Reviewed Nov 2, 2025I loved the property, the pool, the outdoor sitting area with a pizza oven/fire place, the gardens, the private patio, the beds and couch were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the owners were lovely! The space was in such a nice private feeling part of the house. Above the garage, so not on top of the main home. There was also another room, we didn't book, out the back that looked really inviting for guests also.
I would have liked a microwave in the small kitchenette area.

Reviewed May 10, 2024I travelled to be near a friend at a time of need, so the location (being on the same street) was great. The beautiful rural setting and gorgeous trees in autumn were a lovely bonus. We have 0 degree mornings and the heatpump worked a treat, everything I needed to work remotely as well. Wifi, table and chairs, couch, tv, coffee & tea facilities and lovely bathroom. Bed was very big and comfy.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2024What a lovely stay, Rachelle, was very friendly and our room was lovely, private and tidy. Our room was away from the house and very private surrounded by trees. The breakfast was plentiful, and in the fridge was an assortment of fruit, two types of bread and orange juice. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The property was covered in trees with autumn leaves falling. If it wasn't so wet we would have enjoyed wandering around the property. Would be great in summer as Rachelle had a pool as well.
Wifi was available, but I had problems with using my laptop. If I was really fussy Sky might have been nice, but not a major:)

A choice of little boxed cereals maybe.

Disappointing breakfast, thought fruit could have been prepared not apples & oranges left for us to cut up, only one yogurt left for 2nd day because we had left one for later, No KitKat left for 2nd night? Price is same for each night extra glasses would have been great, having to rinse after juice, wine then to use for water Stayed for 2 nights but was finding the continual pump cutting in rather tedious I am comparing this to other B&B's we have previously stayed
