Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait tant d'escaliers. 3 volées...Je suis handicapée! Mauvaise surprise ! Je savais qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur car c'était indiqué. J'ai tout de même pu monter... Avec difficulté... Et grosse fatigue Mais la gentillesse d'Emma a tout compensé...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, le logement très spacieux et idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du centre historique. Son emplacement est particulièrement pratique pour découvrir la ville et effectuer toutes les visites à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Le seul point à améliorer concerne les informations sur le stationnement. Plusieurs parkings se trouvent à environ dix minutes à pied, mais il serait utile de les identifier avant l’arrivée afin d’éviter de circuler par erreur dans des zones à accès réglementé nécessitant une autorisation.

Wonderful apartment in an old palazzo, conveniently situated in Turin. We absolutely loved the space, which was really clean and comfortable, the hosts were fantastic and the ladies who made and served the breakfast on the terrace were amazing. I would return tomorrow, if I could!

There was a kitchen area in our apartment, but no cups or plates or anything that would have been good to make a cup of tea or eat a snack from. That said, I'm 100% sure that the host would have sorted this for us if we'd asked (which we didn't because it was no big deal for us anyway). We both loved the apartment.

This was our second stay at the B&B. It’s such a restful place to stay in a very special location. The decor, the ambience and the staff make it such a lovely place to check in to.

Breakfast was amazing, especially when the weather allowed to sit on the veranda eating.

Compared to other places we stayed at, the common areas felt a little cold in their layout and would need only a few little details to make them feel more inviting.

Merveilleux b&b Petit déjeuner incroyable

Le bâtiment est très beau et le service attentif et disponible. L'immeuble est très bien situé, en plein centre historique.

Une grande cuisine est disponible mais pas du tout équipée ; la douche fuyait et était mal fixée ; la climatisation placée dans le couloir ne permet pas vraiment de rafraîchir la chambre.

Dommage que la personne sur place ne parlait qu’Italien et que la climatisation soit très bruyante, une machine à café et une bouilloire dans la chambre serait un plus.

Tout était parfait

Bâtiment historique splendide. La terrasse accessible en permanence était un vrai plus. Emma et son équipe ont été d'une grande gentillesse (y compris la minette très câline). Le petit déjeuner était vraiment incroyable avec des produits frais et de qualité.

This beautiful property lies within an elegant old palazzo, and occupies a whole floor. There are several rooms to choose from, all stylishly appointed. Breakfast is served on the leafy terrace and changes daily. We stayed three days and were served scrambled eggs, tomatoes with whipped feta, and various pastries. And always a plate of fresh fruit…melon and peaches at this time of year. The aircon was effective and the bed was comfortable. It’s very quiet, no traffic noise at all as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone. There are several flights of stairs to climb but they are wide and not too steep. It is Europe after all, you’ll get stairs wherever you go. I would definitely return to this B&B.

(1) Propreté : Le pommeau de douche était plein de calcaire, nous avons dû déboucher les buses nous mêmes car peu de jets d’eau en sortaient (ou partaient dans tous les sens). (2) Tout est au minimum : - Dans la salle de bain : seulement du gel douche… pas de savon, pas de shampoing, pas de bonnet de bain. - Dans la chambre : pas de café ou thé. Il faut aller dans une pièce commune pour accéder à des bouilloires. (3) Literie : pas confortable à notre goût. Il serait bien de proposer une couverture ou couette légère même quand il fait chaud. (4) Douche trop petite

Aivan huikea miljöö 1500-luvun palatsissa keskellä kaupunkia. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut pihaustakaan ympäröivästä kaupungista eli sijainti on täydellinen. Aamiaishetki sisäpihan ulkoterassilla oli tunnelmallinen. Emma on hyvin ystävällinen emäntä.

Aamiainen on aidon italialainen eli varsin makea, mikä ei vastaa omaa makuani, mutta hyvin aito se on. Hieman harmittaa melko suuri hävikin määrä aamiaisella. Tähän voisi vaikuttaa pyytämällä vieraita tilaamaan haluamansa aamiaissyötävät. Ilmastointi ei ollut aivan riittävä tämän päivän kovissa helteissä. Huoneen lämpötila oli silti hyvin siedettävä.

Apartment is a beautiful historical building in a great location. Breakfast served on the 2nd level courtyard terrace was a real highlight- everything was delicious and home made!!! Thank u so much Elena for your warm welcome on arrival and taking such good care of us after our plane being delayed and then us getting caught in a very nasty storm . Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed five nights nights in June. It is about 20 minutes walk from the train station on the cobblestone streets.The B&B is centrally located to the major attractions and restaurants in the city, yet it is situated in a quiet area of the town. There are some stairs as the B&B is on the third level. Our room on the corner was quiet, clean and spacious for two of us- though WiFi was spotty at the times. We had working air conditioning which was essential during the heatwave. We absolutely love the friendly and very helpful staff and lovely breakfast in the quiet terrace each morning. We highly recommend this place and would stay again in the future:-)

De monumentale trap naar de tweede verdieping - uiteraard geen lift - namen we er met plezier bij. Zeer betrokken en vriendelijk personeel.

Emma and Eleanor very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the location central. The breakfast was lovely sat on the balcony overlooking the fresco paintings.

Staff is nice and always asking if everything is okay. Breakfast is as Italian as it gets.

Slow WiFi and hard to choose customized breakfast, even though staff is extremely nice, like reaaaaaally nice, for people that can't understand Italian it's better to let them choose or provide some menu in English. I liked breakfast but I like Italian food and I am used to it, maybe some people would prefer only yogurt or only fruit, not the whole thing.

Situé dans le centre historique de Turin, ce B&B se situe dans un ancien palais : le décor extérieur est remarquable, notamment avec ses arcades et ses fresques. Bel accueil. Bon petit déjeuner, que l'on prend sur un grand balcon parmi fleurs et plantes, le tout dans un endroit calme.

Ne pas oublier qu'il faudra monter de nombreuses marches, pas d'ascenseur, normal dans ce site ancien, alors attention aux grosses valises !

This charming B&B is housed in a beautiful 16th century building with frescos. The breakfast was plentiful and served on an outdoor terrace with jasmine and wisteria framing the view. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The palazzo is beautiful and our room was quite big and very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was incredible!

The accommodation is well-located with nice, if somewhat noisy, rooms. Based on the photos, we had assumed that parts of the common areas would be included with the room. Breakfast was okay and sufficient.

Unfortunately, we had to leave the accommodation early due to illness; according to the booking terms, there was no option to cancel the unused night. Nevertheless, we had informed the hosts well in advance and asked for a solution. We only received a response after repeated inquiries, and even then it was vague; there was not even a suggestion of an interest in finding a possible solution. This is all the more surprising given that there had been a lively exchange on the day of check-in, but after check-in, they remained largely silent. On the day of our early departure, we were also charged the local tax for 3 nights (including one night we didn’t use). Just as we were leaving the accommodation early as agreed, we received a note stating that we could purchase the in-house produced toiletries—not the kind of message we had expected. Due to the lack of hospitality, I would not book this accommodation again. After reviewing other reviews, it appears that this pattern of unavailability has also been observed by other guests.

The breakfast was a special moment, sitting on the terrace surrounded by Jasmine in bloom. The room was large and clean. The property is central and in the historic district. It was a palace back in the day and still has those artistic qualities.

Floor creaked a lot in the bedroom but it is a very old building.
