Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und auch die sonstige Einrichtung die wir sehen konnten sind weit über den Standard. Absolut toll.
Leider war unser Nachbar sehr laut in den Morgenstunden. Die Telefongespräche an 04:00 waren halt einfach zu laut. Die Gegend ist nur auf Bootsbesitzer zugeschnitten (Neubaugebiet).

Fabulously comfortable bed and top quality linens. Powerful shower. TV with Netflix to help us wind down after a long day. Beautiful surroundings directly outside. Breakfast choice and quality food and juice was excellent. Absolutely perfect stay. Thank you Ann & Roy!

Had a book containing everything we would need for our stay, including homemade breakfast options which we had delivered to us in the morning. Super comfortable bed and all of the little touches made it such a wonderful stay. Thanks so much Ann and Roy, we can't wait to be back in the area again!

The beds were comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities provided with quality products, great shower, practically new laundry facilities. Everything spotlessly clean. Very nice breakfast options. The rooms are very modern with a clean European decor and modern fixtures: the place was immaculate. All the laundry and coffee facilities are there and modern. I would happily send my in-laws there who are very picky!

The location is very quiet and we had to drive 7 km to find a restaurant open for dinner on a Tuesday night. Also guests in adjacent bedroom had TV up so loud at night and early the next morning.

We felt like at home there and everything was prepared in a way that it was clear that owners has spent a lot of time on travels and know exactly what people need on their explorations to enjoy it most. I would love to come back there again. Especially Uretiti beach was a place where we would love to stay forever :D

Trash cans are small at all the B&Bs we stayed at in NZ, compared with what we are used to in America. Only thing I can think of.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2024We loved our stay at Roy and Anns Haven, everything was perfect. The host, Ann, was so warm and welcoming when we arrived it felt like home. The room was cozy, very well decorated and everything was super clean which we really appreciated. We loved the breakfast you can choose from every morning. You can have some very good coffee, tea or some fruits/chocolate anytime during the day. The area is quiet and nice and there are some good restaurants close by. Whenever we get back to NZ we will make sure to make a stop again here!!
There is nothing you can not like here except you have to leave at some point.
