Location was very good. Right on the sea front with a lovely view and handy for the train station and cruise port.

The property felt run down and is in need of some TLC. Booking.com states that all taxes and fees are included but I was asked to pay €3 per person per night tourist tax in cash before leaving.

Fantastic location on the sea front. Guilia was very welcoming and had arranged a taxi for us from the airport and to our cruise ship the following day. Room bright and comfortable

Really lovely host, super accommodating and helpful. Room was lovely and all that we needed then some. Really clean and pretty. Bed was super comfy and shower was lovely.

L'emplacement est parfait, près de la mer et du centre ville. Je vous suggère de tester la pizzeria à volonté au bout de la jetée, excellente cuisine. Nous avons utilisé le jaccuzi et pris l'apéro dans le jardin grâce au salon de jardin mis à disposition. Bref, c'est un lieu que je recommande vivement !! C'est une maison d'hôtes avec 3 chambres à louer. Calme, propre et la propriétaire est super sympa. Nous avons pris la navette gratuite de Celebrity à la gare pour rejoindre le port de croisière. C'est à 10mn de marche. Sinon le bus de ville coûte 6€ par personne (cher!)

Lovely couple just leave you to use there place and so lovely only stayed for 1 night before our cruise and would highly recommend it very close to some nice restaurants and they organise a shuttle bus to the port 10 mins drive away

The room was clean, comfortable & quiet for a couple of nights. The bathroom was a good size. There is a communal area where you can make a tea or coffee. There is a fridge in the room; the air con is powerful and kept our room very cool. Location is handy for the train station and ideal for walks along the sea front. There is no breakfast, but plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The host kindly booked a taxi to take us to the port.

We had a great stay overall in the double room, so these are just a couple of minor observations. There is no safe in the room, and the bedframe has rigid corners that you have to be careful around to avoid banging your legs.

This beautiful place is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed for the price. Truly hope to stay there again!

The property was excellently located and a beautiful view over the bay ,the hosts were very accommodating and friendly .The view from our bedroom was excellent Loved the close proximity to the port and the local restaurants so close to the accommodation

The hotel is dated and the room we had was run down .The bed linen was worn and bubbly ,bed uncomfortable .The shower had black in the sealant and tap in sink was worn ,toilet seat was broken.We stayed prior to our cruise and the staff were apologetic when pointed out faults so I feel they will be rectified for further guests

Overall, our stay at Maison de Revel was pleasant and comfortable, although nothing particularly stood out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. And there was a cat <3

We stayed here the night before our cruise left. There was a beautiful view and plenty of restaurants and more right down the street. We appreciated that we were accommodated with an early check in so that we didn't have to leave our luggage and return after long flights. The view is beautiful and the owner was lovely.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it said breakfast was available. After a long travel day and heading to a cruise I wanted the option so that I didn't have to figure breakfast out for us. The owner did at least tell me when I checked in there was no breakfast available. I appreciated that she told me in advance so that I knew I would have to go out in the morning. Regardless of that I would stay here again and recommend to others too.

Sans aucun doute nous avons adoré l'emplacement en front de mer avec un jacuzzi et une petite terrasse pour se relaxer. La chambre était vraiment bien avec air conditionné. Nous avons rencontré Giulia qui était fort sympathique et nous a renseigner un bon petit restaurant a côté de la chambre.

Ocean Front and conveniently located to food. Would rent in future.

Well located on beach front of Civitavecchia, less than 10 minutes walk from railway station. Mini garden out front with view looking to sea. Very helpful owner. Brought us a fridge when requested for the room. Old (pre-1900s building?) high ceilings with air-conditioning unit (not used as visited in May) and quiet during our stay. Unfortunately mattresses too soft for my taste and - more difficult for me - the bed linen was synthetic (Amazon Home) so not conducive for a good night's sleep. Location, cleanliness and friendliness of owner very good. Ok for one night stay. Would not want to stay for a vacation.

Nothing to do with the accommodation, but the beach along front was very littered (plastic bottles / bags / take away packaging). Maybe "beach clean up" happens before start of summer season.

It was a really cute community living area and private bedrooms with a bath and shower in each one. They had a coffee machine and a kettle for hot water. The view was beautiful and its right across from the water.

Waking up and enjoying such a beautiful scenery made our stay unforgettable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time. It was the ideal place to stay before our cruise and made our time in Civitavecchia even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. We would gladly stay here again!

The property was very close to the cruise port the host Giulia was most accommodating to us and nothing seemed a bother she went out of her way to help us get transport to the cruise port and to the airport and accommodated us on our departure day helping with luggage etc even though we were not guests the beds were clean and comfortable as was the bathroom tea and coffee was provided free of charge overall a very hospitable host thank you GIULIA

We arrived on a sunny day and the view was lovely. It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and sugested a pizza restsurant close by, it was delicious (eat all you can). The host also organized a local taxi to take a few of the guests to the local cruise port the next morning.

Хорошее место расположение , близко от жд станции, удобно добираться до круизного порта , от жд станции ходит автобус 6€ , так же есть такси 6€ /чел. Красивый вид из окна . Рядом много ресторанов , пиццерия .

Слабый напор воды, долгий нагрев горячей воды или полное её отсутствие ! Муравьи в номере. Заявленого завтрака как такового нет , просто капсульная кофе машина.

The host was willing to accommodate our late check-in. They also helped us secure a driver. We were able to walk to dinner, a Roman Catholic church for mass, and to the port with our luggage. The port was about a 30 minute walk but not strenuous. This is in the perfect location for cruises staying overnight before embarkation day.

There is nothing to share here of this nature.

The staff was spectacular. Even carried my HEAVY. Suitcase up the stairs.

the owner was very nice, friendly and helpful with regards to dinner recommendations in the area, and helped us with getting a cab to the cruise ship port. The room was very clean and big. Lots of room for luggage and to move around in. bathroom was a good size and the view was very nice of the ocean. The beach was just across the street so we enjoyed a nice walk along the beach before dinner. I would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to the area.

We loved the Maison De Revel! It had the perfect location for a one-night stay in Civitavecchia before having to board our cruise ship the next morning...walking distance to beach, restaurants, and town shopping. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even called for our taxi pickup to the cruise port the next day. Enjoyed a bottle of wine in their garden after a wonderful dinner at La Lisca on the boardwalk. Grazie Julie!!

Die Lage ist sehr gut: Nähe zum Meer und mehrerern guten Restaurants. Ruhiges Zimmer, schön eingerichtet. Sehr persönliche Betreuung.

Im Gemeinschaftsraum steht eine Überwachungskamera über die man uns nicht informiert hat. Vielleicht ist sie nicht eingeschaltet - macht aber keinen Unterschied: Gäste sollten informiert werden.

Nowhere for the shower bottles in the shower the coffee machine was crappy old didn’t work that great they could invest in a better coffee machine and have a a muffin or something in the morning cause there is nothing around there for breakfast but the coffee machines suck big time and fossil machine must be 20 years old. That’s why you got a poor rat.
