Im Badezimmer funktioniert das Waschbecken-Siphon nicht, sodass es unangenehm riecht. Es gab wohl mal einen Herd - der wurde aber wieder entfernt. Es ist ein Bed&Breakfast ohne Breakfast.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Fijn ruim en superschoon appartement met goede bedden. Locatie is heel centraal, dicht bij station en parkeergarage en op loopafstand van het centrum van Maastricht. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Reviewed Sep 12, 20261. 距離火車站步行不到五分鐘便可抵達公寓，超級方便。 2.和房東溝通非常良好順暢。訂房前便跟房東詢問行李寄放，房東Michelle超級友善，當天抵達時還親自接待我們，並讓我們提早入住。 3. 公寓寬敞且設備齊全，房間佈置得很有品味，浴室裡面的香氛味道很舒服。這趟荷蘭之旅在不同城市之間移動，總共住過六間住宿，這間公寓是我最喜歡的一間。
只住兩個晚上有點少，真希望能再多待一晚。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Die Lage des Quartiers ist zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Das historische Zentrum ist ebenso wie die Flusslandschaft der Maas fußläufig erreichbar, aber auch der Weg dahin bietet Zerstreuung jeder Art. Parken ist nur 5 Min. entfernt gegen Gebühr im Parkhaus möglich. Das Appartement in der zweiten Etage ist baulich interessant und lässt gestaltungsmäßig die Hand und den Geschmack einer Künstlerin spüren - der Wirtin. Ein Wohlfühlerlebnis der besonderen Art. Danke!
Ältere Leute sollten sich auf knapp 30 Stufen konditionell und Gepäck betreffend einstellen. Wer das kann, wird belohnt. Leider mussten wir erfahren, dass die Stadt Maastricht in den B&B keine Herdplatten in der Küchenzeile gestattet.

Geen horren. Dus met warm weer is dat wat minder handig dan zet je de ramen alleen open als de lichten uit zijn.

Het was erg warm in de nacht. Er is wel een mobiele airco aanwezig maar die kan het niet aan met de hoge temperatuur buiten .

The top floor was exceedingly hot and thus uncomfortable. An Air conditioner is really necessary.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026De B&B ligt op een goede, rustige locatie. Max. 10 minuten wandelen naar de overzijde van het water en zo de hoofdstraat in. Maar ook in de omgeving van de B&B zijn gezellige winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. Er is ook een kleine SPAR-supermarkt in de onmiddellijke omgeving. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen interessante tips van de gastvrouw. Het appartement is heel smaakvol ingericht en aangenaam om in te verblijven. Alles was heel netjes en verzorgd. Niets op aan te merken. De keuken is volledig uitgerust - alsook in de badkamer is alles aanwezig. De producten van Rituals zijn een pluspunt ! We hebben heerlijk geslapen in de goede bedden. We hebben een zalig verblijf gehad en komen graag terug.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Fabulous location: about a 5 minute walk from the train station, and a 12 minute walk to the historical center across the River. Very clean well appointed apartment, with comfortable bed/bedding. Nice modern bathroom with large shower.
As it was an unexpected very hot day, and knowing the apartment had no air conditioning, and was on the top floor, the windows could’ve been open, and fans turned on for our arrival, as it was unbearably hot!

The parking is very expensive outside the b and b and because we had a camper van, the cheaper parking wasn’t any good for us due to height restrictions. If you have a car, you can find cheaper alternatives although parking around the city seems expensive anyway

The apartment is clean and fresh renovated, all you need for short or long stay, incl. washing machine 3. Last but not least, very pleasant host lady Michelle, who was always there to help if needed
It's not an issue for me, but keep in mind that traditional houses have high stairs.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026We loved the apartment. It had character and was beautifully decorated. Michelle is absolutely lovely and showed us around the apartment (she lives down stairs and offered help if we needed anything). The bedroom was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was modern with both a bath and a walk in shower. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen which was very convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc). There are no cooking facilities (cooktop, pots, pans etc) but the apartment is a short walk from amazing bakeries, restaurants and cafes so there is no need to cook. The train station is also a short walk away. Old town and everything Maastricht has to offer sightseeing wise was within walking distance just over the Sint Servaasbrug bridge. As is normal in most older Netherlands apartments the stairs were steep (we expected this and it did not negatively affect our stay but just want to mention it so people are aware if travelling with older parents, kids or lots of luggage). We only stayed 2 nights and we regret it as we loved Maastricht and didn't want to leave. We will definitely return and we will definitely stay with Michelle again.

In de badkamer hing een beetje een rioollucht. Maar daar had je in de woon/huiskamer geen last van.

The flat is exceptional and I would have absolutely no hesitation in staying again. There flat has an abundance of natural lighting, comfortable bed (two king singles together) and a beautiful bathroom equiped with a large soaking tub to rest the legs after a long day. The shower also had exceedingly good pressure. There apartment has nice furnishings, with some artwork painted by the owner.
