Dilman Luxury Stay

Front Desk staff - excellent Location - very good.

Breakfast staff - very poor; showed no interest in serving ; rather rude and clearly missed the training on providing a great customer experience! Room - bedroom space ok; kitchen/living space ok but insufficient charge points for mobiles; bathroom - poor; shower cubicle - plastic and tiny; shower unit - poor with so many sprays, all that's needed is a very simple workable shower.

Moderne Einrichtung, sehr zentral und äußerst aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis ausgewogen und passend!

Ok. The only thing that could have been better

Tables

Todo excepcional.

The staff was wonderful, especially Alessia — thank you so much for your kindness and help! The location is excellent, right in the middle of the shopping area and only a 5-minute walk from the old town. The rooms were very clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with high-quality details. Having a balcony was also a fantastic bonus. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only issue was that the air conditioning was quite noisy. It may have been specific to our room (Room 202), but for light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise, the sound of the AC at night could be disturbing.

A cama é maravilhosa! O banheiro é muito bom! A staff é super atenciosa e simpática !!

Everything! Excellent property!

We don’t have any negative feedback to share.

Lokalizacja, personel

Wszystko bylo ok

Our first trip to Puglia and my husband did the research and found the Dilman Luxury Stay - and we loved everything about it! The hotel is new, modern and clean. The perfect location - easy walk to the old city, the port, the busy shopping street and the train station. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast that was included and the little cafe where we sat to eat it and drink coffee. Highly recommend this hotel.

Raffaella and the other receptionist were super helpful. Raffaella recommended us the best places in Badi and the must restaurants and she even managed to book the restaurants for us. I would definitely recommend the hotel because of their staff.

Very modern room and great facilities. The staff very friendly. The location is perfect. Really loved our luxury stay. Fantastic air con which is needed in summer.

The breakfast was fairly basic for such a luxury hotel.

Everything. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. Super clean . Great position

Nothing

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Great location, super clean and very comfortable, a great place to stay in Bari, would definitely go back

We liked everything

Cleaniness, well maintained, great amenities, walking distance from Bari Centrale, and most of all Rafaela & Norberto were helpful with our tour to Poglinano a Mare.

A great experience, from the arrival to departure the staff were super friendly and helpful Perfect location, would love to return

Location

Norberto was incredibly helpful and gracious, made the stop in Bari so much better, what an amazing asset.

Bed was ok, not great, but everything else was top notch.

As instalações comuns, o serviço, o quarto e a localização

Desayuno 👎👎

Beautifully appointed rooms in the heart of Bari. Everything was perfect.

Tudo!! Conforto, modernidade, limpeza e gentileza!!

Nada!!! Tudo maravilhoso!!

Very clean, great location. People were very helpful

I thought I had made a good choice, but I hadn't anticipated just how delightful this place would be. Although it is located within a 7-8 minute walk of the Old Town and close to shops and cafes, it manages to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, far removed from the city's hustle and bustle. From the moment we arrived, Rafaella—who manages the property—made us feel like truly valued guests. Our room was spotless—truly immaculate—as well as being incredibly pleasant, functional, and stylish. We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel's own charming café; it was a carefully prepared meal featuring excellent coffee and delicious dishes made to order. We were very sad to be staying for only one night; this is definitely a hotel we will return to. Thank you for everything.

Quarto, localização, e recepcionista Rafaela.

Da equipe do café da manhã, atendente mal humorada e grassa.

Fantastic location great staff. Clean rooms

It was excellent

Everything. The room is absolutely perfect, very modern, spotless, and well equipped with everything you need. But the incredibly amazing staff is what makes you want to come back. Everyone, at the reception, restaurant and bar were so kind. The breakfast and the restaurant for both lunch or dinner, are great, together with the signature cocktails. The location is perfect: nice area and walking distance to la Città Vecchia and Bari Central Station. I recommend 100% and would definitely go back.

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located It was do easy to walk to everything The staff was extremely welcoming

We liked everything

We had a lovely stay at this modern and very clean property. It was a great location, close to the action but quiet at night. We arrived very late, but Norberto greeted us like family. All the staff, including the two girls in the cafe, serving an outstanding breakfast, were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Nothing!

Location was perfect, staff were fantastic. Room was very comfortable and nice breakfast.

The staff were amazing. Nothing g was too much trouble and they always greeted you with a smile. The hotel is very lucky to have the staff they do as they care so much about you having a good stay.

Location, cleanliness, staff

Great location, comfortable and clean room, tasty breakfast, excellent and nice stuff. I highly recommend.

Great location, staff were exceptional and so helpful. Would definitely come back

We missed the standard room, but were grateful for the room/kitchen rather than nothing at all

The room and the property was very clean. Good location

Breakfast was very limited in options, mostly sweet pastries. There were few issues with a room but it was resolved quickly

Breakfast selection/qusntity not what we expected for a hotel in this price range.

The staff are fabulous.Room clean and comfortable.

Nothing

Beautiful property and Great location.

Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay this high quality boutique hotel. We appreciated the staff quality and their availability in providing useful information on Bari and the surrounding cities. The hotel is very well located in Bari and is very well maintained. While the breakfast menu was of good quality, it was limited in the proposed choices.

The Dilman - good location; however.... the rooms are a "white box". No pictures they have the room with to much tech they must provide an orientation. Really. the shower dials are to complicated. Refrigerator has items that are soda's & junk snacks there is no room for your water. Don't be fooled by the mention of balcony they only have it for a fire exit not for use. The bathroom doesn't store the bath towels they have them in bedroom closet. No place for shower soap. The room is just plain uncomfortable and minimalist. And beware you must be able to manage the 5 steps to get to the lift no bars to hold on to. Maybe they just want young people. Always check the rate on Booking as it will be better than their website.

Me gusto la cordialidad del personal.

NO ME GUSTO QUE A LAS OCHO DE LA NOCHE SE CERRARA EL HOTEL NO QUEDARA NADIE EN REDEPCION. DA MUCHA INSEGURIDAD

O APARTAMENTO FOI BOM

A RECEPÇÃO E ÁREA DE CAFÉ DEIXAM MUITO A DESEJAR.

Posizione ottimale, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, struttura nuova e pulita, camera spaziosa.

location,clean and modern

shower too small and jacuzzi too big and space could have been used for seating

This was our second time staying at Dilman and the whole package this property provides - the staff, the comfortable and clean room, the breakfast and the central location - is superb. This is THE place to stay in Bari.

Tutto okok

I loved the Dilman being a boutique hotel nestled in the beautiful cite of Bari bit only 2 blocks from the most Amazing ancient cobblestone streets brimming with history & the sweet Nona’s making pasta!

It truly wasn’t an issue especially that the Dilman recommends parking

Beautiful hotel. Well appointed. Amazing location The staff, especially Raffaella, was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here.

Extremely comfortable and in the perfect location within a short walking distance of the old town, restaurants, shops, pick-up point for tour buses plus the railway station can be reached within 10-15 minutes. A delicious breakfast is served in the adjacent bar. Staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in a hotel in Italy.

stayed there only one night. but they were prepared for every request we had. like early living the hotel for the airport. they put a great breakfast bag to our room. and the restaurant suggestion from the hotel was great.

Location was excellent. Close to the meeting point for day trips to other locations in Puglia. Walkable to all sites in Bari and to Bari Centrale train station. Wonderful breakfast included. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

The entire experience was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Beautiful suite. Delicious breakfast. Couldn't ask for more and would strongly recommend for visitors to Bari.

The Dilman Luxury Stay is an upscale boutique hotel located walking distance to the old town in Bari as well as to the fashionable pedestrian walkway of shops and restaurants. The rooms are contemporary employing the latest technology. It was clean, bright with an incredibly warm, helpful reception team of Raffaela, Alessia and Norberto. They were friendly and receptive to any request making our stay comfortable and relaxed. The adjacent café served lovely breakfast options with great service and friendly greetings each morning. We would highly recommend the Dilman for your next stay in Bari.

The Hotel is beautiful very chic! The location is superb! I cannot say enough about the staff especially Raffaeua & Alessia! They couldn’t do enough for us and they did!! I highly recommend the Dilman Luxury Stay, it made Bari even more special!

Luxury hotel, modern, clean. Very helpful and simply kind team

Loved both the place and the staff! They were extremely helpful since I arrived past their check in time so they texted me prior to my holiday and made sure someone comes to the accommodation waiting for me at around 10pm. The place is very clean, they offer maps and restaurant suggestions and provide free sodas and snacks for the entire stay. Breakfast was good too, based on a menu but could order as much as you wanted. Location is very good, close to shopping area and about 7 minutes away from the old city. When leaving they provide a waiting room where you have a clean bathroom as well as nice seating, room to set your bags and plugs to charge your devices before departure. It was definitely pricey but compared to other Bari accommodations, I would definitely pay the price again for the value Plus - balcony is amazing for photos! .

Nothing, it was just perfect.

Alice was AMAZING! No request was too big. Sooo helpful and informative. A pleasure to deal with. We will return to the Dilman because of her!

Loved everything!

Well located for the old city and the fashion District. Alessia on reception was extremely welcoming and gave us plenty of advice of where to go, what to see et cetera. On her recommendations we found a great bar and good places to eat. Rooms were modern, comfortable and spacious. Excellent breakfast and a very cool bar in the hotel.
