Reviewed Jul 2, 2025Very clean and tidy, and had all the bits we needed. We arrived at night for into the lock box easily, opened the door and found everything we needed. In the morning woke up and opened the curtains and there spread out in front of us was a magnificent view of the marina. Contacted the owners to ask a favour and not only did they say yes they encouraged us to use their facilities for breakfast.
I'm a big guy and found the double bed a bit small for my frame, but even saying that they must have been comfy, as I had a good night's sleep.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2025We liked the location very much. It was very relaxing watching the boats come and go. The annex was warm and cosy and had good facilities.
We found out on our second day that most of the breakfast supplies were in a cupboard above the refrigerator so didn't use them. On the sheet we printed out from Booking.com it said that no meal was included so didn't look for supplies. A note left to tell us that they were there would have been useful.

Kitchen provided with the amenities of bread milk butter yogurt's fresh fruit jam peanut butter... The owners live on premises with their 2 dogs & daughter's very welcoming 😍 Definitely highly recommend

We loved the space, how tidy it was and a stocked fridge and pantry of milk, yoghurt, fruit, butter, cereal and spreads. The bed was also super comfy! Inside, everything was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Both bedrooms had their own en-suites, which was a great touch and made the stay even more comfortable. Collette was absolutely lovely and welcoming, and Andy was prompt and clear with all his communication. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us – we’d love to come back!

Especially owner family is so kindly and friendly. The living room, two beds and bathroom with showers in each room is beautiful and comfortable. In front of the house, there is a road and very calm. We stayed wonderful holiday.

Only thing I would say is because it is attached to a home (don't know if full-time home or a holiday home) please be mindful of the time in the morning you're up. We were awoken at 6am from the toilet/shower upstairs on a Sunday.
