El personal sin duda , lo mejor . Muchas gracias a Mustapha por organizar nuestro día
Bästa maten vi åt i Marocko! Och trevlig hjälpsam personal.
Något tunn madrass u sängen så vi kände att det va två enkelsängar under i mitten av sängen.
from the outside, it doesn’t look like much but once inside - wow (—:) huge rooms; great views; peaceful & idyllic. excellent (& lots of) food, of course, attentive staff with an eye to detail. really lovely - highly recommend. Good beds, lots of hot water, beautiful room decor.
all good, no complaints. Remember: you’re in the hills so don’t count on local wifi working continuously. Have a back-up if you must have internet access.
It’s truly traditional without compromising on any modern amenity. Unforgettable.
I stayed in a beautifully decorated room, the views are breathtaking, the food delicious and the staff incredibly attentive! If you go to Imlil stay here!
Nothing
The bedrooms were lovely and the swimming pool was beautiful. The outside areas were also lovely to sit in and well kept.
The dining rooms were dingy, with dirty windows and squashed seating. The food wasn’t great.
Site incroyable. Belle piscine
La tenue exigée à la piscine
Cool, calm and clean. A fabulous hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh.roof top views were incredible and superb breakfast. Wonderful staff.
Found it difficult to locate after taxi dropped us off.
الموقع
Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Sossego e boas vistas. Empregados simpáticos e hospitaleiros.
Nada a indicar.
L’emplacement. Le jardin. La vue sur les montagnes. Les chambres spacieuses et très confortables.
Staff were lovely
We loved the staff and our beautiful traditional Moroccan bedroom . The meals were fabulous and the hiking exceptional . Thank also for forwarding my shoes xx
Nothing it was fabulous
Amazing staff in an amazing location. Dinners were delicious
No complaints
Beautiful location and views and Riad was full of character
The location is perfect and the views from the Riad is sensational
Staff were not the most helpful and the one night we had dinner there, my chicken was burnt. Compared to the other places we stayed in Morocco, this was on the expensive side for the level of service etc.
The Riad was beautiful as was the wonderful view from our balcony. Excellent food and hospitality and the cake we requested for our daughter's birthday was delicious! Our stay surpassed all our expectations.
Nothing at all!
Warm and welcoming people, with delicious traditional food. The Berber omelette in the morning was truly memorable. Even though we stayed only one night, the stove in the room was a lovely touch and made the evening feel especially cozy. A short but very pleasant stay
Lovely stay! We went for a walk then straight into the Hammam which was so relaxing. The food was fantastic and rooms so pretty and big!
There was a storm which was pretty noisy everything banging but can’t be helped
Food onsite was great, the rooms have a lot of character that make it feel like an experience. The riad is set in nature above the town, and located at the trailhead to the Imlil Cascades. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond!
The view from the room on river.
Todo muy bien
Nice decor
It’s a little cold in the winter, but that is to be expected in a mountain town.
Very welcoming 😊
Nothing though we were a little cold
The location and the room
The staff wasn’t so friendly unfortunately..
Wonderful welcome, stunning views
Beliggenhed Rigtig fin vandre tur. God mad.
Cisza, spokój, przestronne pokoje, dobre śniadanie.
Cena zbyt wygórowana.
Perfect location in Imlil town and close to the mountains. Big, comfortable and clean rooms.
Water pressure in our shower wasn’t great and took a while to get hot water. Outdoor swimming pool isn’t heated.
A Wonderful Stay at Riad Jnane, Imlil Our stay at Riad Jnane was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even upgrading our rooms on arrival. The riad itself is stunning; the traditional Moroccan architecture and details are far more beautiful in person than the photos online could ever capture. The food was another highlight — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. On top of that, they surprised us with a traditional Moroccan birthday cake, which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture. Riad Jnane is a true gem in Imlil — warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and an authentic Moroccan experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!
L’accueil, la disponibilité des personnes, et le côté typique du lieu.
Un peu dérangés par les odeurs de cuisine qui remontent du RDC vers les chambres.
You can truly relax here
Hôtel très paisible, parfait pour se ressourcer

Amazing views and location
There were many outstanding features about this Riad, but the two most amazing things were the service and warmth by the staff, and the incredibly gorgeous setting that this Riad was in. We only stayed for two nights, and I had fallen ill even before arriving there, yet still, it was a true pleasure to be there. There are so many beautiful balconies and terraces to enjoy the outdoor views from, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The stay included delicious breakfasts, and we purchased the dinners made on the property both of the nights that we were there. The food was wonderful and matched the hospitality. Due to my illness, we had to cancel the full day trek that we had scheduled, but my family enjoyed walking around the village greatly and even I managed to walk around the first evening. Finally, the Riad accommodated our wish to have the two rooms that we booked to be close together. They notified me that they were moving us next to our kids' room even before arriving at the property. We look forward to going back one day, and would absolutely stay at Riad Jnane Imlil once again. F
The only recommendation I would have would be to make the lighting a little brighter inside the rooms. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable, but I think brighter lighting would bring out more of the beauty of the rooms and be more uplifting in general.
C’était parfait, sauf la piscine ! bel localisation pour rando et mont toubkal
La piscine ça prend des manches et des short
The staff & service was phenomenal & couldn’t do more to help - the food was great & the location superb ..
Top, personnel très sympa
Everything. The family suite was amazing and super clean and gorgeous view. The food is so delicious and the staff is amazing. Mouad and ismail are such nice guys.

Perfect location
Beautiful Riad in Imlil! 5min Walk to the center, perfect location and view to the Toubkal Valley! Food delicious, all Staff helpful & professional!! I def come back soon..❤️
the location and beautiful views
there’s a new and old part and we were in old but that’s very noisy and you can smell the kitchen
We spent 4 nights in this gorgeous place. Set just off the busy little village of Imlil amidst trees and overlooking the sight and sound of a cascading river, this was a beautiful location to relax after the high energy of Marrakech. The Riad has fantastic views of the Atlas Mountains including Mt Toubkal. We loved the laid back atmosphere with Mustafa, Ismail and Omar and the rest of the fantastic team making every single guest feel special. We ate there every night - the food was so good, really tasty and plentiful Moroccan home cooking - just amazing. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed.
Nothing
Hands down the best service we received in Morocco, staff super friendly and happy to help. Nothing too much trouble and we organised a hike through the Riad that was exceptional. Also best food we had in Morocco, breakfast excellent and plentiful with additions offered on request. Dinner was great. Everything was punctual. Equally good for singles/couples/families. Views over the valley are stunning and getting into Imlil only a short walk.
Cannot fault the service we received, exceeded our expectations.
Its quiet but convenient location , just up a footpath off the road from the village centre by a near a waterfall. Beautiful traditional styling, yet areas to sit out by a pool, in shade or sunshine. Attentive and pleasant staff. Great to have food everynight if desired too which was much easier than when we had tried to buy any locally at night.
Not Nothing really. First night was quite windy, and some gaps around traditional windows meant some whistling into the room, but really that was the only thing I can think of.
The first place we stayed in Morocco … the staff were so kind and thoughtful, as were the excellent trekking guides that we had on 2 x day trips from the riad. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The very warm and caring attention of the host Mustapha and everyone else in the staff made my stay wonderful and memorable. I noticed that everyone works very hard to make sure that all guests get individual attention. The riad itself is very charming with lots of character. Located only a short walk from town centre, comfortable spacious quiet rooms, nice breakfast and wholesome tasty dinners, spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. A special thanks to Mustapha who went out of his way to provide me with a walking stick and rain jacket for my hike, and for all the help in arranging onward transport. I recommend Riad Jnane very highly to all.
The location and the staff.
The WiFi needs ro be upgraded.
The Riad Jnane Imlil is a beautiful retreat from the busy world! In the heart of the High Atlas. We woke up to stunning views, a delicious breakfast, and had an adventure hiking in the mountains. The room was clean, comfortable, warm, and charming. The entire inn was decorated beautifully, and the views from the rooftop are spectacular. Every meal was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very attentive and kind. We would highly recommend this riad to anyone who likes to experience different corners of the world. We are so glad we stayed two nights and would have stayed longer if we had the time. The owners were interesting to talk to about their village and culture. They arranged a guide for us for the hike. The communication was great. We had no trouble getting there, parking the car, and Omar was ready for us to bring our bags in. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
The staff here is amazing. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Ismail, Abdel, and Omar, along with others, were so friendly. Our interactions with them were a huge part of why we loved our stay here. We appreciated the djellabas they left in the room for us. We wore them around the riad to stay warm and comfortable during the cold nights and snowy mornings. The room we had was large and comfortable and was easily converted to accommodate a third person when our daughter decided to join us at the last minute. Our room had a fireplace and a balcony with an incredible view of the valley, which made it a cozy spot to hang out in. We had dinner there two nights and breakfast all three mornings. There was more than enough food and the local flavors in the cooking were delicious. We had a vehicle with us, and the riad hooked us up with a secure, gated parking space where we could leave the car during our stay for no extra charge. It was too cold to use the pool while we were here, but it added to the ambiance of the rooftop as we lounged and looked out over the mountain scenery. It would be a great place to swim in warmer weather. If you like hiking or mountain biking, there is a lot to do in the area. I took two days to hike Mount Toubkal and my wife and daughter explored more local trails between villages. You will not run out of places to explore here, and it is easy to find a guide to show you the trails and arrange stops for lunch or tea.
There was really nothing we didn't like. I could have spent my whole vacation here and been happy.
The young man who helped with the bags and served breakfast was very polite and courteous. The room was a very good size and very comfortable with heating and extra blankets. There was a private balcony facing the afternoon sun and the mountains. Very good location for a walk and popping into Imlil for dinner. The breakfast was homemade, delicious and very large! The young man made sure we had everything we needed and more.
The instructions to find the property could be made easier but it is signposted from the main road, just carry on up the road past the Google location and it is on the right hand side (parking behind blue gate).
Lovely riad, highly recommended, great location, comfortable and delicious food. We'll definitely be back one day!
Fantastic riad in Imlil. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, food was delicious (best tagine we had in Morocco!), the room was big with a little private terrace area overlooking the river. As it was early February, it was cold at night in the mountains, but there was heating and extra blankets so we were kept warm and toasty! There was car parking on the road at the bottom of the track, the riad is just a short walk up - they did offer porters for luggage but we didn't need them.
Wifi wasn't particularly good in the room, but it was fine in the main part of the property.
Meals, location, staff, views overall excellent hospitality. Availability of hiking activities.
In this small village, this place was like a luxury Riad. Staff were very welcoming and great service. Food was amazing. We felt very homely. We were 3 of us, so we were put in best suite on the top. Window views were superb facing mountains and forest. Room was big, neat and clean with all Moroccan crafts with nice Berber dress to wear in the night. Dinner and Breakfast was fabulous. In the night we went for star gazing on their terrace and it was an amazing experience.
None
Exceptional service.
We were kept awake until 1am by a group talking.
Amazing place. Stellar hospitality all the way.
this place was amazing! i cannot wait to return and want to tell everyone i know about it. the staff were so helpful, friendly, welcoming - the food was incredible (reserve dinner ahead of time!), and the surroundings absolutely stunning. highly recommend the full day trek - and stay more than one night for sure!
Personnel was very kind and helpfull. Dinner was very cozy, and tastefull.
Sometimes we had to wait too long, maybe more personnel? Riad was clean and well organized, but also the environment around the house should be cleaned more carefully.
The prompt personal service and the staffs specially Mustafa was very helpful
Nothing to complain about
Beautiful place, really authentic feel. Very comfortable with great facilities. Staff were absolutely lovely. Food was amazing!
Nothing
Lovely riad, highly recommended- great location, comfortable and delicious food. Ishmael and all the staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be back one day! Thank you.
Nothing
The view from the terrace. The rooms and decor.
Lovely property tucked away in just above the main part of village. Staff were very helpful with any arrangements for a trek and transfers. We had a guided walk and lunch arranged. We had a lovely dinner in the property in the evening.
There’s some renovation work going on around the pool. When we booked we were told this would be finished by September. So worth checking in on progress this if the pool is important to you. Also worth noting requirements for attire in pool (for women) although it’s on mentioned their own website it isn’t clear on the booking.com description.
The location is great and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were really lovely, we had 2 together . The views are gorgeous from every dierction and there is nice seating everwhere - spoilt for choice :-)
The shower heads need a bit of adjusting.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Riad has beautiful views over the valley, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor areas after a morning hiking. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and plentiful. Mustapha, Ismail and the team were incredible and helped us with activities and onwards transfers. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
There was some construction work going on during the day which we weren’t warned about when we made our booking which was a shame.
Like a hidden oasis Riad Jnane is a perfect spot to relax either by the pool or on the 3 different terrace areas to take in the views. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The food was not only generous servings but delicious. We enjoyed it so much we had dinner there both nights. All the staff were very helpful and took great care of us. Ismail arranged a valley hike & packed lunch with local friendly multilingual guide Omar. Who took us 5hrs up the valley via a Berber Village returning past the big waterfall and a smaller one. Which ironically is very close to the accommodation but you’d need a guide to show you the way, as the paths are not always obvious. Tips: We found we had to run the water for quite sometime before the hot came through - otherwise great shower The Riad is not visible from the main road. You will see a sign pointing down a path, where it’s situated about a 2min walk. Make sure you contact them 5-10 mins prior to arrival and will have someone waiting to guide you to their secure car park (if req.) and collect your bags.
