no elevator and probably more stuff at the kitchen like few pots and pans, plates and utensils. but yeah, if you have big luggages and they’re super heavy, good luck BUT i think it’s only one floor so no sweat

Das wir die Koffer über viele Treppen tragen mussten. Außerdem war die Dusche sehr klein Der Empfang war auch etwas schwierig wir wussten zuerst nicht wie wir in das Haus kommen sollten obwohl wir unser kommen angekündigt hatten.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026A localização é expetacular, praticamente no coração da cidade, vários restaurantes na praça e nas proximidades. Passei duas noites na acomodação, ia embarcar num cruzeiro . Cheguei na sexta-feira a tarde, de trem, e saí no domingo pela manhã, O taxi da estação de trem até o apartamento custou 20 euros, e do apartamento até o Porto, estação de passageiros, 30 euros. O apartamento fica no primeiro andar e o acesso é tranquilo. Gostei de tudo, limpeza, arrumação, conforto da cama, roupa de cama, toalhas, ar condicionado e banheiro. O café da manhã foi em 2 locais próximos, um voucher individual, que corresponde a um croissant e um café capuccino. A passagem do trem do aeroporto Fiumicino para Civitavechia, eu comprei com calma, depois que eu desembarquei e peguei as malas. Não precisa comprar com antecedência.
A senhora encarregada de receber as taxas e que cuida da limpeza e arrumação é uma italiana típica, fala alto, e só se comunica em italiano, mas eu diria que ela é uma pessoa engraçada, logo me acostumei com o jeito dela.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The location is perfect. I have been staying here for the last 3 years. I come every summer before my cruise. It’s within walking distance of the train station and the cruise terminal. It’s also close to many shops and restaurants just outside the B and B door.

La camera era sporca, le lenzuola macchiate, il bidet incrostato, gocciolante e con dei sassolini neri dentro (inutilizzabile). La doccia era piena di calcare e sporcizia varia ed i prodotti da bagno indicati su Booking, non c'erano (era disponibile solo un dispenser di quello che ho supposto essere sapone, riempito a metà, che ho preferito non toccare e due dispenser a muro vuoti, rotti ed incrostati). L'aria condizionata, indicata come presente su Booking, non ha funzionato (poi si è accesa da sola di notte) e, nonostante abbia inviato dei solleciti tramite messaggio e provato a chiamare i numeri inviatomi dall'host nei messaggi di Booking, non ho ricevuto risposta fino al momento in cui ho lasciato la struttura; l'host si è giustificata dicendo che il condizionatore non funzionava se nelle altre stanze veniva acceso sotto i 19°C (un problema che non compete gli ospiti delle altre stanze, se l'aria condizionata viene indicata come funzionante al momento della prenotazione), anche se penso che, probabilmente, tenere legati dei fili con lo scotch poteva essere la vera causa principale del malfunzionamento; inoltre, ha precisato che le lenzuola erano macchiate perché il b&b ha 15 anni e che avrebbe parlato con la persona incaricata per le pulizie. L'accoglienza non c'è stata, ho dovuto seguire dei bigliettini posizionati in giro per la struttura, mentre la mattina seguente sono stata svegliata prestissimo dalla persona incaricata delle pulizie che parlava ad alta voce e sbatteva degli oggetti direttamente fuori la porta della mia stanza (che già tremava per ogni apertura e chiusura di portone). Quando mi ha vista, mi ha detto di lasciare la tassa di soggiorno in stanza e si è lamentata del più e del meno, mettendomi a disagio. Inutile dire che non tornerò più, anche perché le foto della mia stanza su Booking e ciò che avrei dovuto trovare, non corrispondevano alla realtà dei fatti.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but out experience was different. This B&B was perfevt for a one night stay before a cruise. Really close to the port and the statio . We called in a cafe and were given directions. The property is 3 rooms with a kitchen it is upsairs and there isnt a lift. 2 of the rooms have shared facilities but we had the room with en suite its beautifully decorated in pale yellow and white and it was li light due to large windows on two sides . It was really clean. They did use one of the wardrobes for storage but i had a small suitcase and didnt unpack the other two. It is above a cafe/pizza bar and surrounded by several cafes so it is really noisy at night. This wasnt an issue for us as we went out until around 11:30 but i can see it as an issue if you have young children or like a 9pm bed time. Great value for money and perfect for our needs.

It dodnt bother us hugely but it os noisy until. Very late. Also its an unusual room split onto 3. We had Mimosa which has a basic en suite but the other two rooms share and they were quite noisy. Not the fault of the owner but its worth a mention.

La señora encargada de hacer la limpieza y el checkout pretendía que dejara la habitación 1 hora antes de lo estipulado en la app de booking, además de exigirme con palabras poco gentiles los 3 euros de impuestos que hay que dejar en la habitación. Son cosas a tener en cuenta para que sea una experiencia 10/10.

Al estar en zona ZTL tuvimos que dejar la moto y las pertenencias algo alejadas, pero no hubo problema. Todo fue perfecto.

Full of restaurants around and close to the beach. The room where i stayed was supercomfortable. Breakfast vouchers are a plus (i loved prima spiaggia for the great capuccino and tasty croissans) I definitely recommend It.

Water pressure/temperature was inconsistent. Not a massive problem for us.

Too noisy around the area, not quiet for a nights sleep. Not fault of the property but wouldn’t consider again for this reason. The time to leave the property was 10:30 am, the housekeeper was there at 08:30 to start her work. This happened last time too and she was told to go away until later!
