccable from every standpoint, ample space, comfortable beds, very clean. Location great, host very helpful.
