Very good host!!

Die Lage in der Stadt und die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es ist recht dreckig und abgewohnt, die Betten etwas muffig. Für eine Nacht bzgl Flughafen-Transfer in Ordnung, für längere Aufenthalte eher nicht geeignet.

L’accueil de Papa Be très chaleureux, Ritesh est sympathique c’est aussi un super guide. J’ai passé une belle escale sur l’île Maurice. Merci Ritesh !

Po domluvě nás za předem domluvenou cenu odvezli z letiště přímo na hotel. Personál milý, ochotný. Pokoj byl čistý, upravený. Velice příjemné byly snídaně na terase. Za tu cenu skvělé, doporučuji.

Ubytování není v hezké části města, ale s tím jsme počítali.

Pour une nuit de transit on ne peut pas faire mieux . Le responsable est adorable et à l’écoute. Il peut organiser le transfert à l’aéroport ce qui est vraiment un plus.

La gentillesse du propriétaire et le petit déjeuner copieux. On a aimé aussi la proximité de la ville. Pas bruillante les gens sont gentils et très accueillants.

The property was fairly unclean with poor hygiene conditions. Smelly linen, bedding and towels were provided and request to replace was not acknowledged.

A localização era muito boa e perto do aeroporto.

A casa de banho era muito pequena, a sanita estava solta e a banheira na tinha cortina, pelo que inundava tudo. O ar condicionado estava em mau estado e a ventoinha também. O frigrifico estava sujo e cheirava mal. Ok para uma noite mas nao mais que isso.

Ran by a lovely family this B&B is perfect for short staying close to the airport. Very easy communication with the host, rooms are simple but extremely clean and comfortable. A fresh breakfast was served in the terrace with a cool view of the town. Taxi service is available direct with the host.

La chambre que j'avais réservée ("Deluxe", rideaux bleus) n'est pas celle qu'on nous a attribuée . Surtout : celle-ci était sale :draps et oreillers tachés ou moisis (on doute même qu'ils aient été changés !), rideaux avec des tâches à tous niveaux, frigo inutile car pas branché et sentant fortement le moisi, poubelles pleines dans la SDB et sur la petite terrasse commune , clim au dessus du lit très bruyante, pas de vue sur le jardin. Chasse d'eau faible, odeurs des canalisations). 2 sites Booking pour la même adresse ( bambous B&b et Bambous seulement). Nous avons réservé sur site Bambous B&b mais la chambre verte (celle où l'on nous a mis) est visible sur Bambous : photos floues et trompeuses. Aucune insonorisation comme dans le descriptif de la chambre que j'avais réservée. Pour le prix, vous trouverez mieux à Mahebourg où nous avons déjà séjourné les 2 dernières années.

Est situé à proximité de la gare routière et proche de l'aéroport. Petit déjeuner agréable.

Situé en ville, le bruit est bien présent surtout à partir de 04h00 du matin et venant de l'établissement et du dehors.

The host very good hearted human being. Very helpful and passionate about his work, not as a business but as a Service. We stayed for one night at his place, but offered transport to the other hotel. Offered to be available to help us should we struggle with transport. Has happily taken us for a tour to some places of interest in Mauritius. We're still using his services while staying at another hotel.

The location doesn't promote his business, considering the effort he has put and and professionalism and dedication with which he is running it. Notwithstanding the location, I will still book some nights at his place in my next visit to Mauritius.

Классный завтрак на верхней террасе. Хорошее месторасположение с небольшом городке. Можно прогуляться до католического собора (3 минуты), до набережной. Супермаркеты с продуктами тоже рядом, а также автобусная остановка до аэропорта (ехать минут 30 с пробками).

Очень неприятно пахло из туалетной комнаты. Было брезгливо принимать душ. Туалетных принадлежностей не было. Также в ванной комнате были сломаны полотенцедержатель и полочки в душевой. Да и в целом комната была грязновата. Не остановились бы здесь вновь.

Недалеко от аэропорта, если вы на машине, есть парковочные места, персонал вежливый.

Не надо ожидать люкса, всё очень просто и скромно, в том числе и завтрак.

The host was phenomenal! The lady who does house keeping was so good as well. I got to strike conversations with them and they were such warm people. Loved the breakfast too and the proximity of the place to different areas that I got to visit

Отличный вариант перед вылетом или после прилёта. Всего в 10 минутах езды от аэропорта. Хозяин может вас забрать за 18€. Это очень удобно. Территория очень зелёная и ухоженная. Завтрак готовит сам хозяин. Столики находятся на верхнем этаже, откуда открывается потрясающий вид на остров! Зрелище шикарное! Очень красиво! Номер уютный, с большой террасой. При заселение дали 1,5 л бутылку воды. Очень удобно! Спасибо большое! На следующей день я ехал в другой город, но такси не вызывалось. Хозяин любезно предложил подвезти. Можно рассчитываться в долларах. Всё было на высшем уровне! Рекомендую.

Situation idéale, à 15 min. de voiture de l'aéroport, au coeur de la vie locale, à 15m de la rue principale. Sur la Royal Road, vers le sud, à 150m , excellent snack ( halim, à savoir soupe aux légumes et agneau, dhol puri, farata, gâteaux, etc., une merveille pour trois fois rien ), plus loin, encore 250m , musée, très intéressant et, qui plus est, gratuit. Vers le nord se situe le centre ville, authentique, avec peu de touristes: marché, front de mer, restos. Bus 46 depuis le Traffic Center Mahébourg pour la plage de Blue Bay, 15 min. 30 RS aller simple. Logement propre et fonctionnel, excellent petit déjeuneur sur la terrase ( confitures, café ou thé, fruits, oeufs...), et en prime sublime vue sur les montagnes. Ritesh est un hôte courtois et réactif, efficace et disponible. Bref, un excellent séjour dans le sud de l'île!

Super freundliche Gastgeber, mir wurden viele Tipps gegeben und geholfen. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage sowie sehr nah am Flughafen. Mein Highlight waren die Katze, die Dachterasse und das mega leckeres Frühstück!

Établissement en chantier. Poêle à viande pour faire des crêpes complètement carbonisés. Salle de bain sale avec des cheveux aux sols et un savon usagé et une vieille glace décongèles et pourri dans un frigo moisi. La dureté du lit était aussi accueillant qu’une planche en bois et le patron peu aimable quand nous lui avons fait la remarque. Mes parents n’ont pas pu avoir de l’eau chaude malgré le fait que nous avons attendu un peu.

Zimmer sehr klein und verbaut (wenn das "de luxe" sein soll, haben wir völlig unterschiedliche Vorstellungen von diesem Begriff) Safe war nicht einsatzbereit, mir wurde ein transportabler gestellt Quasi kein Umfeld, habe die Unterkunft auch nur gebucht, weil ich sehr spät gelandet bin und die Nähe zum Airport gegeben war Beim Frühstück läuft dauerhaft und überlaut der Fernseher, obwohl keiner hinschaut. Auf meine Bitte wurde die Lautstärke reduziert

Very good communication with the owner. It was a spontaneous trip and I only had a short amount of time to get in touch. But he was very quick replying and arranging an airport pickup with me. The place was very clean, the room had a small private bathroom cabin and a terrace which was nice. The owner prepared an excellent breakfast for me, even though I overslept due to forgetting about the time zone difference. He also kept me company during breakfast and we had a very nice chat. At the end of my 1 night stay I thanked him for everything and told him that I really slept well due to the good quality of the mattress. He then very casually informed me that they use orthopedic mattresses at the place. What's not to like?!

During my one night stay I could not find anything I didn't like.

I was totally surprised that the breakfast was so varied, dined outdoors & met a new group of friends from another country…. the staff was welcoming & made sure we knew all the ins & outs of the place. They also offer rides (for a fee) to wherever we wanted to go…. Very helpful. It’s not a top notch hotel, but we felt very comfortable & surpassed our expectations. We got a genuine flavor & feeling for the people who live here.

The accommodations were nice, but we knew when we booked it at that price, and close to the airport that it would suit our needs….. overall, it exceeded our expectations

The room was not well organised.Tv wasn't working. bedsheets/ cushions not very clean. There was a Kettle but no tea bags or a bottle of water unless you ask for them. The shuttle for the airport is over charged 20 euros for a 10 minute ride.

It was well organised, all clean. Ritesh is a great Host! He even picked us from the airport. And we had also a good breakfast! If you are travelling to the south of Mauritius, i would recommed to stay at this nice studio!

It was dirty and smelling bad in the room.Cat pee probably. It was smelling a lot. Sheets are all tainted,bed is very old. Kitchen facilities really dirty and falling appart. It looks way better on the pictures. An improvement on almost everything is badly needed. It's too expensive for what it is.

At first, I was a bit sceptical because of other recommendations, but i did not regret my stay at Les Bambous. Ritesh is a nice host, he is very friendly and asks about the things you plan to do and helps aswell. When i checked out, i needed to wait a little longer, but Ritesh offered me to stay in the room, cause there was no need to make room for other guests. This helped me quite a lot. The room is a little small, but it provides everything you need and had a nice balcony with extra space where i could spend the evening. Les Bambous is close to the city center and market and you can reach shops, the market place (mondays!), waterfront and lot more just by a few minutes walk, still it was very quiet. It is a cheap accomodation and i would not expect any luxury, but if you can turn a blind eye, it is a good place to check out Blue Bay and Mahebourg. I can fully recommend it! Thank you

it was clean and the owners were vey accommodating and friendly, however don’t expect it the look the same as UK B&B, for us it was great for the 1 night because our flight was delayed.

We like the hosts, our breakfast and the excellent location.

We didn't like the overall cleanliness - the facilities will likely be improved in the future.

Owner is very helpful, good communication. We cannot stay longer because our baby dont want to sleep so we had to leave. We choose this accomodation just for have some sleep after flight. I think it is a good place
