Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Absolutely beautiful. Our views were spectacular and the area felt like we were alone in paradise. The hosts were gracious and very welcoming. The room was clean and the amenities were well thought out.
We loved everything.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026It was a piece of paradise in the middle of nowhere. The room was beautiful & spacious and beautifully furnished. There is a link to a utility room. You are the only guests and you have a very private wing and outdoor patio with spectacular views and not overlooked by the main house. The Dave & Ivy are wonderful hosts.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025Great location & hosts, beautiful views, very modern & comfy place.
No appliances for cooking other than the microwave. The hosts allowed us to use our mini BBQ outside, which was great!

Reviewed Feb 12, 2023Lovely, pretty remote rural stay among rolling hills, orchards and dramatic open space. A very zen location, esp if you've got a couple of days to wind down. Kind and engaging hosts, well appointed room.
Keep in mind that this is a pretty remote location, approx 10k from the nearest town -- that's its attraction for many, but a limitation for some. Not surprisingly, cell service (and the corresonding wifi) is spotty at best. Self-serve breakfast is convenient, but hardly lavish.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2023Ivy and Dave were very helpful. The location is superb up in the country overlooking beautiful farmland with birdsong. The room was clean and comfortable and well cared for.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2022Very comfortable bed, blackout curtains, heated bathroom floor, good hair dryer, quiet location, laundry facilities, fresh lettuce from the garden. -- Painfully slow and unreliable wifi (impossible to do any work or stream a movie); no table to eat breakfast at (I ate on the bed), the room can get very hot and stuffy on sunny days as the patio is not covered. All in all, I couldn't help but feel that the place was a bit overpriced.
